The tour was conducted by director and she was excellent. The facility is charming, clean, safe and inviting. Satff were able to work with us and accomodate financially accommodate us. The room offered is outstanding. I believe he will receive the care needed.

Beautiful facility...welcoming, bright, and cheery. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved this place.

I would be willing to move into this community. It is very pretty in the spring. I wish that my loved would have been able to enjoy it longer. The staff were very friendly and a lot of them were from an agency but most of them were very friendly and very good at there job there were just a few as always that were not as good as the other workers that were there. This was a very pretty place but unfortunately we were there in the late winter and did not get to see it in the spring.

Overall Bartlett Reserve is a great community. They are 55+ community; however, they need more residents towards the younger age population. My loved one loves the exercise class that they provide. The location of the community is good, as it is close to shopping and a strip mall for other activities in the neighborhood. The meals are great along with the time they are served. The staff are great to work with.

I like the friendliness and feeling of family here. The reason I ended up choosing Charter is I felt confident my loved one would be taken care of based on interactions I've had with the staff, including the director. In my conversations with the director, I felt we were aligned and had some of the same things going on in our lives. She made me feel assured and understood. I like the care they're providing, the way my loved one looks and is dressed. She looks very sophisticated.. If you didn't already know she has Alzheimer's, you'd never know it looking at her. Activities have been great. I've seen dancing and an Olympic themed activity. They post pictures on Facebook, and it's great to see the residents involved in positive and stimulating activities.

Our loved one immediately fell in love with Charter Senior Living, and so far she has had no complaints about the food. She says there are always activities to participate in, and there is something going on each day. She is very happy there so we are very happy with our decision.

no awareness of inside of building since Covid. but staff very responsive and my aunt has adjusted very well to change in living. says she likes the food and staff keep me informed with any changes. a great move for my aunt.

This is a wonderful staff, they are very attentive to the residence and very friendly. They put their residence first, very easy to work with and the facility is very well-maintained and kept up well!

I am enjoying living at Bartlett Reserve. The staff is friendly and attentive. When life returns to normal here, we will enjoy many of the activities offered here. My only 1/2 star is for the food, since it's prepared and delivered to each apartment, and it has suffered under the current circumstances.

Been here nearly 8 yrs. - We are well staffed and near to stores. - When you com here you will get the feeling of being home. - Pleasant staff and free style dining, like no one else in the business

Very clean with very polite, caring and professional staff. Food prepared is top of the line and very well presented.

We chose Bartlett Reserve to host my mother's 100th birthday celebration. I'm glad we did.  With their well-appointed multi-purpose room, Bartlett met the challenge with great success.    They created a party environment for 120 guests that answered all of my needs.  People could mingle with ease.  Designated space allowed singing and dancing entertainers to perform.  My brother played the grand piano. A corner set with upholstered chairs allowed Mom  to hold court (resulting in priceless photos).  Ample seating gave guests a place to rest.   Guests could see and enjoy the slide show we brought in (and there was a long life to see.)   Tables covered with white linens displayed food and drink, gifts/cards, and the cake. Bartlett catered a delicious, filling menu of  heavy hors d'oeuvres tailored to my suggestions.  The evening ran like clockwork.  Everything in place.  Professional hospitality at its best.  I had no worries.  Thank you executive director [name removed]. Thank you food and beverage  director [name removed].   I give  "5 stars"  to Bartlett Reserve.

My father is in Memory Care at Willow Pointe. I live nearby and visit 4-5 times a week. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the physical and emotional needs of the individual residents. They make it a pleasant place to be. I wish they had more varied activities for the residents.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Location is great, beautiful Landscaping. Pricing is the best locally. I highly recommend the Landings!

Recently, My wife and I took a tour of this facility in search of a home for her mother. We have been across many facilities in the area and nothing really stood out from any of them until we met the director at Augusta Gardens. She really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and had every answer for all of our questions. Yet the reason she stood out the most was because of the level of concern and sincerity she showed during our time together. The facility is older, but you can tell the staff works to keep it in shape. There was a staff member painting the outside shutters when we visited, and whatever they were cooking for lunch smelled amazing. We are leaning towards this facility because of the pride that shows that they are putting in the facility and care given during our time there.

My grandmother is a resident at Augusta Gardens. This weekend we attended the Mother's Day event that they had at the community for each of the mothers that are current residents. All that I can say is WOW! It was completely over the top, the decorations were nice, the setup was accommodating, the food was amazing, the desserts were even better, and the best part was to see how much the staff came together to make this day as special for my grandmother and the others as possible. My grandmother was completely taken back and said this was the best Mother's day that she has ever had. That's almost 70 years... I am very happy that she had a great day. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work. it is appreciated.

On Sunday, we toured the facility looking for a home for my brother to use for therapy and assisted living. Our guide was very professional and quickly showed us the facility. It was nice to see that they were refinishing the dining room floors and showed us that the two guys cared about the way the facility looked. the rooms we visited and courtyard were more than enough to impress and definitely sold us on using Augusta Gardens. We look forward to the experiences ahead.
