I toured Emeritus and found it to be a unique community. The cottage style set up was very different and intimate for residents that live there. Everyone seemed happy and well cared for. The landscaping was beautiful. The , patio, rocking chairs and courtyard area were all very inviting. The various apartments shown were adequate to meet the needs of my loved one. The staff were very pleasant and all smiles! From the discussion with staff we found that Emeritus had a great deal of staff longevity which we were impressed by. I always found that happy staff make happy clients.

The Legacy of Anderson was the nicest and affordable. My loved one has not been able to participate in activities because he is in physical therapy but that was another deciding factor because he can receive therapy onsite. We don't have to worry about transporting him to appointments. I've eaten there several times the food is very good. I highly recommend this place, it has been a really positive experience so far.

A very good place. Not a sad face anywhere, they are big in socializing and have an excellent facility with super nice rooms and plenty of things to do. One of the employees gave us an excellent tour after lunch and explained the financial side in great detail.

This facility is also highly rated by us. The rooms were a good size and director told us that some couples use the living area as their bedroom and the smaller bedroom area as their sitting area - which we thought was creative. They have an on-site physical therapy clinic (a plus), which they plan to expand. Finally, we briefly toured their alzheimers unit, which was not depressing - and I've seen a few, so that was encouraging as well. Their site visit reports are pretty good too. One con: a relatively recent change in management.
