I like the friendliness and feeling of family here. The reason I ended up choosing Charter is I felt confident my loved one would be taken care of based on interactions I've had with the staff, including the director. In my conversations with the director, I felt we were aligned and had some of the same things going on in our lives. She made me feel assured and understood. I like the care they're providing, the way my loved one looks and is dressed. She looks very sophisticated.. If you didn't already know she has Alzheimer's, you'd never know it looking at her. Activities have been great. I've seen dancing and an Olympic themed activity. They post pictures on Facebook, and it's great to see the residents involved in positive and stimulating activities.

Our loved one immediately fell in love with Charter Senior Living, and so far she has had no complaints about the food. She says there are always activities to participate in, and there is something going on each day. She is very happy there so we are very happy with our decision.

no awareness of inside of building since Covid. but staff very responsive and my aunt has adjusted very well to change in living. says she likes the food and staff keep me informed with any changes. a great move for my aunt.

I can't thank you enough for all your help with my mother's move to apartment 4309. I'm happy to say that the move out is complete. [name removed], her caregiver has been especially kind to Mom through this process. This was a tough transition for Mom after Dad's death, but she is so happy in her new place and credits it all to you and your gentle guidance. To say that she is happy at Mallard Cove is an understatement, I will travel back to NJ content that my mother is in good hands. The maintenance staff was wonderful and with the exception of a minor repair, everything has been taken care of - hats off to [name removed] and his very professional crew! Kudos also to [name removed] at the front desk for all her assistance with conveying important information to Mom, and coordinating/disinfecting all the online purchases which arrived. She does a great job of making sure all the residents here are safe. Please take good care and on behalf of my whole family - thank you so much!"

This is a wonderful staff, they are very attentive to the residence and very friendly. They put their residence first, very easy to work with and the facility is very well-maintained and kept up well!

I am enjoying living at Bartlett Reserve. The staff is friendly and attentive. When life returns to normal here, we will enjoy many of the activities offered here. My only 1/2 star is for the food, since it's prepared and delivered to each apartment, and it has suffered under the current circumstances.

Been here nearly 8 yrs. - We are well staffed and near to stores. - When you com here you will get the feeling of being home. - Pleasant staff and free style dining, like no one else in the business

Very clean with very polite, caring and professional staff. Food prepared is top of the line and very well presented.

We chose Bartlett Reserve to host my mother's 100th birthday celebration. I'm glad we did.  With their well-appointed multi-purpose room, Bartlett met the challenge with great success.    They created a party environment for 120 guests that answered all of my needs.  People could mingle with ease.  Designated space allowed singing and dancing entertainers to perform.  My brother played the grand piano. A corner set with upholstered chairs allowed Mom  to hold court (resulting in priceless photos).  Ample seating gave guests a place to rest.   Guests could see and enjoy the slide show we brought in (and there was a long life to see.)   Tables covered with white linens displayed food and drink, gifts/cards, and the cake. Bartlett catered a delicious, filling menu of  heavy hors d'oeuvres tailored to my suggestions.  The evening ran like clockwork.  Everything in place.  Professional hospitality at its best.  I had no worries.  Thank you executive director [name removed]. Thank you food and beverage  director [name removed].   I give  "5 stars"  to Bartlett Reserve.

My father is in Memory Care at Willow Pointe. I live nearby and visit 4-5 times a week. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the physical and emotional needs of the individual residents. They make it a pleasant place to be. I wish they had more varied activities for the residents.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Location is great, beautiful Landscaping. Pricing is the best locally. I highly recommend the Landings!

My Dad and his wife have lived in the facility for 3 months now. The staff has taken great care of my father on a day to day basis, and when special assistance is needed. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. If the staff identify a personal issue with either my Dad or his wife, they share the information with the spouse so they can work together to resolve the issue. The cafeteria staff are friendly and consientious of their meal needs. Both residents have special needs for their meals. The staff work to provide options that will allow them to have a healthy diet while not feeling like they are missing out on the foods they really enjoy. One other aspect that I've truly appreciated is that the facility works to meet the needs for my dad, which are part of the monthly rent, not an additional ale carte charge. One last comment, the staff really want to make sure the residents are engaged. They actively include them in events that are scheduled, make sure they are aware. They are also open to new activity suggestions. My dad and his wife have really acclimated well to this new environment and have become active members of the community. I can’t begin to say how very happy I’ve decided to bring my 99 year old Mom to Trail Creek Place. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and most of all very dedicated to make sure that your loved one is well taken care for. I find that if you have any problems or concerns the staff will direct you, if they can’t answer the question to someone who can. Whether you need to talk to the Director or talk to an aide your question will be answered that day. My Mom is well taken care of. I feel very lucky to have my Mom here. ?? Wonderful Facility

Placing our mother in an assisted living facility was not without plenty of research and emotion. We had visited other facilities in the area, but immediately felt that "Trail Creek" was home. The quaint, cozy, home like atmosphere was very helpful with the transition. The staff from the start have been helpful and interested in the affairs of our mother. The high standards and professional staffing brings comfort to our family. We are happy to lend our mother to this community of new friends as we together face this next season. We found a new HOME.

My mother-in-law needed a place to live after suffering a fall on her 94th birthday. The Cottages was a wonderfully friendly and caring place for her.

We placed my elderly cousin at Brookdale for a few months while we were planning her move to a continuing care retirement community. She has been very happy with the facilities, staff, and activities.

Moved my 92 year old mother to Bartlett almost a year ago and we both love it. It’s independent living but staff is always willing and able to provide help when needed. Resort is beautiful and the newly renovated dining room is simply stunning... magazine worthy. So very happy that A Place for Mom introduced me to Bartlett.

My mother has been living at Morningside of Shiloh for the past 6 years. It was the best decision to move her there, as she's happy. The administrator, [name removed], is fantastic. She is definitely a people person and takes great care of the residents. [Name removed] is very approachable and if you have a concern, she gets it resolved quickly. The dining room offers wonderful meals which I can personally vouch for. The activity director, [name removed], always has a smile on her face and is eager to offer entertainment for the residents. Bingo, Family night, ice cream at the White Cottage, social hour with cocktails and many other activities are offered to the residents. Morningside also offers a van service to take residents to and from doctor visits, Walmart and other activities. [Name removed] is the super friendly driver who takes them where they need to go. The staff is very friendly and caring . If you are looking for a great assisted living center for your loved one, I highly recommend Morningside of Shiloh.

[Name removed] and her staff...[Name removed], [name removed]...are the epitome of professionalism, caring and what you're looking for in a facility for your loved one...or you!!!! I highly recommend Dominion Village for you...or your loved one!!! I love this place
