Overall our experience with Landings of Genesee Valley has been a good one! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and the people all seem very friendly. My loved one has settled in well and is enjoying herself here! However, she has mentioned that the food could use some work.

My mother is being cared for very well here at this community. I am very pleased with everything they have done for us. It is a very well-kept facility, they do good job of keeping everything nice and clean. They have a great staff here. They are very good at keeping my informed of everything. She is trying a few activities, they have many for her to choose from. She is satisfied with the food. This is a community I would recommend.

Very nice with many actives. Th y do have a ten day minimum stay. I am looking for two to ten day stays

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place, overall! All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well kept. We ended up selecting another community since I wanted something on the first floor for Dad, but I'd say this one is worth a look!

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far our experience has been a positive one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional and in general they do a good job looking out for the residents. We did have an issue with a very slow response time to our loved one's call button necklace one evening on a weekend, however.

This community is working out well for us my mother in law seems to be adjusting well. The community looks well maintained I haven't had any concerns about that. She enjoys the food it is nice to know she is eating good. I do feel they are taking good care of my mother in law for the money we are paying. This is a nice community with good people. So I would recommend it.

Morningside of Godfrey has been going good so far. My mother in law is taking some time to adjust to the community and that is expected. The staff has been great to with helping her adjust with everything they are really helpful and friendly to her. She hasn't had a chance to participate in all the the activities but she does love to go down when there is music. She loves the food so far and has even gained some weight and that is nice to see. This would be a community I would recommend to a friend or family member.

So far our experience with Brookdale Vinings has been a very positive one, they've really exceeded my expectations! All of the people who work here, especially the management staff, have been very professional and approachable. I appreciate how upfront they are about their care practices and billing. It's been a tough adjustment for my loved one, but they're really trying their best to help him get settled in and feel at home.

The facility is always clean when we arrive there. The staff is very nice and caring. The food is always good. The facility is well kept. There is a warm and caring feeling you feel when you walk into the facility. They offer a lot of activities there.

There is always room for improvement. Overall I think they are doing an excellent job. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They really try to meet the needs of the clients. They go out of their way to make adjustments that are helpful to the clients. The only thing I can suggest is that they have meetings with the clients to let them know of things that are going on. I haven't had any issues and I do if I they take care of them right away.

A warm, caring and professional staff make for a comfortable and safe environment. There is much more to like about Brookdale such as the friendly residents and the delicious food. More often than not there are plenty of activities and the visitors are always welcome anytime.

I really liked the overall small size of this complex. It being a "normal" sized one made me and my dad feel good about it that he would get good care and he has.

My sister and brother in law love their new home! The facility was fantastic helping making a very last minute move as easy as possible. The staff is wonderful, They are enjoying daily activities and the community outing was great! I would recommend this facility to others.

I was impressed with the cleanliness at Brookdale Sioux City. Peggy had a few complaints about the staff. She liked Jackie. We had problems with activities. Some of them that were listed wouldn't always take place. I really liked the accountability they have there. Each patient has their own call button around their neck and it is computerized to be able to tell how quickly the staff came. Initially they had some kinks with it but once it was up and running I really appreciated that sytem. I personally liked the facility but Peggy had some issues.

I did not ask them the right questions regarding the activities that they put on. Most of them are just sitting in front of the TV and watching something, Everything else seems okay at the Brookdale Vinings though.

At Brookdale Vinings they're struggling to fill up. The director is new, the nurses are new, about 50% of the staff is new. My father is bed bound. He is on hospice care. They are taking good care of him. Under circumstances they are sustaining him. The staff is very friendly. I am grateful to the staff there. They are doing the best they can.

They are doing really good. I haven't had any complaints come up at all. I would give them a four at this point. We are pretty happy with them.

Brookdale Pikesville was good. It was a good experience all around. Dad has passed away but they provided good care while he was there. I have no complaints. I would recommend them.

Great staff and it looks like a very happy place, on the list to consider
