Activity director, PT, nursing staff were awesome. My mom was always clean and well dressed. Always nice meals. Everyone showed concern and empathy. I was glad my mom was there for her last few months.

The staff is the best ...they genuinely care about their tenants. My mom was well taken care of. They would go beyond what they were paid to do. She didn't take part in many of the activities but when I visited they were always having something going on. I never went to visit that there was not a a very pleasant Smell throughout the building. They kept everything clean. Which is a blessing in my book. My mom was only here 10 months but she was treated like family. When she passed it was a very sad day for the entire staff.

I like the smaller cottage home feel. Especially for the Memory Care buildings. It feels more like a home, and not a large apartment like setting. There are always activities and outings available to keep the residents involved and the staff gets to know the residents & work with them closely.

My father has advanced dementia and is in hospice. We feel so lucky to have found this home. He is cared for by the staff with great tenderness. Although he cannot participate in the activities offered to residents I can see, during my visits, all that is offered. Also, luckily Crossings is close to our home so convenient.

When I walk in the front door, I am always greeted with a smile and feels like a family. "How are you Mrs. Christy"? From the concierge to the cleaning staff to the dining rooms staff and leadership team, they all are very helpful with any questions are requests I have. Things are done promptly. Lots of activities, planning fun events are great.
