The only thing I would mention that needs improving at Meadowmere Southport Assisted Living is they have a room by the elevators where they keep garbage and recycling. It gets really smelly down there. I'm not sure if there is a better way but that's the only thing I would change. The staff is outstanding. They have great activities. My parents are are set in their ways so they aren't participating yet. The food is excellent. I've been really happy with this facility.

We love it at Legacy of Anderson Senior Living Community. I would give them more than 5 stars for friendliness if I could. The only thing is sometimes the meals are almost too fancy. I would prefer more down home cooking. The price is really reasonable for the food though. We appreciate that we can eat here with my parents and it's not too expensive. I feel like my parents are very safe here. We are quite pleased with this facility.

We're very pleased by how things have turned out at Emeritus at Cherry Hill, they're doing a wonderful job! The people here are absolutely lovely, and they've really gone out of their way to make my Mom feel at home. She is very very happy here! I'd recommend them highly to anyone looking into senior care in the area!

So far they have been great. The nurse doesn't really step up, it would be nice to see her have more energy. She seems to need to be micromanaged. The activities are great, they really seem to keep people involved and busy. The staff is great as well. It's a happy environment.

I am very pleased with the service my husband receives. The ladies have such a caring attitude toward the residents. For several days he only wanted to stay in his room and they kept encouraging him to come to the day room and he now goes without hesitation. I like the fact that when they change shifts those coming on come in to speak to us. He is pretty much refusing all food when I or the staff try to feed him but they know he likes lemonade and will bring him some through out the day. He has been in three different hospitals and a skilled facility in the past 90 days and the service at Augusta Gardens has been the best. We moved to this area a little over four months ago, however I have come in contact with two other people who had loved ones there in the past and they were very complimentary. I sincerely appreciate the job they do and feel very comfortable leaving my husband in their care. He is in the severe stage of Alzheimers and having cared for him myself for over nine years I know it is not an easy job. The staff are very up beat and friendly and interact well with the residents.

My mother did not want to be there to begin with and the first couple weeks were really rough. She is suffering from Alzheimers and They had a lot of patience with her, and stayed in constant communication with me. They went out of their way to care for her. I really could not have asked for anything better.

When I moved mom in January 2015 to this wonderful facility it was The Grand Victorian. Now they just changed to Morningside and so far my feelings are the same. We looked at a couple and this one just felt homey and the staff was so friendly and the place was very very clean and didn't smell. As soon as we walked in both of us felt as if we found moms new home. The day she moved in the residents were all welcoming her and the staff. It is like a posh hotel on a beautiful island somewhere! Being an only child it was so comforting to know I found my mom a safe place that was exactly right for her. I live 500 miles away and if I have questions or something arises with mom the personnel contact me immediately and they are always there when I need them too. I hope they have openings for anyone reading this and trying to decide where to go - this one is very special.

Facilities and staff are remarkable.

Mom came to the Fountains on Mother's Day last year. At first it was difficult making the adjustment from living independently at home to her apartment but the staff was friendly and incouraging. It has now been a year and she seems to have adjusted well. She takes part in activities from "stretch" in the mornings to bingo in the afternoonand excursions on the bus. Mom has a big family and it's nice to be able to use the little kitchen room for family cards and socializing. We even used the fire place room for her birthday party. I am very pleased with the care at the Fountains. The nurse is very helpful and keeps me informed of any health concerns. This past winter I was called late at night to let me know mom was having breathing issues. When I got to the Fountains she was ready to go to the hospital with all the necessary paperwork too. So pleased with this devoted staff.

Everything is really excellent here. The Bartlett Reserve is a 5+ Star community. It has been a great experience. I would highly recommend this facility if your in the Durham, NC area. It's very nice. Everyone is friendly.

I toured the Paradise Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was very nice. I can't rate the care services or activities because I did not experience it because I only toured this property. Overall, It was a nice and clean facility. My tour went pretty good. Nice place.

i would recommend freindly staff all ways willing to help i rate the over all property a 5 star rating i gave the friendliness a 5 star as well the staff is very very very nice i all so rated the value a 5 star rating as well my loved ones are in good hands

They are a very good service. Very helpful and cooperative. My loved one is very happy. This facility is very clean and nicely managed . Health Care is great. Food is good. I would definitely recommend the Paradise Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. I rate this Facility 5 stars across the board. I only have positive things to say about this place. I am very pleased with all of the areas and Glad I chose this property.

It is a nice community. The staff and director are great they go above and beyond on their job. There is a great atmosphere with everyone there. She said food is good. Everyone is sweet and friendly. I dont have any complaints at all. She is happy and so am I.

We have not been there very long, but they have been very helpful in the time that we have been there. They are very responsive when I call and have any questions. It's been a good experience with Emeritus at Cherry Hill and I would recommend them.

So happy I was able to get my dad into Walking Horse. The room he has is spacious and has a wonderful view of one of its courtyards. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, my dad even commented on how nice everybody was. They really listened and took extra care of his needs, which not only helped in making his transition but helped us as a family know that he was in good hands. I choose Walking Horse because it was a smaller community and homey. No stairs or elevators navigation is easy to the dinning and social areas. The food is excellent and they have plenty of activities to satisfy everyone.

They were just very kind and very forthwith as far as making the arrangements . I was impressed with their facility.They are doing great. They keep it clean, and the staff is friendly. I don't really have any concerns at this time. It's going pretty well.
