So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother with her move to this community. I do feel comfortable with her move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care. They have a nice staff, and they have been helpful. She is enjoying her time at this community, and I would recommend it.

When I toured Brookdale Dedham, I thought it was a pretty nice place. The staff was friendly and they were able to answer my question and take me around the building.

I thought that staff where very friendly and professional at this community. They gave my loved one and I a great tour of there facility and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The only complaint I had was that there was community bathroom area and I do not think my mom would be happy with that, she would want her privacy.

I had spoke to this staff about future plans of my mother possible having to go live in there community. They where very helpful and made sure to give me lots of detailed information of everything they had to offer. I will defiantly keep this facility in mind for future plans for my mother.

We toured this community. We found the community to be older than what we were looking for. The room was not what we wanted for my dad. The rooms were separate and outdoor setting. This is a closer location, but not what we wanted at this time. We would recommend this community highly to other families for good care and the value of a loved one.

I have no complaints of my tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very friendly to my father and I. They gave us a very detailed tour of there facility and made sure to answer and questions that we had for them in detail. All of the residents looked happy and content in there living environment which was pleasant to see. It was just not the right fit for my dad and we ended up choosing a different place for him.

I have no complaints about the tour I had received at this community. The staff was very welcoming and greeted my family and I with a smile and open arms. I thought that the facility was nicely maintained and had a lot of great amenities they offered to there residents. It was just unfortunately not the right budget and fit for my mother.

My Dad and I visited Augusta Gardens at the beginning of his search for an assisted living facility. In fact, it was one of the first places we saw. We were very impressed with the building and the people. The only thing Dad did not like was that it's a two-story building, and the public area was on the second floor. He has a spinal cord injury, and is concerned about being able to get out of the building quickly if necessary

This community is very nice. We liked it. The people were very nice and accommodating. The residents seemed to like it here. All of our questions were answered. It just was not a good fit for my husband.

Expensive for my 93 year old mom, but loved the place and [Removed]. She has been so much help.

Brookdale was everything I was expecting it to be. The units are nicely maintained. The staff appeared qualified and happy. The residents also. The location is perfect for us.

I am happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The staff are friendly to her needs. She has been alot of activites. She is making friends here and seems to be happy here with eveerything. I would recommend this community for good care and a good value for a loved one.

My mother has gained some weight since she moved into the Brookdale, which is good for her. She loves the food! The place is clean and everyone is very friendly to her. The place is wonderful.

This was a nice community that I toured. The rooms were nice and they did have a smaller size kitchen that what we were needing for my parents. This community is clean and the staff was able to answer our questions. The offered activities if my parents would have moved in here. Families would want to tour this community to see if it is what they are looking for. A good value.

I can not wait for this community to open. The staff I have met so far have been nice. The food is homemade. They are going to have a puzzle room, theater room and numerous other activities. Mom's apartment has its own kitchen. This community is less expensive than the community she is currently living in.

It was a spacious floor plan with lots of great amenities offered to there residents. The location was just not a right fit for my family.

Pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the place. All the staff was helpful and pointed us in the right direction. The location of the community wasn't convenient for us to travel too,but it is a very nice place.

Facility was very nice overall and is being renovated with new decore in common areas and in the rooms. Lobby smelled a little funky. Staff was very nice and happy. Residents were happy. They do not take vouchers and the pricing that you have is incorrect. Smallest room starts at $3250 and then services increase the costs from there.

I was impressed with how nice everyone was at this community. My tour was a nice one, and everything went well. The staff was very courteous and kind.

I'am doing pretty well since my move to this community. It was a hard move, but I'am getting to the routine around here. The staff has been very helpful and welcoming. I've made a few new friends. The meals are pretty good for the most part. Overall it is still a work in progress, but I'am pleased with my move to this community.
