Clean facility. Nice and quiet location. Your was excellent and not a pushy sales approach. Will keep this place on my list of potential.

Facility is great. It was a little slow at first to get things moving as they were changing directors at the same time we came in. They change staff often which is sad in memory care, because they like consistency. Team is helpful and friendly.

If I were choosing a place for myself, this is would be my choice. It is small, has lovely grounds and all amenities of the bigger places. The staff were all very pleasant and interacted well with the residents. It is affordable, clean and “homey”.

[name removed] stood out, had it not been for her...I would of never brought it dad. There will be a [removed] dollar charge for not using their pharmacy, there will be a [removed] dollar extra charge for internet. They rarely check on your loved ones. They never give them enough to drink. You will sign in your contract that they are absolutely not responsible if something happens to your loved one. It is better than some of the other facilities. They do watch the exit doors well.

The quality of care is excellent. Very kind caseworker. They are compassionate and come to the room with any need. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

In general, assisted living helps your family member feel less lonely, less isolated, most of the time improves their diet and their quality of life. When you combine all these things together, their overall health improves. It's always scary at first but doesn't take long, 2 to 4 weeks for your family member to thrive. Be sure to find a facility that promotes activities the way charter does. They go and tell they're residents about the activity and encourage them to join. That's how they will meet friends. It's almost like living in a dorm for seniors,

Charter is an excellent choice and one we wanted to choose. Unfortunately my aunt is not ready for this move.

Everyone was so nice. Place was so clean and smelled so good. I loved the room sized. I was very impressed so I chose Charter Senior Living for my Dad

The entire family loves Wellpoint. It's obvious that the staff loves her. We truly feel like we now have a support system of people who care.

My mom loves it here! The staff love her and all of the residents are so friendly!

The staff is very helpful making the new residents feel at home and also make them feel if they need anything not to be afraid to ask.

The staff are great including execs, people who answer questions, maintenance, etc. It was very clean. Great garage with extra space for storage. They have a size limit for dogs, maybe 15 - 20 Ibs. My dog is service dog so he was allowed though he's larger. Nice patios front & back. Some opportunities for improvement but nothing major...shelves over washer dryer for example.

Everyone was very welcoming and included her in everything right away. It was clean and she had ever she needed right. I would absolutely recommend this community to others who are searching for one.

Great staff. Clean building. Nice location

Wanted to send a thank you out to the caregiving and management staff at Charter Senior Living of Columbia for helping my mother through what turned out to be the final stages of dementia. The caregiving staff are kind, honestly seem to care about their residents, and we had more communications from the community and management in the few short months Mom was there than we had had with other assisted living facilities over the prior three years. While there were a few individual care issues, they were quickly and respectfully dealt with and on the whole I wish Mom had been able to spend more time there. Honestly, unhesitatingly recommend Charter Columbia for memory care.

[names removed] made our loved ones transfer to senior memory care seamless. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide information for bringing our loved one to Wisconsin from Florida. It was a big weight lifted off our shoulders with their help.

Stopped in for a tour and was pleased. The community was clean and well cared for, and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. Everyone took the time to answer our questions, and it all felt very relaxed and welcoming.

My mom has lived at 2 other communities in town and she never really felt welcomed. Wellpoint has the friendliest staff and residents around!
