I would rate everything a 5. The only category I hesitated on was the food — I considered giving it a 4, but that’s only because I’m a bit picky. Overall, Charter has been absolutely wonderful. I feel so fortunate that your company introduced us to Charter. It has truly been the best possible choice for my mom. The entire staff is amazing — from the front office to housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs or questions. The community is very clean and has been beautifully updated throughout. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Very positive. Took lots of time with us to understand the needs and even future needs for my mom. Shared how they could work with us as a family. Definitely on our list of options. Still trying to understand affordability with needing this level of care. Have other tours coming up and will be able to do a better comparison then.

This is a beautiful facility. The staff are warm and welcoming and the director provided me with information specific to my family’s needs. Everything is clean and bright and residents appear happy and well cared for. The rooms are very nice and families can furnish the rooms to their individual taste. Family is welcome to visit at any time and special celebrations can be arranged in a private dining area. The surrounding area is busy, but Charter is set away from the noises. I’m sure anyone would be comfortable at Charter.

By far far better than the other two residences where my brother was located. And even though it's fire far far better it's $[removed]cheaper! He actually has a kitchenette now! He actually has a separate bedroom now! The staff and everyone there seems happy and friendly, including the residents we've talked to. Also, the meals are age-appropriate. Not a constant diet of Italian and Mexican as arc his previous location. Staff is prompt and answering questions. Basically there's no comparison to the two places he was before. I wish they would post the phone numbers of the different departments. It sometimes takes quite a bit of time to get information for current issues when I try to figure out who to contact.
