Wonderful atmosphere at a price lower than others in the area. Mother-in-law reluctantly agreed to try assisted living and was happy with Emeritus within weeks. Unfortunately, she lost her balance and fell, cracking her hip. Fortunately, however, she was at Emeritus and was helped immediately and brought to the hospital. Thank God she was not at home when it happened! She is currently in rehab but is anxiously awaiting the time she can return,

It was a hard decision for my grandparents to leave her their of 56 years, and move into a retirement facility. Though The Grand Victorian isn't "home", it is definitely the next best thing. We are very happy with the facility, staff, food, and care. Grandmother is more active than she has been in years. She is happy, and is always doing an activity or socializing. It's fun listening to her tell us about the local "gossip". Grandfather is in the moderate stages of Alzheimer's Disease, but is happy, and gaining back some weight. He appears to be content and fusses about needing to get bigger pants. Overall, once Grandmother decided she needed help, moving into The Grand Victorian, was a great decision.

I get treated very well. Overall, I love it.

I was looking for Alzheimer's care for my husband. If I were looking for care for me, I would give it 5 stars all the way. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, dining room was elegant and menu looked great. Looked like a very comfortable and caring place.

Our family recently made the decision to select this facility for our father's care when it became clear that it was no longer safe for him to live at home alone. Dad has adjusted quickly and positively to the move. We have been very pleased with all aspects of his care and the transition we faced. Dad considers Morningside to be his home and we have the peace of mind that the staff is caring for him in a safe, kind and compassionate manner.

We toured here when we were looking. We were thoroughly pleased with them. The residents were all well kept, clean, and happy. We didn't get a chance to see the activities, but they had an extensive activities calendar. If mom was there she would definitely be participating.

So far everything is going pretty good. I think it's excellent. I don't have any concerns about how clean it's kept, or how friendly the staff is. The food is excellent too. It's working out well so far.

We are really happy with it. I really like it there. Mike the director has done an especially great job, he really went above and beyond. The staff is nice, the apartment is nice. It's sunny and pleasant, it's a nice atmosphere. The location is nice, we are really happy. She likes the food too. They have a cute little bistro and the dining room is pleasant.

I am very well pleased. He fell once and they were right there for him. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. We are happy with them. We like the security of it.

We've had a wonderful experience overall with Emeritus at Woodbridge! I have to specifically call out their marketing person, John Babecki. I have never experienced such good follow-through and customer service. He was a huge help throughout the whole process. He had excellent listening skills and really catered the information he provided to our needs. He's also continued to follow up with us even after the move, which I really appreciate! And the community itself is fabulous as well! The facility is well kept and clean, and the staff are all friendly and professional. You can really tell that the staff are close, they work very well as a team.

Our favorite place so far. The staff is kind and accommodating. The individual care plans seem well thought out. Spaces are large, hallways are wide. They have a full time chef.

I thought Brookdale Vinings did an excellent job overall. Our experience with them, although short, was a good one. The staff were all very friendly and caring, and they take great care oft he people who live here. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they have a lot to offer.

We chose this community to place my mother for a respite stay while I was out of town. It was a very friendly place and very clean. It worked out and we liked the place.

When I visied this community, I thought it was very nice. I found out that it was only for senior living, but they do have a memory care area as well. They grandfather residents in if they develop issues later on after residing there. They had lots of activities and even provided transportation to those who needed to get to dr. appointments and whatnot. Overall, it was a nice visit.

We unfortunately didn't get a lot of time here. We moved in furniture and that's about it. They were excellent to work with. They were very good about working with us on the billing and the contract since my loved one didn't make it long enough to even get moved in. They were very friendly, and caring though.

They are doing a very good job, but she is not adjusting very well. She is safe which is a good thing. The people who work there are really excellent, and helpful to me. Everyone has been really nice, and accommodating. Everything is kept clean. Jill the executive director is excellent.

I immediately noticed how happy the residents there are. Upon walking in, their happiness and peace impressed me. It is really a wonderful place for your loved ones.

There are not enough nice words to describe the excellent experience we had at Morningside of Gallatin! My father-in-law was a resident for 19 months. During his time there, he was very active in the activities provided and it soon became HOME to him. Stephanie, and the rest of the staff are WONDERFUL! They did so many great things for Mr. Horton--including, assisting him in being able to attend his Navel reunion in Denver. I could not begin the list all they did for him. Even in his last days, they went above and beyond (in my opinion) to ensure his comfort. I have already let it be known that I want to live at Morningside if I need a Senior facility in the future.

Things have gone very well so far at Bartlett Reserve! The staff here are wonderful! They've been very easy to work with throughout the whole process, and they were very welcoming to my loved one! The facility itself is very nice, it's a smaller community and seemed to have a much more intimate feel than some of the larger places we toured. The staff know all the residents by name, and get to know their schedules as well! They'll check in on my loved one if they see she isn't up and around at her normal time. They've also got an excellent meal plan, and the food is delicious! We weren't impressed by how the community looked from the outside and almost didn't even tour it, but we are glad we did, it's a fantastic place!
