Winnwood has been amazing welcoming my mom and family. Every employee has been positive, happy, and helpful. They take care of "issues" quickly. I know my mom is getting the best care there!!!

It was a lovely visit. I felt so comfortable and at home my upcoming room is gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and kind.

New management is doing great! Standards for the facility all improving, total cost, inclusive vice nickel and diming for additional fees. Employees not meeting standards, being let go. Overall climate improving for residents and staff improving. New director very engaged.

Very kind, considerate and attentive staff. Activities readily available for all. Moderately priced.

Everyone is so nice and great team work in attending to all that live there . So many activities and the food is A+

Beautiful facility! The communication, the cleanliness of the facility and the resident rooms, the food and its presentation and how friendly and caring everyone was.

My daughter and I were impressed and Kylie was great. It is close to our home also. I want to go back with more questions and possibly get on a waiting list. I have a lot going on right now so need a little time. Thank you very much for the flowers!

Everyone there was sooo nice and really took good care of my mom, they loved her. I felt good to leave my mom there. I knew she was in good hands.

This is one of the best caring communities I have visited. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and attentive to my requests, answered all my questions and understood what I was looking for. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Very clean and organized, residents were engaged in the assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. I looked at their FB page, and they are always pretty much engaged in day-to-day activities. The food looked very tasty, the dining areas were full. The rooms are very large compared to other facilities with actual walk-in closets; I was very surprised.

Staff is very friendly, great activities, mom loves the variety of food, it is well maintained and have different size room i.e. studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments at various pricing. Basically one stop shop from independent, to assisted to memory care in one facility. The facility is barely two year old.

Charter is exceptional. It’s a beautiful facility, with interior decorations making you feel like you are in a high end hotel. The staff is amazing..from the CNA’s, Nurses, to management staff. They are seriously, top notch. They took excellent care of my dad before his health deteriorated, requiring him to go to skilled care. Dad wanted to go Back to Charter, I so wish he could have. I highly recommend them.

They are very kind and my family member loves being there. I have recommended this place to several people already.

I'd say 5 stars -dad was there only 10 days on hospice so while he could not participate in activities at all and couldn't go to the cafe but the staff were kind and attentive. One staff person gave him a valentine gift the day before he died. Food was great, it as not a complicated process to be admitted or discharged. I'd definitely send another family member there.

[name removed] was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. I liked that she did not make us feel rushed and gave us her card to call if we had questions. I believe my parents will be moving in soon!

Beautiful facility, homey and clean. Great apartments with perfect layouts. Friendly staff. Grateful for the time and information provided.

Our tour was great, [name removed] answered all of our questions. I was a bit throw off by the price only because I was told by A Place for Mom $[removed] and the actual price for memory care is $[removed]. Everyone was very friendly. It was dinner time so we were able to see the menu first hand and the variations in the residents food. As well as see the staff interacting with them. We were also able to see the room we would like for dad as there was one available. We are moving forward with the necessary documentation required by Charter.

Toured with brother, he is now a resident in independent living area. It is a good fit for him . He can't cook, so meals are great.

Our experience has been fabulous. We moved our parents into assisted living. The staff has been so attentive and caring.

We moved my parents in for varioud reasons. My dad was needign assistance. He is 91 and my mom, who is 88 was trying to do it all herself. It was killing them both. The staff at wellpoint was literally lifesavers.

Mom loves living at Wellpoint and so does our entire family. The staff and residents are wonderful.
