Amazing community. The caregivers here are excellent. The entire staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the activities are appropriate. The cafeteria could be better, but overall a great place and a great experience.

Toured the facility, visited with Jane. She was warm and welcoming, giving me the time and opportunity to share our circumstances and story, ask all the questions I wanted seemed to provided thorough answers. As I entered the facility, there were residents outside enjoying the sunshine, they smiled and greeted me. Inside there were a few residents coming and going around the entry area, a living room-like setting. A couple ladies sitting on the sofa chatting. All in all the few residents I saw were well groomed, well dressed and kept.It appeared clean, fresh, tidy. I liked that there are less than 40 'apartments' in the building. Not so large that my mother would be over-whelmed, I believe. Next step is to take my mother to visit.

Oh its nice! Lots of activities my mother likes there but it is a little bit pricey.

My loved one has only been here a short time but so far things seem to be going well. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have been friendly and professional. There are still a few things for us to work out with them, but in general it has been a good experience.

The dining service at Provision Living at Godfrey has been excellent. She has been very happy with that. One complaint I have is that she was under level 3 care and felt like she wasn't getting her moneys worth. She has now switched to level 2 care. Although she felt like she was getting level 2 care before and was paying for level 3.

Everything is just fine at Morningside of Cookeville. The meals are very good. We have been very pleased with this facility. They do have plenty of activities that are offered though the resident does not participate in them. It has been a good experience so far.

The nursing is wonderful at Morningside of Franklin. They are very observant. The building itself does have issues. We've had cable issues, water leaks, etc. I would like to see the maintenance improved here. Overall it has been a good experience.

The people seem nice, but I think their response time is very poor. I also think they are just in the beginning stages of where they need to be right now. They are just getting started at Emeritus at Woodbridge.

We, the family, are very pleased with The Fountains of Shiloh and Mom seems happy there. That's the most important thing!

They could improve on making my cousin drink a little bit more water. He has a lot of dementia and he needs a lot of care and I just do not know if he is getting all the care that he should get from them.

Well, they do not provide clarity between their levels of care. In other words, they have several different levels of care that they provide. I asked them if there was any documentation that detailed the different levels and exactly what it means and they said they don't and that it's done on a formula and everyone is individually evaluated, which I didn't like. The people are great though and my mother loves the people who take care of her, they are very sweet and kind.

Our experience with Legacy of Anderson has been a good one so far, I'd give them high marks across the board. The people here are friendly, and the facility is well kept and clean. There is always room for improvement though! As an example, I think they could stand to clean the windows a little more frequently.

My father in law has made excellent progress while at Homewood Village of Genesee Valley. He is really flourshing there. He is eating very well, and is also well engaged in a lot of their activities. They have truly done an excellent job and it has been a very positive experience for my father in law and for all of us. I would certainly recommend them.

We've had a good experience overall with Emeritus at Woodbridge! The staff here are friendly and helpful, and do a good job looking after the residents. The facility itself is nice looking, and always very clean. I would recommend it to anyone looking into senior care in the area.

It has a "happy" feeling with music, entertainment, and activities to engage the residents. The staff and facility were very good but my mother required a higher level of care than this facility could give, it is not a locked facility . I would recommend The Grand Victorian to anyone!

Overall I think things have gone very well with HeartFields Assisted Living! They really put a lot of effort into making the transition easy for my loved one, and everyone here is very friendly and professional! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and she even really seems to like the food! My only complaint so far is that I wish they would keep me a bit more in the loop when it comes to her day to day activities.

My brother and I like it quite a bit. Our stepfather toured this week and liked it also. Very clean and doesn't "feel" like a nursing home. This may fit our needs. Cost is a concern.

The place is fine. they are very friendly. and its clean. I am not there to see if my mom participates in their activities, but I doubt it with Alzheimer etc... My mind is at ease knowing that my mom is taken care of at the Walking Horse Meadows in Clarksville, TX. The food looks fine and the staff is receptive to what my mom wants, needs and requests. We are happy with the overall services.

Seems like a high quality facility. My mom has been there for just over 6 months. There was an issue when a few of the senior people left (I don't know why) about a month after my mom arrived. Before a new supervisor came in, my mother's care went down dramatically in quality for about a month or so. So much so that we actually considered moving her to a new place. She was not clean, not given her one-pill-a-day medication, was wearing other peoples clothes and all her socks were missing. Plus we received no communication what-so-ever from the staff. My mom does not need too much supervision, just help get her ready in the morning, and help get her ready for bed at night. But we waited before moving her and I'm glad we did. A new Supervisor came in and acknowledged the many problems and discussed our particular concerns. The issues that concerned us were taken care of, and from what we now see the facility is back to running efficiently and we feel fine with our mother being there. She seems to have adapted well and generally enjoys it there.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place, and it seemed very well run! It wasn't the best fit for our loved one, the independent living building was separate from where the dining and activities take place, and I didn't think my loved one would have been up to all the walking. Both their assisted living and independent living areas looked very nice, and I would recommend them as being worth a look!
