We used this place for a brief respite stay for our loved one, and I thought they did an excellent job! Everything went very smoothly, and from what I saw the people here were friendly and caring. When it came time for a permanent placement for our loved one they were also very high on our list!

My mother is having a ball at Bartlett Reserve. She loves it! They do tons of activities, I can never reach her when I call because she is always so busy. I would rate the staff a ten! Everyone is so friendly, sincere, and outgoing. I would highly recommend Bartlett. She likes the food, but we have had a couple of issues with the food. She was once served a rotten piece of meat and ended up with food poisoning.

My mother and 2 of my aunts are current residents. I would recommend The Fountains in Troy to many people. I had mom here before then she had to go to hospice for a few months. She started feeling better and kept begging me to take her back to The Fountains. Now she is back. Very sweet caregivers, activity director, and the director (Nick) at The Fountains....I feel we made the right choice.

Autumn Leaves is really a very nice community for seniors that are willing to cooperate. Because my Dad does not wish to be there he is not completely happy with the place but my experience with them have been great! Autumn Leaves has plenty of activities for their residents and I haven't heard any complaints about the food. I'm hoping that with time things get better for my Dad so that he can actually enjoy everything they have to offer.

I like the attention they provided my father with. He was in the memory care unit and they were very attentive to him.

I think things are going well at Morningside. I think that he is a pain in the you know what. I appreciate everyone's compassion and understanding with him. I apologize for his behavior, but that's how he has always been. I am pleased with his care and everything. This facility has really taken great care of him.

It was only a short stay for my mom, but that was an important consideration as well - not being able to commit at the time. We were very impressed with the level of personal care and consideration that she experienced. Were it not for other family changes, she would still be living at BR, and loving it. She still says how much she misses it there and most of what she misses are the people - staff and residents, who treat each other with respect and kindness - like family, only better!

My cousin is only there a day but all seems quite satisfactory so far.

She is not really adjusting. They are evaluating her and changing some medicines. The staff here is great and this is no fault of theirs. Hopefully, with the new meds things will get better. The facility is great and always kept clean.

Even though my mother in laws stay at Dominion was very short, she passed away recently. Even prior to her moving in the team there began getting to know her through visits with her and the family. They were committed to getting everything right for her and us. We thought we were making the best decision for her care and now after having experienced both the highs and lows of making care decisions for a loved one we know that there was not a better option out there. Because of the caliber of people who work there (Tommie, Kris, Rheana, Amanda, Ashleigh, Chris and others) along with the quality of the facility I know my mother in law had the BEST of everything. Thank you Dominion Team.

Dominion Village at Poquoson is going good overall. I do have had to stay on them about the care sometimes. There was some confusion about my mother-in-laws insulin. The doctor had changed my mother-in-laws medication dosage and forgot to note it. Also he was aloud to take 4 headache pill a day. I would give her 3 a day. One in the morning, one at lunch, and one at dinner, with the option of her taking a 4th as needed. The staff would wait for her to tell them she needed the 4th one. She is a dementia patient and she isn't going to tell them, I just thought that was silly. My in laws are thrilled to be there as far as the quality of care they are getting. The staff try hard to get them involved. I am very happy with the facility. The food is really good and these people are very picky.

So far my aunt has been very happy and is doing very well at the Fountains. My mom has been in a skilled nursing facility so she really hasn't had the opportunity to adapt to the fountains . I personally am very pleased with the care and service. The staff is wonderful . Friendly. Helpful. I keep telling them to save me a room because I only have 3 years til I can move in!

Mom and dad are settling in well at The Grand Victorian of Washington. Mom is on a no red meat diet and they seem to be accommodating that well. They have hired new aids and mom would like more stability in only having two or three aids. The director is wonderful. My sister is able to approach Margo the health person with any concerns. Sometimes my sister has to do some things that the aids should be doing. Overall it has been a good experience.

The staff here is great and they really seem to care about the patients and their families. It is always clean here, and everyone seems to be happy and ready to help. They also take excellent care of the residents.

We were in a panic to find a place for my parents after my mom had fallen several times during the week. I called Nic at Fountains, and I was impressed at how accommodating he was. He made a trip to the house my father was living, and the hospital my mother admitted and did an assessment. He was very patient with me as, I called at home that week with questions. My father is thriving as he acclimated to the community for, he was home bound during the duration of caring for my mother. My mother is at a high level of care, and can be a difficult patient and the staff has handled with professionalism and sincere compassion. At a time when I was fledgling to find a place for both my parents I truly think it was a God thing for them to eventually reside at Fountains of Troy.

The place is clean and the staff is nice .i am happy with service.you can visit anytime of day.

I think Morningside is great. I am really happy with them. I don't have any complaints at this point. Out of five I would give them a five.

Arden Courts of Hazel Crest was convenient for me and also it was much better than other places I visited before making my decision. The cleanliness and the smell of the facility was pleasant compared to other facilities which was one of the reasons I chose this place the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, the rooms were very nice looking, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We narrowed it down to this and one other community, and let our loved one pick. She ended up selecting the other community based on its location, but this is somewhere I definitely would have been comfortable placing my loved one!
