What we like the most about the community is just how friendly everyone is. Mom loves all the staff and yes we would recommend The Addison of Gwinnet Park to other families.

What really stands out is the food. It used to be excellent—that’s what drew us in! The chef everyone loved, and especially loved for his food, left, and the next chef only lasted three weeks. Now there’s a new chef, but unfortunately, the food isn’t nearly as good as it was with the previous two. Oh well!

I love the Waterford. My mom is happy, they are incredibly helpful and caring. I highly recommend! Helpful & Caring staff. Residents are nice. Grounds and property are well kept. Lots of activities for Residents. There are also private caretakers that provide additional care to Residents at their own rates. They aren't employed by Waterford but do offer their own 3rd party services. Its been a big help to my mom.

My wife, sister and I recently toured Georgetown Place. Specifically, the Memory Care area. We are very impressed with Georgetown Place and intend to move my 97-year-old mother to the Memory Care area there. The facility that my mother is in right now will not move her into memory care, even though she obviously has dementia. [name removed] and [name removed] have been very helpful answering our questions. The cost is also $[fee removed] a month less than what we would be paying for Memory Care where she is now if they would allow her to move there. We are anxiously awaiting the day that we can move Mom into Georgetown Place. I would advise you to at least take the tour.

The Addison at Port Orange stood out for us as a place with a good infrastructure for care support with a smaller, more home-like atmosphere and strong, communicative employees. They helped us coordinate the ideal option, a good-sized single room with a nice window, a walk-in closet for storage, a well-designed easy access bathroom, and then near the door, a sink with a counter, cupboards, and refrigerator. The Addison’s dining space and sitting rooms are bright, with additional spaces on the front patio and the interior patio for fresh air and sunshine. The staff have all been very helpful, and the leadership accommodating for our needs. They helped us to create a home for my dad.

My mother in law loves her apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I would give The Waterford a 5 with the admission process. [name removed] was very great to work with and the process went very smoothly. The nursing staff has been very good, especially when my Mother fell and needed to go to the hospital. I was contacted immediately and appraised of the situation. I would give them a 5 also. My family says the place is very clean whenever they visit Mom.

Great staff and community. Residents were super fun to be with and the staff seemed engaged and plugged in.

The facility is beautiful, staff are incredibly kind, and the residents are a pleasure to be around! Would highly recommend!

They are a reliable source of strength and understanding. No matter how bizarre the circumstances with my dementia mom, they assure me it'll be ok, it's part of the disease, and they are there to help us both with this unfortunate journey. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Should I ever need memory care for myself, I hope I can stay at the Waterford. Sometimes, on my way out, I stop and chat with other AL residents and dip in for euchre or trivia night.

Good amount of activities. Would recommend to others.

Courteous and helpful staff. Great food. Facility is very clean. Apartment size is perfect for our needs. Cost is lower than other independent living facilities. Nothing bad to say.

The staff is wonderful. I would recommend. Place is clean, have meals provided, cleaning and free bus! My mom absolutely loves it!!!!

The care team has been absolutely amazing helping to me with my mom during the last part of her journey. They have been responsive, clean, and love they have daily activities to keep her socializing.

An amazing facility at Waterford at Westover Hill for memory care. My grandma is well taken care of & we do not have to worry about anything. I’m so grateful for amazing staff & a clean facility for our grandma.

Staff is very nice and the facility is clean and well maintained. (They didn't have a fire last month and are repairing some water damage) They have activities and parties for the residents.

It's hard to say any one thing. They just seemed to be a very caring place and they're taking very good care of my mom.

The staff were friendly, understanding, and respectful of my situation. I really appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into making a decision.
