By the 3rd day Mom (95) with moderate dementia who was extremely frightened and overwhelmed the first day after living in a tiny 2 bed nursing home room for 3 months, was saying, " I feel really comfortable here." All the staff (including administrators) is actively involved in keeping her safe, giving her respect and love, and getting her involved in the community. She is wheelchair bound and unable to do anything for herself, and I have felt the greatest relief knowing that she is not sitting and staring at the 4 walls all day. I really feel that the Lord led me to this place. In the first week, at least half the time, I have had to go searching for her when I visit because she is at an activity. The CNA staff is completely willing to do things the way I want them done for her, and put my requests into her care plan so each shift knows what to do. Grand Victorian is on a mission to love and respect the aging, and make their last days filled with light and friendship.

Overall, my loved one's stay here was good. We were grateful that they were able to accomodate our needs on such a short notice. There were really some awesome staff members there. There, of course, were some issues we encountered and some hurdles to jump over, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

They are EXCELLENT! The price tag is high, but it's expected with the service you receive. These people are truly exceptional! They are professional! What is really special is that they really adopt these people and take care of them like their children. That is really why I was sold. The personality of these people is just so special! I have nothing but good things to say, and I would personally recommend them to ANYONE!

I have ben completely satisfied with Provision Living. The care & evaluation my aunt has received has been top notch. My aunt has adjusted beautifully even though the first day was quite challenging. The staff handled my aunt's reluctance & probably fear in a very professional manner.

It seems that the have been in a flux, it seems to be taking a long time to get things set up, and it seems to be a struggle to get pictures hung, and things. I think it's the staffing, they could use more staffing. I think they could integrate new people a little better. It can be a little ciquey there. The food is pretty good. It is a good value, and I like the layout, it is good for walking. The executive director and office staff are all very nice, they really made the difference in my choice. They were very accommodating and they were very straight forward.

I was very impressed by what I saw here, I'd give them top marks across the board. It was a very nice looking, clean facility, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The staff were all nurses, which is something you don't generally see in these types of communities.

My mom moved here in November, 3 1/2 months ago. Although she didn't want to leave Florida, she has been very happy here, and as she says, no complaints. Food is always available and tasty. She loves that she can eat when she wants and the chef is very accommodating. Residents and staff are friendly and helpful. A real community where everyone looks out for each other. It feels like a family.

I can't think of anything that could be done better. They are clean and very friendly. They are quick to respond and the activities are fantastic! I am there all the time and they are wonderful. It is also a great value.

Willow Pointe has been an excellent choice my mother. She needed more help after breaking her hip, having surgery, and going through rehab. Willow Pointe offers four tiers of service, while allowing the resident to live in an apartment. The apartments are lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful, sometimes too helpful. They need to have my mother do more on her own. I suspect it is a time thing. I like the high school students who are working as CNAs. They are very friendly and seemed dedicated. Sometimes, I think it is hard to keep up with who is who with new staff starting--not sure what can be done about that. Activities are great, with a wonderful director. She really works to get residents involved. It would be nice to have activities on the weekend as well--maybe a volunteer coming in and helping could work. Head nurse is excellent as is the director. All are friendly and responsive. I really like that it is close to my home, so I can visit often.

Just can not say enough good things about this facility. The Staff is outstanding in all respects. We are not residents, we are GUESTS and are treated accordingly. Our dog has a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite which he permits us to share. The unit is fully equipped and unlike other facilities, each room of the suite has it's own ac/heating unit. The dining room is open 12 hours a day and you choose from a varied menu and when to dine. Activities and transportation are available daily.

They are wonderful, he is very happy there. It's a very nice facility the only thing that isn't the greatest is the food. The staff is great, they are wonderful, and pleasant. He is thriving and doing so well!!

She settled in extremely well, we were very impressed with the program. We were quite happy to see the levels of activity that the staff had the folks doing there. If her resources had been more extensive we would have left her there. They handle advanced dementia and Alzheimers patients, so the level of care is a little higher which makes the price go up a little. She seemed quite happy with the food. She didn't really want to leave.

They've been wonderful, there hasn't been a single thing I can think to complain about but suppose their portions for meals could be a bit bigger for guests! Finding this place has really been a blessing. Everyone we've spoken with, from the aides to the director, have been very friendly! I like that it is all one building, as a few of the communities we looked at had outside portions that would have made getting around difficult for my loved one.Thank you Mandy and staff for making the decision so much easier.

My loved one seems really happy here. They provide great service here, and for an affordable price. It's a nice looking, clean place, and it has a nice comfortable atmosphere. It feels more like a home, and not a hospital like some nursing homes do. The staff are all friendly, and they provide lots of activities to keep people out of bed and active.

They could have maybe a few more activities. The food is good, I think they could use a few more vegetables, it's a little on the fatty side, but it's food they grew up with, and they seem to enjoy it. They were very friendly and everybody said hi when we toured. Even the resdents are friendly they talk to each other and smile at one another, they even talk to the residents that are less responsive. She has a buzzer system on her wrist and they responded right away and called me right away when she had to use it.

This assisted living and memory care campus is like a luxury home with an amazing staff who is always providing loving care for my mother who has resided there for more than 3 years. The small home environment with no stairs is perfect. Great activities and the meals are really good. Even the grandkids love to visit their grandma. I thank the staff for taking such great care of my mom! Thank you!

Ready for my visit. Clean, Friendly staff. Residents seem happy and content. Rooms and outdoor areas are lovely. Will go back for lunch to try the food.

We're very pleased with this community. It is a nice looking place, and everyone is very friendly. It took a bit longer than it should have for Mom to settle in, since there is a lot of staff turnover here, Mom had to get used to new caregivers more than once. She has also had some issues with the food, but she brought up her complaints with them and they resolved them quickly.

I am just waiting for my mom's long term care to be excepted. We put a deposit down. All 3 facilities we toured were all very nice & professional. And were described very well by my adviisor. Great job!

We were referred to this location by another Emeritus community who did not have openings, and this one has worked out great so far. It's a nice looking place, and everyone has been very friendly. They provide the 24/7 care that we were needing, and had an immediate opening. It was a very urgent search, and I was glad to find somewhere so nice when we needed it.
