I felt the true compassion from the people Very meet and organized. [name removed] was so gracious at the signing him in. She talked to both of us and asked questions about us personally. The house Mom’s were gracious too.

I am in assisted living because I have drop foot which makes me fall a lot.I have had 3bad falls in the last 3 years resulting in my having difficulty getting up, keeping my balance & just being able to walk. The last fall was especially bad & I know my daughter was thinking that one day she would come home to find me on the floor dead. I wasn’t thrilled when she first mentioned Heritage,but when I saw how much my falls affected her anxiety, I said we would check it out. I now firmly believe God directed her to this place & I am so eternally grateful that He did. After being here for 6 weeks, I can honestly say this place feels like home.Everyone I have met so far has been super friendly & helpful, telling me if I need anything just ask. As long as you continue to hire the quality of aides like you already have this place will continue to be and exceptional place. I can honestly say I can live here for the rest of my life quite happily. Thank you for this experience.

I feel that my 95 year mother with a past hx. of stroke, STEMII, guinne burre syndrome is very well taken care of at Heritage Villas allowing me to feel comfortable leaving her at this facility. Anytime I visit she is clean, her room is clean, she's well cared for & has no complaints. She seems in good spirits & The caregivers & other residents are all friendly & very accomodating. They have so many wonderful activities , trips & other fun things to keep them occupied - its quite impressive! They always make sure they include my mom as she tends to be shy at times & needs much encouragement to blend in & adapt to new games & activities. They are all patient with her & go the extra mile to make her happy & feel at ease. And Thanks to everyone for your smiles & kindness.

The Belvedere is a hidden gem tucked away from the main roads of Westlake. The Tudor building is quaint and well kept, the grounds are peppered with beautiful flowers that bloom from early Spring to Fall, which my aunt loves to look at from her bedroom window. The rooms are large, bright and roomy. They have their own washers and dryers, bathrooms with a shower, and a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The staff is professional and exceptionally friendly. They go out of their way to make my aunt feel safe and comfortable as she is no longer the easy going person she used to be. I especially love that the nurses are consistent, the same nurses have been taking care of her for the past two years so they really get to know their residents. The nurses update me whenever the doctor visits and go over any new labs and medications he has added or discontinued. Every time I visit her, she seems happy, content, and calm.I can't say enough good thing about our experience at The Belvedere. I am grateful for the help I received from A Place For Mom or else I would have never known this place existed!

The memory floor is outstanding and everyone that works there is great. We picked this community, because It was closer to where our brother lives. Better and easier for him, actually. [name removed] the executive director has been more than accommodating to us. He's been kind and understanding in everything we've ask for.

Heritage Villas is very affordable compared to all of the other nursing homes that I looked at in North East Ohio. We have had a great experience here and I feel lucky to have found them. The staff do a great job even with their hands full. I would highly, highly recommend this facility to other families.

We have had nothing but a pleasant experience so far with Heritage Villas, we love the ability of being able to visit anytime we want and overall we are very satisfied. The staff members are great and our loved one is very happy with the meals and dining service he says the food is excellent. Based on our experience so far with Heritage Villas we would most definitely recommend them to other families

I had a very good experience with my mother there at the time. Since then, they have a new director. I reached out to him because we were planning on another stay this year. And he did not get back to me. Finally after a whole week of contacting him every day, somebody else reached out to me and has been helping. Before that with the previous director, I had very good communication from the whole staff there. The facility is very nice, and I like the fact that during the warmer weather, the residents can go outside. They're encouraged to go out on the porch and play music and have sing-alongs. They have very nice outside areas. And my loved one said the food was very good.

We toured this facility and Immediately knew this was the place for my Mom and Dad. We moved them in the same week. We go and check on them daily and they are always happy and really enjoy the food.

Mother moved in December 2019 so she was there during the Covid-19 pandemic. We receive weekly updates from the Executive Director of The Woodlands which I forward to all our relatives. Everyone looks forward to getting these. We appreciate the great communication and care the staff has given to Mother. We feel lucky Mother was in The Woodlands during the Covid-19 crisis. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Heritage Villas is a very safe and nice environment. They have handled the Covid virus very well. They are very good with communication and good follow up. Mom has complained about the food. Rooms sizes are large. Very nice, and kind people. Definitely would recommend it. We are lucky and happy she got in when she did.

Very Clean and nice staff...

My Aunt has been living at The Belvedere of Westlake in the memory care unit for about three months now. She has acclimated very well. The staff all know her and treat her very well with courtesy and respect. They take good care of her. When I come to visit, she is always clean and well groomed and appears to be happy. I have visited at times when she is participating in the daily activities and she is involved and keeping engaged as much as possible. I am very happy with our decision to have her live at The Belvedere.

Overall very very pleased with Heritage Villas. The staff is friendly and professional and take a real hands on approach to engage our mom in activities. We have feel as if we can finally relax knowing that she is being well cared for.

This is a blessing for our mother just like home. the overall staff is awesome from the front desk to the floor nurses and dining room staff and of course the cooking staff. The overall condition on the floors is kept very clean and in order. The residence look very happy" each time I visit. To the entire staff keep up the awesome work. You never know this might be the place you live at later in life.

This place is perfect for my Aunt,she and I am happy she is there,the staff are friendly and professional.?? Our family is very happy with The Woodlands. The staff is very caring and friendly. I have walked in unannounced and they were assisting my mother and they were kind and gentle with her and didn't know that I was there. There are plenty of activities and the small quaint environment is wonderful. The meals are also nice but more importantly, the staff is very caring and the facility is very clean and modern.

My husband and I have been searching for an assisted living facility for his mother. We decided to stop and tour Heritage Villas on our way to take care of some other errands. We stopped by, unannounced and we were promptly met at the door by a sweet woman, Peggy. Peggy happened to be a caregiver. She immediately notified someone that we were in the building. We were then introduced to Lisa and Theresa. Lisa introduced herself and invited both of us to a conference room to discuss our needs. Peggy got us both a cup of hot coffee! We really felt at home! We spent some time with Lisa learning about the facility. She was then offered us a tour of the facility. We were so impressed by the professionalism of everyone we encountered. We really enjoyed speaking with each caregiver in the house. After touring, we returned to the conference room and went over a few additional questions that my husband had. Theresa, the social worker, also dropped in and ask what we thought of the place. We were so pleased! We felt really positive after leaving and look forward to bringing mom to tour!

My husband and I moved into Heritage Villas in May 2014. The facility is exactly what we were hoping would be the next chapter in our life. We wanted a home like atmosphere and a place that we would both enjoy and could call our home. Our suite is certainly spacious and just what we both envisioned. All of our meals are prepared for us, laundry service is provided and the housekeeping is taken care of! The activities are great too! We have many opportunities to participate in numerous activities both on campus and off campus. This Autumn we went on an outing to view the changing leaves and it was absolutely wonderful. We've also gone out to dinner and to several musicals. There is always a full activities calendar for us to choose what we'd like to do! The Staff is extremely attentive and treat all of us with respect and dignity. The workers here are much more like family than co-workers. We are so glad we moved in! The only thing we wish is that we would have moved in sooner! My husband and I recommend Heritage Villas to everyone we know!
