I think the staff is the most wonderful thing, they make it worth living here, and I mean that. Everyone goes above and beyond the call of duty. The business director is the best employee there is. Housekeeping is wonderful, again they go above and beyond for us here.

Happy with staff and friendliness of overall facility. Staff is kind, patient and supportive. A lot of activities but my mom does not wish to participate. Wide variety of food and tasty. Clean and no odor when you walk in. Ample room and bathroom size. Very happy with our choice.

I love living here and have made so many friends. If you come and visit I am typically on the front porch. Stop in and say hello to us anytime. We love having visitors. We also have happy hour every Friday. Most of the time we have dancing and music.

My husband and I are delighted with the quality care and attention mom receives at Brookridge. Everything is top-notch: the food is varied and nutritious, her clothes return spotless & neatly folded from the laundry room, and mom has plenty of activities to choose from to keep her brain stimulated and her body moving. Everyone from the sales director to the maintenance personnel takes time to answer my questions and always seem to have a smile. This place is better than living at home!

We were graciously welcomed into the lovely Bistro area where residents can have special treats and beverages. Then we viewed a one bedroom suite with nice size living and kitchenette areas with a separate bedroom. There was enough space for a full size bed and room for personal decorations. Afterwards we had a delicious lunch in the dining room . Two special features along with the everyday choices were available for our pleasure. There are many daily activities and even special events where your family and community can participate.

Enjoyable tour, gorgeous community!! My sister and brother and I are looking for our mom when the time comes and we would Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised with my Brookridge Heights tour. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The community is clean and had a lot of engaging activities for the residents.

The Waterford is a very nice facility where the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring about their residents. They work very hard to make sure that the residents feel very safe and comfortable at all times.

The food never seems to come hot. Other wise we are very happy here. Our apartment is wonderful and was designed to utilize every inch. Very handy and convient. The staff is friendly and very helpful. [name removed] who was the one who gave us the tour still is very helpful and friendly! All here i think a would go out of their way to address any concerns. I have enjoyed the activities such as bingo and scrabble. I look forward to them. The facility is located in a wonderful area and everything like stores etc. are handy.

All of my mother's experiences here have been very good. The facility is nice, the residents are great, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The price is reasonable and a good value, in my opinion. I highly recommend the Waterford at Thousand Oaks.

This facility could work well for our nephew, especially the bathroom with walk in shower. He has limited mobility. This is an important safety issue. He would need to give up car & insurance payments, and he is reluctant to do that. We are discussing that with him.

Love the place for residents to live it's good place for them.they have activities, food, live music. Lots of games too. I am a caregiver and my client is very happy living there. We love it very much, and she is very well taken care of

The staff here is very compassionate and caring. They work hard to address any need that arises. The facility is cheerful, modern, and clean. It and the grounds are easily accessible and usable for those with mobility issues. Residents are genuinely happy to be here. When we toured, residents were actually coming up and telling us how happy we would be if we came here. There are friendly and regular interactions among the residents. Moving in does seem to pose issues for many residents. They have to do with knowing when the paperwork is complete and the room is ready. However, once that frustration is complete, residents are genuinely happy to be here. The Round Rock library comes every two weeks and brings books specifically to each resident according to their likes and interests. It is a wonderful service. The new chef is great. He provides well prepared meals and a satisfying variety of food over the various meals. You cannot go wrong moving here or bringing your loved one here.

I'm in love with my apartment; activity accessibility is very good and plentiful; there is nice variety of menu choices; all staff is personable and helpful...from the bottom to the top. All of us residents, no matter how quirky we are, are treated with utmost respect and kindness.

Great Staff. I have no complaints at all. Good food with a great variety. Housekeeping does a fine job with cleaning and laundry. Maintenance was prompt and resolved the problem. Wellness assists with my medications. Wouldn't consider moving

This a wonderful place for your loved ones needing Assist Living. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of planned activities on a daily basis. Outings to different eating establishments. Tour's of the city. Shopping sprees for those whom want to get out and about. The residents get healthy and well balanced meals daily. Arts and Craft activities. Fun and games. Exercise programs etc..

I recently had to move a family member from one room to another at this facility. I I live out of state andwas very thankful to have the assistance and guidance of the Waterford team to make our move as easy and low stress as possible for my family member. The staff here does a great job of communicating needs and requests.

Staff was very helpful and nice. My mom is liking the facility. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.
