Mom loves living at Wellpoint and so does our entire family. The staff and residents are wonderful.

The team at wellpoint has been fantastic with my inlaws. So very kind and understanding.

The facility seems to be very clean and well organized. It is conveniently located in close proximity to my home. The staff seemed friendly, helpful and well informed. [name removed] was the perfect host.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The residents seemed very happy there. The place was very clean and the two bedroom villa we visited was lovely. We are definitely considering moving here.

Great interaction with [name removed], Director of Business Development..she was efficient, informative and knowledgeable...location was very good and amenities more than suitable for Senior Living...will definitely pass info on to other seniors who may be in the market for a great location..

The staff is so caring that I immediately knew my mom was as getting the care she needed. My mom's studio apartment is spacious and the bathroom is large. Dining is in each building which is convenient.

Charter Senior of Troy is a wonderful place. Mom is very happy and pleased with the accommodations here. The staff is kind and always ready to help. Everything is kept very clean and in repair. I highly recommend Charter Senior Living of Troy.

We were in a rush and the staff and admins were very helpful in getting processed and placed. The information provided and question responses were always available immediately and we felt very comfortable at the facility and with the staff.

This was well planned tour. The person in charge was informative friendly and helpful. All of the staff we came in contact with were very nice. It is a good community for a smaller living environment. We could see the residents were happy.

I absolutely adored this place!!! The tour was awesome! Right now, it is number one on my list of places for Mom. My only complaint is that it is 45 minutes away from where I live. This place is EXACTLY what I had in mind for my Mom — a spa-like treat with 1-on-1 attention given with brain activities and exercise/rehabilitation.

It seems the staff actually "enjoy" working there. Love that it is all on 1 level and the interior hallway around the building

Very nice meeting with [name removed]. We were very impressed with the list of activities, amenities, and facilities. We had been anxious to consider places with full kitchens, rather than the kitchenettes in our other tours. The 2BR unit was just what we had hoped for in terms of space, layout, and storage. We were also pleased to hear about the guest apartment and the ability to do a test rental for a month, if that would help to get a sense of the vibe, activities, and services available. Currently hoping to bring Mom in for a visit when she's in town during May.

Our family was very impressed with charter senior living. Would love to see our mom move in. Our mom wasn't impressed with the price. She has saved her money for a long time and doesn't want to part with it. I know once she is there she will be happy. She has lived in her home for 66 years and that's where she would like to be. But we know she can not right now.

Clean facility. Nice and quiet location. Your was excellent and not a pushy sales approach. Will keep this place on my list of potential.

Facility is great. It was a little slow at first to get things moving as they were changing directors at the same time we came in. They change staff often which is sad in memory care, because they like consistency. Team is helpful and friendly.

If I were choosing a place for myself, this is would be my choice. It is small, has lovely grounds and all amenities of the bigger places. The staff were all very pleasant and interacted well with the residents. It is affordable, clean and “homey”.

[name removed] stood out, had it not been for her...I would of never brought it dad. There will be a [removed] dollar charge for not using their pharmacy, there will be a [removed] dollar extra charge for internet. They rarely check on your loved ones. They never give them enough to drink. You will sign in your contract that they are absolutely not responsible if something happens to your loved one. It is better than some of the other facilities. They do watch the exit doors well.

The quality of care is excellent. Very kind caseworker. They are compassionate and come to the room with any need. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

In general, assisted living helps your family member feel less lonely, less isolated, most of the time improves their diet and their quality of life. When you combine all these things together, their overall health improves. It's always scary at first but doesn't take long, 2 to 4 weeks for your family member to thrive. Be sure to find a facility that promotes activities the way charter does. They go and tell they're residents about the activity and encourage them to join. That's how they will meet friends. It's almost like living in a dorm for seniors,

Charter is an excellent choice and one we wanted to choose. Unfortunately my aunt is not ready for this move.
