They did really good. My mom hasn't been easy to work with. They are working with her. The nurses were good to me. They are getting her medications, and they are taking good care of her. They have done everything I could have asked. They make it a point to get her involved. They are accommodating her, the nurse practitioner is awesome. They made us feel special and welcome, my mom picked out the place, she liked that.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this facility and the staff. It felt like home and we loved how it had so many rooms to hang out in and so many things to do. The staff knew all of the residents by name. Very warm and welcoming.

This is a wonderful community the atmosphere is so open and friendly. I liked everything they offered and found more than I hoped for my mom.

Unfortunately my loved one passed before we were able to get her moved in, but based on what we saw during the tour and how helpful they were when we were signing up I have nothing bad to say about Encore Senior Village. They were so kind and so helpful when we were arranging things for our loved one, they did a lot of work coordinating things between the hospital and the rehab facility she was in. I'd definitely choose them again if we had another loved one in need of care!

We toured four facilities, but decided on Arden Courts of Hazel Crest. We felt comfortable with the staff and were confident Mom would receive the care that she needs. Mom is enjoying the activities, has gained weight and is taking less anxiety pills. When she gets turned around, there is always someone to help her find her room. We are very happy with Arden Courts of Hazel Crest. Kudos to Eric, Star and Rose for making Mom feel welcome!

It was excellent, I highly recommend it! We used the respite services for two weeks. The staff is really excellent, everyone who works there is great. I would use them again, I am very pleased, I would use them for a permanent placement too. They are a little on the expensive side. It is strictly Alzheimer's and dementia. They have 64 beds in four neighborhoods with a central area, where they can do activities and where they offer services. They have a very nice outdoor area, with a lot of freedom for the individual. Everything is done like it would be at home for serving food. They were able to take care of her extremely well.

Wonderful place the day my father moved in the director Eric walked up to my father and said welcome home he made the move in so much easier for us and my father. Anything I have needed wether it was information or postponing moving my father Eric went out of his way to help. The caregivers, activities directors, receptionist , nurse and all the employees are all wonderful and make not only my father feel at home but his family too. So happy I chose Arden Courts of Hazel Crest.

The only problem is a slight dietary concern. They are on top of everything and really address one’s concern. I’m extremely pleased with this community. They have a lot of activities. I’m very happy with choice we made.

It's clean, and the staff is friendly. They have plenty of activities and are quick to respond to requests or concerns. My mom and dad both like the food. We liked the location, and how outstanding the people were. Once I saw it, I realized there wasn't anything else that compared in the area. It's like night and Day compared to McKendree Village.

My loved one has been at Meadowmere Northshore for one week. Everything is going well. The staff is exceptional. The meals are wonderful. Our loved one is involved in activities, which she wasn't before. She is happy, which we are grateful for.

We have had a positive experience here. They are clean and friendly. Mostly Lynn was a big help with the getting in process. That was great! Lynn was very, very, helpful. This was a long road for us, and they were very patient and helpful, and very accommodating.

Mom was ready to move in at the 1st visit. Cristy was a dream to work with and the staff and residents are truly happy to be there. A Big Bang for the buck.

It’s a homey places, not medical, not institutional. It’s a home setting. She doesn’t have any complaints about the food, but it often needs to be warmed up. They do exercises and bingo. They went to the casino. Today we did putting. It’s the nicest, cleanest, and homiest. My mom can come and go as she pleases

We really liked this place and if we hadn't had to move out of state we would have had her stay here. It was like an apartment feel. They were nice and we really liked them.

You were very helpful in a time of great stress.

Very favorable impression. Nice facility, seems they will get the care they will need. Residents seemed content. Looks like a lot of activities. Only concern is price. We're scheduling an assessment to see what their actual needs are and pricing will be determined after the assessment. This is at the top of our list for now.

We really have no complaints at all! The price is very fair and the location was great! It's close to my work and close to home! We haven't heard anything negetive about the food, and I would definitely hear something if she didn't like it! It's a very nice facility and everyone is very friendly!

The facility is very clean and all the staff are very pleasant. It's obvious the employees like working there. Everyone works together as a team to make sure my dad's needs are met. The staff went all out in helping us get my dad settled in, from putting in additional shelving in the closet and helping us hang my dad's curtains to make it look and feel like his former home. I also like the fact that there is a doctor who makes house calls there once a month, and the house nurse keeps all the records, so no need to worry about how to get him to and from doctor appointments.

Very nice facility. Efficiency unit should be just fine. Clean, numerous activities.
