I speak to many residents at The Waterford as I go out to visit them weekly. Residents love their team at The Waterford and all of their daily activities. Team communicates well and very welcoming into their building with residents families. [Names Removed] all go above and beyond for their residents with caring hearts.

I enjoyed and excellent tour at Willow Grove. The staff members that I met were friendly and professional. The community is smaller than others that I have toured. I think this would make it a bit more intimate than the larger homes.

It is always clean and staff is friendly and welcoming when I do get down there.

I had a great experience with [Name Removed] she was very thorough very nice, I liked the one bedroom 600 sq feet love the size of the closet. For right now I am just looking

Top notch staff who have residents needs at top of mind. All staff are courteous and go out of their way to have a supportive relationship with residents. My mother is very happy with not only the courteous staff but the great living accommodations and the extra activities offered. Way to go IV!

Very impressed with Magnolia Trail Director. Staff very friendly and helpful! Nice updates. The person I visited seems to be happy! Her husband is happy too! There is a bright feeling and the other residents seem happy. I don't have first knowledge of care but I know a few caregivers that are there and they are good

I really liked it there. People are friendly and I made new friends. The cost was hard for me though. Absolutely would recommend, it's a lovely place.

My mom lived in their memory care for over 3 years. All of the staff was so sweet and attentive. They would share photos with us regularly of events that my mom took place in. They treated her like family which made her last 3 years that much more comforting. Thank you Whitley Place!

My mom is doing great there. Her room is always clean. She's being well fed and has even gained some weight. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The NP has taken over her healthcare. She has shared her personal number and I have spoken with her regarding mom's care. She's very nice. The admission dept was great. They keep the residents busy, keeping them in the communal area as much as possible for socialization and activities daily. Price is pretty competitive with other facilities I checked into. They are all pretty pricey. Overall, happy with the decision to put her at Aspen Grove. A big thanks to A Place For Mom. Will recommend to everyone to start there when looking for senior care. So helpful!

The facility is small but is conducive to quality care and environment since there are only 24 pts in Assisted Care. The staff are all extremely nice, caring towards the patients and knowledgeable. We've been very pleased with how well they have cared for my mom.

Overall, [name removed] is very happy. And so is her family! There are some complaints from the residents about food not being hot, etc., but administration is quick to address and work to remedy the situation (buying some new kitchen equipment, etc.) As far as quality of care, since [name removed] is in independent living, not much care is provided, but staff is very helpful and accommodating. As you may know, Park Place at Winghaven was recently sold and we're hoping things remain the same--or even better!

Toured the facility on [date removed] with father and brother. [name removed] was outstanding and she is well-liked within the community. We all liked the rooms, prices, and amenities included in the price.

Mom loves The Harrison and told me she wants to live there. They have large apartments with a separate bedroom. She wants a separate bedroom so she can keep her cat out of the bedroom while she’s sleeping. The residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and has a large variety of options on the menu. Mom likes the activity schedule, lots of exercise activities, outings, and live music weekly. She loves how open the facility is giving the feeling of being in a hotel and on vacation, instead of a nursing home feel. She likes the library, patio, restaurant, and theater, and likes that they will clean your apartment and the fact that WiFi and cable TV is included in the price of living there. I think mom has found a place she would be happy to live in for her aging years.

The staff was courteous and professional. The environment was notably welcoming, and the premises were maintained in an above average state of cleanliness. Residents looked comfortable and relaxed Staff to patient interaction was great

We had a virtual tour. [name removed] gave us a thorough introduction to the facility. She answered every question we asked, with the answer we hoped for. And she went beyond that to answer questions we hadn't even asked. She checked every box. We chose Wellington immediately after the tour.

Staff was very friendly! They listened to my needs and concerns, and spent time showing me around. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate about their residents, which left me with a good feeling that my mother would be happy there.

The staff is always personable and professional, the food from breakfast lunch and dinner is typically always great a wide variety of delicious menus. We love their activities and the residence make it all that much better on top of the incredible staff!! My dad is happy, most importantly, and that’s what matters.

Like I said above. The staff is very friendly to residents and their visitors. The facility is super clean. There is plenty of room outside residents' room for visitors to socialize with all residents.

I was very impressed with Waterford on Huebner and still interested in picking [name removed] moving there.
