Housekeeping needs to improve the conditions of moms room , The floors of her room are not satisfactory, The floors Need to be changed on opal wing. We've had to wash the bottom of her shoes, many times from being sticky and dirty. TV table is dusty. I'd like to see moms hair and face care improve . She always has a lot of facial hair and needs to be shaved daily at least every two days . She would like a woman caregiver please.

My Mom is settled and content. It was a big adjustment, but now she enjoys the friendship's that she is making. She brags about the care that the girls in house-keeping give her and the assistant's that tend to her daily needs. So I say over all we made a good choice. The daily care from Housekeeping individuals and the extra care given to her by people who are giving her daily assistance. Some times the people that care and do the day to day work aren't given the credit that they deserve.

We appreciate the dining for my parents. They don't complain about the food. They do say it's hard to find assistance after hours, but they are using their pendant button as needed. We expected more in medication management and then was told additional assistance is an additional $[removed] per person, which was a surprise. There has been communication issues between us and the upper management. Lots of follow up emails and questions. We picked this community over others for the price, accommodations, food and being able to increase care services as needed as my parents need it.I want to add that at this point we wouldn't change our decision for Cedarhurst. With that said, my brother and I have had to be very hands on with communication with the Executive Director, the Head of nursing, and the transportation manager.

The food is a bright spot, especially with their new expanded, restaurant style menu. Their promise of this change was one big reason I chose Cedarhurst. The common interior areas can seem a bit dingy. This is a significant drawback. I would recommend them as a mid price range facility. There are fancier places but they are significantly more expensive.

The communication with the nursing staff could be better. We picked this community because of the location and affordability.Overall good experience would recommend

If they could fix some of the issues my loved one has encountered, it would be very good. I picked this community because of the convience. The schedule was reliable. The weekday medicine was delivered on time during the day but the weekend staff didn't seem to be inadequate. There wasn't much in the way of activities on the weekends. I wasn't sure the evening staff delivered all of the proper medication. There was some activities most mornings and afternoons. On occasion the options weren't adequate for everyone's needs or wants.

We selected based on price and how comfortable mother felt there period overall. I think it was a good choice. However, we are not staying, and mom will be ending her contract and moving back with me. No fault if Legacy. Mother medically isn't able to stay by herself.

My loved one is currently a resident at Charter Senior Living at North Park Place and everything has been generally good for him at this facility so far. Staff communication with the family is good. The move in process was good. The cleanliness and friendliness are also good. I would recommend Charter Senior Living at North Park Place to family and friends.

I would say that my experience had been very good. Cedarhurst is the place I visited that was the best. I would recommend to others.

It's good but had some bad experience with prior employees but happy with new managements changes. We picked this community because, it's a smaller community and all on one floor.

So far it is going well. My moms room is spacious and clean and the caregivers I have interacted with have been great. I also have peace of mind knowing she's safe. We picked this community because of the availability, services and reputation.

Nice...clean ...friendly staff and no urine odor. I would recommend to other families. We picked this community becasue It was the best option at the time.

Today we are offered alternatives to nursing homes . They are memory centers which offer various activities, physical exercise and other brain stimulating programs. These are so helpful in keeping our elderly communicating , staying physically active and living to their maximum. I searched for such a place for my mom with beginning dementia. I found a community that was small, friendly and appeared to have a compassionate,caring staff. I chose Southern Pines. My mom is a new resident there. Although , no place can replace home . I hope she can adopt this place, be happy and call it home. Presently , she seems happy and is adapting well. This idea of memory centers is spreading and growing, and I feel will get even better with time

Charter Senior Living of Oak Openings is a nice facility, and the staff are nice too. Overall it's a good place, but I wish the food was better - it's inconsistent.

I would recommend a friend considers this place, and tour the Cottages. As a whole we were pleased with our experience. In my mom's case she was unable to take care of herself and assisted living was not a good choice. Staff was easy to work with very helpful.Also the staff person fromA Place for Mom, that we worked with was wonderful. I have recommended a place for mom to several friends.

Small community of residents ,loved one doesn't get neglected . Does take the more severe dementia patients that are immobile , while other facilities don't, My husband is in moderate stage so sometimes get upset with all the wheelchairs. The caregivers are attentive. The nurses they have now are exceptional which is as important as caregivers.

Based on the experience we have had so far, what we like most about this community is the staff. They go out of their way to help residents and keep families in loop. Staff treats every resident with smiles and hugs. Charter Senior Living of Davison has so many activities for residents every day and fun outing. The Activities Director is amazing!

We picked this community because, it was the only place with availability in memory care. Seems that all of the facilities are wonderful. Memory care is lacking. Big turnover in caregivers. Very friendly. Great food. Beautiful facilities. I would recommend to other families.

I toured at Charter of Vinings and it was a nice place, but it was very "corporate feeling" and to me just felt fake. This was the main reason we did not choose Charter for my loved one.

I think the way the food is presented and served is good. It appears that there are several activities available for the residents to participate in, and the staff seem to try to engage the residents in the activities. The nurse on the night shift is very hard to understand when speaking to the family on the phone.
