All is well for my mother in this community.

The staff at this community have been cordial, nice and helpful. My brother likes the food and the community is kept very clean. They offer daily activities including a prom night where they offered live entertainment. I would recommend this community.

This community looked a little dark inside, however it did look clean inside. The staff seemed nice and they offer some nice activities. This community had a waiting list which would not work for us.

I toured this community. The staff were nice and were able to answer my questions on the care that is given. I would recommend this community, but the cost was a little more than what I could afford. Other families might tour the community to see if this is an option for good care.

Mom is still adjusting to living at this community. The staff have been helpful and we have good communication with them. They offer good healthy meal options. The community is safe and I could not ask for more than that. This is the cleanest well represented community in the area and I would recommend it.

This is a lovely community, and my husband is doing very well since his move here. Unfortunately I will have to move him out soon, because it is becoming very expensive. I'am going to be sad when we have to leave this care home, it is a wonderful place. The staff is amazing, they are very caring, and kind. Everything is very well maintained. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us, and I would recommend this care home.

We toured this community.We liked the cleanliness and the staff who were nice. The menu was appealing and they offer activities. The location was not close enough, but we would recommend other families to tour the community for the care of a loved one.

The thing that I personally love and made me think Brookdale is a good fit for my aunt is the layout of the community.They have cottages with 10-15 people per cottage. I've come to know everyone very well and know them on a first name basis.There are some amazing workers and some you can tell that are there because it's a job. [Removed] in Dogwood does an amazing job and I call her the Alzheimer's whisperer. [Removed] does a great job too! They are so kind and show so much empathy and concern. I'm always observing and watching how they treat other residents. It puts me at ease knowing they treat my aunt the same when I'm not around.

My aunt is doing great since she started to receive services from this home care agency. This is an excellent home agency, and they have been great to work with. They have been great with resolving any issues we have had. I have a great relationship with the owner, she is great. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency.

My wife is receiving good care at this community, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. This is a good, safe community, and so far everything is working out well. I'm quite pleased with the staff, they have been helpful, and attentive. There are activities offered. The meals are well balanced overall. I do feel she is in good hands at this community, and I would recommend it.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother with her move to this community. I do feel comfortable with her move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care. They have a nice staff, and they have been helpful. She is enjoying her time at this community, and I would recommend it.

When I toured Brookdale Dedham, I thought it was a pretty nice place. The staff was friendly and they were able to answer my question and take me around the building.

I thought that staff where very friendly and professional at this community. They gave my loved one and I a great tour of there facility and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The only complaint I had was that there was community bathroom area and I do not think my mom would be happy with that, she would want her privacy.

I had spoke to this staff about future plans of my mother possible having to go live in there community. They where very helpful and made sure to give me lots of detailed information of everything they had to offer. I will defiantly keep this facility in mind for future plans for my mother.

We toured this community. We found the community to be older than what we were looking for. The room was not what we wanted for my dad. The rooms were separate and outdoor setting. This is a closer location, but not what we wanted at this time. We would recommend this community highly to other families for good care and the value of a loved one.

I have no complaints of my tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very friendly to my father and I. They gave us a very detailed tour of there facility and made sure to answer and questions that we had for them in detail. All of the residents looked happy and content in there living environment which was pleasant to see. It was just not the right fit for my dad and we ended up choosing a different place for him.

I have no complaints about the tour I had received at this community. The staff was very welcoming and greeted my family and I with a smile and open arms. I thought that the facility was nicely maintained and had a lot of great amenities they offered to there residents. It was just unfortunately not the right budget and fit for my mother.

My Dad and I visited Augusta Gardens at the beginning of his search for an assisted living facility. In fact, it was one of the first places we saw. We were very impressed with the building and the people. The only thing Dad did not like was that it's a two-story building, and the public area was on the second floor. He has a spinal cord injury, and is concerned about being able to get out of the building quickly if necessary

This community is very nice. We liked it. The people were very nice and accommodating. The residents seemed to like it here. All of our questions were answered. It just was not a good fit for my husband.

Expensive for my 93 year old mom, but loved the place and [Removed]. She has been so much help.
