I recently toured Bartlett Reserve and was so impressed! The staff was friendly, the community was clean and inviting, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for. Everyone I met seemed happy to be there. The manager was upbeat and can tell he genuinely enjoyed showing me the community. I can’t wait to move in and experience it for myself. I’ll leave another review once I settled in.

I can’t say enough good things about Bartlett Reserve! From the moment I walked in, [name removed]in sales treated me like family—what a gem she is! This is a great place and the staff cares about the residents. It was well maintained and the residents were clearly happy! I saw them gathered in front of the fireplace engaged in conversation and having a great time.

The service was excellent and the food was great! I would definitely come again to one of their events. I was greatly amused and happy in how all the staff made me feel welcomed. It smelled so refreshing when walking in the facility and all the residents that I saw were so friendly.
