Everyone was so nice and everyone spoke to us. Its a very clean place. I was impressed memory care or assisted didn't reap of urine like other places we've visited. Meet several people who loves there.

I live living at Wellpoint. They treat me very well.

I did not feel like I had a home after I sold my house. When I moved to Wellpoint I finally felt like I had a home again.

I recently toured Bartlett Reserve and was so impressed! The staff was friendly, the community was clean and inviting, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for. Everyone I met seemed happy to be there. The manager was upbeat and can tell he genuinely enjoyed showing me the community. I can’t wait to move in and experience it for myself. I’ll leave another review once I settled in.

My mother has been thoroughly enjoying her time at Bartlett Reserve senior living. The warm and welcoming community, combined with attentive staff, has made her feel right at home. She loves the engaging activities, delicious meals, and the friendships she has formed with other residents. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure her comfort and happiness, which brings us peace of mind. Bartlett Reserve has truly been a wonderful choice for her, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and environment they provide.

I enjoy the fact that I don’t have to cook or do dishes any more. I like that I don’t have to wash my clothes any more. I enjoy sitting I. The living areas with my friends. I really like my caregivers. They are really sweet hearts.

I can’t say enough good things about Bartlett Reserve! From the moment I walked in, [name removed]in sales treated me like family—what a gem she is! The place is spotless, the staff are as friendly as can be, and the atmosphere just feels like home. It’s clear they truly care about the people here. If I were ready to move in, this would be the place, no question!

This is a great place and the staff cares about the residents. It was well maintained and the residents were clearly happy! I saw them gathered in front of the fireplace engaged in conversation and having a great time.

The service was excellent and the food was great! I would definitely come again to one of their events. I was greatly amused and happy in how all the staff made me feel welcomed. It smelled so refreshing when walking in the facility and all the residents that I saw were so friendly.

Bartlett is one of the best communities i have ever visited. The staff here are wonderful and so kind. We stayed for lunch and the food was fresh and gourmet. I would recommend anyone come to this community if you are looking for a homey warm environment!

Bartlett is a beautiful community and the staff are phenomenal! My mom is so happy here! [name removed] gave us a great tour and was so helpful. She made this decision easy and a fun experience too. I love the food and the fun atmosphere!

Every time I come into Bartlett you greeted with a smile by the awesome [name removed] they guide you in an issue where you need to go and very helpful. The families are grateful to have such awesome staff as her and others.

My mom loves living at WellPoint! The staff spoil her and she has made a lot of new friends.

When looking for a memory care facility, I wanted one that would meet my mother-in-law’s needs, regardless of the level of care she required. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful to get her moved in and comfortable. We were able to decorate her room with her things and she always says, “I wish I was at home, but if I can’t be home, I’m really glad I’m here.” The staff has been very kind and excellent with communication concerning her care. They quickly respond to our texts and emails. I have no concerns about her safety and know that she is well taken care of. My grandma was also at The Cottages years ago, and received excellent care, so we knew it would be a great fit for our current needs, too. It’s good to know that the quality of care is consistent and dependable.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We have a one bedroom with a small area kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a microwave and sink area. Size is nice and roomy.
