Summit Point presented a wonderful experience overall. It is very well taken care of. Management team is experienced and provides a pleasant atmosphere. One thing I did not like was the carpet flooring in the apartments. When I arrived, I could tell carpet have been removed from one of the apartments, and a new section of carpet was brought in. As we well know, it is difficult for seniors to keep carpet clean. Aesthetically and healthwise it would be so much better to have laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom. It would be so much better in keeping the area clean and bacteria free.

The Waterford was a great place ! Thank you for all your help! It was very clean and the staff were more than welcoming and friendly.

The staff always make themselves available whenever we need them. When I started to move my things into my apartment, all of the residents made me feel right at home from day one! This is a really great place, I am so happy I moved in

Our tour person was welcoming and gave a good run down of the residence. Answered our questions. She took us on the tour pointing out all the different offerings like the laundry, the movie room, library, fitness room. She introduced us to the President of the tesident counsel. She also was friendly. Went back on another day for lunch. Met other residents, all friendly and the food was very good.

I had an enjoyable visit three days in a row with my sister.[Name Removed] I came to see her from florida.She has only been there 43 weeks, but everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful and she is much better now than she's around a lot of people.She used to be a nurse.So she took on that role and was asking everyone how they are.And it's making her feel much more at home. I enjoyed seeing her interact with other people. And being so friendly, I like that. She can go outside and sit and have a nice place to be.

I could not ask for a better home for my aging brother than what we’ve discovered at Waterford. This was my first opportunity to visit him after he moved in six days ago and all the staff we passed greeted him by name and chatted with him in a way to show how much they enjoy having him as a resident. The other residents were also cheerful and kind, telling my husband and I how happy they are at Waterford. The facility is bright and clean and each resident has made their room truly look and feel like home. My brother loves the food since he’s struggled to cook for himself and had been living on canned goods prior to moving to Waterford. I cannot express my gratitude for the peace of mind I feel knowing he is not only physically safe, but is emotionally being cared for with compassion. I cannot recommend Waterford highly enough for anyone who is or who has a loved one who is aging and needs help, but wants to maintain their dignity and autonomy.

The ratio of resident in the Memory Care units to caregiver is excellent. All needs are attended to quickly and efficiently with care and respect for the resident. Meal portions are balanced without being overwhelming. The rooms are well appointed and are sized to accommodate personal touches and furnishings.

My Aunt who is the resident rates it 5 stars. The staff are all very kind and do what they can to assist my Aunt. If there have been issues, they take care of things promptly. At times, it is quite evident that there are staffing issues.

Lovely facility. Lots of staff, very kind and friendly. One of the cleanest facilities I've toured. All the residents appeared happy and well cared for.

My wife and I were very happy with this facility after our tour. We think the Wellington would meet the needs of my parents and they would feel very comfortable there. We are presently trying to convince them to tour the facility and make a decision about moving to the facility.

The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. They are up for any challenge. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

What a lovely community, the residents were sitting down for lunch when I arrived and when I asked how it was they said it's always good. The apartments are large and the staff seem so friendly and helpful.

Mom moved in to memory care 1 week ago. I can usually spot things wrong immediately, and so far NOTHING! From tours to paperwork to moving in, everything has gone smoothly and I have loved everyone I have met! The activities director is AMAZING. Today the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The layout is just right for memory care - simple - and the residents all seem safe, clean, and happy. What more could you ask for?

Super friendly staff as well as residents. The facility was clean and well kept. Internet available in each residence is unique and appealing.

The staff are unusually caring, friendly, conscientious, and responsive. Her room is lovely and the grounds are well maintained. The food is much better than her former senior living community. They think about how to make living easier for an elderly population. They think about the small things. It seems they understand their mission is to provide respect, warmth and comfort to people in this stage of life. Impressed with a leadership that creates a culture of compassion and respect for the people they serve.

Nice quiet community beautiful community loved the energy was great. It was nice visiting . Good job good vibes.

I’ve been to this facility several times to visit my aunt. I felt at home and am excited to see the upgrades being made. She is too. I’ve met a few of the staff as well. Very nice and glad she’s being taken care of in many ways. Thank you.

Visited my brother [name removed] and he was eating his lunch which looked delicious. The staff was present the whole time with the residents which thought was awesome! Someone came to visit and see the resemblance between us both and new we were related.

They have been instrumental in guiding us with care plans and truly care about the residents.

The people are very nice, they keep the grounds beautiful, I enjoy the activities and the food has improved. The rent went up by 9%. I'm happy here
