Staff are always friendly and helpful here at The Waterford. I highly recommend. During my most recent visit, I saw the residents outside with a petting zoo! I quickly went and got mom to join the fun. It seems like they recently added fun and family friendly events that are much appreciated.

The staff is AMAZING! The facility is very nice and clean! Resident looks very happy! Food is 5 star! Activity Director is amazing with the residence!

Mom is happy and safe and loved. Willow Grove has been a perfect fit for mom. They have daily activities that are fun and engaging. The staff is so sweet to her and us. We are so lucky to have landed here.

Willow Grove in Sherwood is really an amazing place for seniors. My dad is a resident there. They treat all of their seniors really well when you visit there you are always welcome. I have not had a person in there. That is not friendly. They do so many activities and really keep their seniors busy. My dad was in another facility and it was nothing like this. He enjoys the church groups that come over there and the bands they recently had 50 day western day. They had grandparents day. They made snow cones today. They even took the time to send me a picture of my dad with his snow cone if anyone needed a good place for one of their relatives to me. This is the one it would be I want to thank them for all the care that they have given my dad.

The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond for their residence! There are always activities going on and they make sure everyone is included! I enjoy visiting and am always greeted with a smile.

The most caring, attentive staff. Clean. Positive environment! Couldn’t ask for a better place to have a loved one. My grandma is newer at Brookridge and the communication between the staff and us has been so helpful and my grandma really seems to be settling in! A bonus- she really enjoys the food! She’s picky and we have had no complaints !

My grandma has resided at Willow Grove for a little over a year. Willow Grove was very communicative from the first time I ever reached out to schedule a tour and to complete a care evaluation. The leadership team is great to work with when care needs and concerns arise. Willow Grove works hard to ensure the community is clean, help residents stay safe, but most importantly have fun while spending their time within the community! Thank you Willow Grove for all you do!

The staff is competent and friendly. The food rates high and the activities they arrange is of great interest and Diane enjoys getting out.

The staff was so inviting and helpful, quick to include in a meal or activity. The place its self was clean and smelled amazingly. It felt like a family home and not a motel. Would definitely recommend.

I recently visited this assisted living community and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The people were incredibly kind and friendly, and it really felt like a caring environment. I absolutely loved my time there. And I would like to acknowledge their wonderful Maintenance Director.

When visiting my friend , upon entry i was greeted nicely. I was shown the direction so i wouldn’t get lost. Nice clean facility ! Smells great and decorations are even better. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was very professional and my parents were impressed with this facility. It was clean and nicely decorated.

We moved my father into Georgetown Place FW on [date removed] and he was there until he passed on [date removed]. Our only regrets, we hadn't had him in there a couple years before. What a wonderful place, administration, staff etc ... we're all very good at what their doing. Dad was not in good health. They welcomed him and us family members with open arms and jumped right in on helping us / him with our needs. They never got in the way, was always there if we needed them. We couldn't have asked for anymore. My aunt who will turn 99 in October has been there over 7 yrs and it is home to her as well. Again, thank you so much to all members involved for making my father's last days on earth as comfortable and caring for as possible !!

Good staff very friendly. Maintenance very efficient. Dining staff very good and the meals are for the most part to my liking. Excellent Transportation when I've used it. I love the bingo game's that we play often

The facility is clean and employees are very friendly and welcoming. The nurse manager is always prompt and able to assist if help is needed. I also feel welcomed when arriving at the facility, the receptionist is always friendly and ready to help. I’ll continue taking patients from this building.

Everything has been excellent. Staff has been very helpful. Activities are varied and much fun . Maintenance has been prompt and responded the same day they were requested. Very satisfied with the meals. Overall very satiesfied and my partner is also very happy with my new residence.
