Amazing! I love Charter Senior Living!!! They are so good to all of the residents. [name removed], the director, takes excellent care of his workers and they take excellent care of the residents. I can't say enough good things about Charter. My mother-in-law loves it there!!!! We know not to visit during Bingo because she shoos us away! If they have a craft activity, we're encouraged to stay and participate. It really is a great place.

The Charter Facility is older. However it has the advantage of being on only one level. My apartment has a door to the outside as well as the inside hall. The staff is attentive and kind. There are many activities and crafts. A swimming pool is available and animals are allowed. The residents are from many states and Kentucky counties, and they create a caring community. The cost is competitive for our area.

The community is small, easy to navigate without getting confused and the staff members are friendly.

This is easy! I give them a 5 on everything except maybe a 3 on the food. It's okay but not great. The staff is so friendly and efficient and take great care of [name removed]. the residents are friendly too. My brother keeps saying that he really likes being there. Which is huge.

The main thing I appreciated about The Cottages when I was looking for a place for my sister, was they evaluate and treat each potential resident on an individual basis. Other facilities have cookie cutter criteria. Everyone is lumped into the same level based on their test scores. No regard for the things they can do. Everything was based on what they can't do. The Cottages didn't focus entirely on my sister's test scores. They saw past what she was struggling with and focused on the positive things she could do! Everyone is upbeat, patient, and caring. I'm so happy that the caregivers encourage my sister to participate in activities. She has rarely missed an activity since she's been there because of the staff's encouragement, so she is making new friends. The activities are many, fun, inclusive, and engaging. Also, the outings they have planned for January look great! The place sparkles! The only thing I can't rate is the quality of the food, because my sister has trouble expressing her opinion. But I will say I appreciate that they tell every resident before the meals, what is being served, and if they don't like or want what is being served, they can pick something else. The Cottages are homey. Their buildings only house 16 residents, so everyone gets individual attention. One other point of positivity for The Cottages is their pricing is more reasonable than many other places I checked. You get a lot for your money there.

Charter Danvers has been an incredible experience. The staff (all of them...from the director to the cleaning staff) are always available. They are kind and helpful. [name removed], the activities coordinator, might be the friendliest person I've ever met. Mom said she organizes concerts and other events that the community looks forward to all the time. As a family, we are included on an app that tells us what is happening. Events there and also where the bus (an actual working bus that takes them to stores) is going that week. Dollar store. Target. Menus and activities calendar are posted in several places. There are checks when they've not seen someone in a minute to encourage them to come down and be part of the festivities. The food is great. There are always two choices for hot meal at each mealtime. Plus additional sandwich options if those don't work. Country kitchen on each floor with yogurt, cereal, muffins fruit and coffee so they don't need to go down for food if they're looking for something smaller. Dental, podiatry, hair, OT, PT and primary care...all come to the building and sign ups and paperwork were handled in a timey manner to get an appt. Very easy and you don't have to keep begging for answers. Her apartment is great. Mom has a studio which is a decent size. She has a queen bed, two nightstands, dresser, table, two chairs, two side tables and a loveseat. All fit and doesn't feel cramped. Hardwood floors. Bathroom is good size. Their one bedrooms seem small which is why we went with studio. You could only fit a twin bed in there and mom is 5'10". She also has a cat. Plenty of space. I feel like I have access to her nursing staff for any questions at all times. And they actually communicate with eachother. AND her doctors. Whom are also on an app so we can all be in the know at all times. They call when they have any questions for me as well. Overall I think we won the lottery at charter. Mom doesn't feel like a burden and really enjoys the staff. I don't feel like I'm constantly chasing for information and she is respected in her home. Also small things like notes on her door. Reminding them of laundry day. Housekeeping. All of it. So she doesn't feel like she's always caught off guard for not being organized

I would give all a 5. What we like the most about the community is that the staff seem to work well together, support one another. I also like the focus on healthcare in this community. Yes, we would recommend Charter Senior Living Of Paducah to other families based on the experience.

Great caregivers! Management is doing a superb job. Could have my sister in law in assisted living and brother in law in memory care at the same facility!

I would have liked to learn the requirements of aides and nurses on the memory care unit as to mandatory education on the care of their patients.

We are very pleased with our experience here at Charter white House. The food is prepared daily and it's absolutely delicious. With a gourmet dessert every day. The staff is excellent and very caring. His room is excellent, spacious and comfortable. You have to come and see for yourself this beautiful resort type setting. It's gorgeous, with chandlers and beautiful lighting. Please come see for yourself. You will be as impressed as we are. We love it here.

They were wonderful to work with. The place was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend them to all of my family and friends!

I would give a 5 on all. I honestly have zero complaints. We have had a fantastic experience. It's expensive but worth it for his care and he has his dog with him. We would absolutely recommend Charter Senior Living of Paris TN to other families based on the experience so far.

5 for all. What we like the most about the community is that all were welcoming. They always had activities (live music, games and field trips available). They were easy to communicate with
