Bartlett staff was warm and welcoming from day one! Mom adjusted quickly to her move with help from front desk, custodial, housekeeping and dining room staff. Everyone made sure she had everything she needed! Mom continues to thrive, joining multiple activity groups and clubs, and stays active and engaged. Great community feel and personalized attention have made this a great experience for our entire family!

I have been here since Noverber and have enjoyed it. The residence are the most friendly people. The staff works with you until you are satisfied. They come up with different food choices that are different and good to the taste. I would highly recommend Bartlett Reserver Senior Living to anyone.

My grandmother is doing great in this community. I do feel comfortable with her move to this facility. She is safe, and in good hands. The staff is great, they have been very helpful when needed, professional, and they are skilled in the care they provide their residents. When I come to visit her the community, and her room is nice, and clean. I couldn't be happier with my choice to move my grandmother to this community. I would recommend it, I'am satisfied.

This is an outstanding community for good care. The staff is very caring. We like the menu of the healthy meals. They offer her a lot of nice activities for her to participate indoors. The community is clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this community. We like the nurses and they communicate with me very well.

I manage an independent Sr apartment in Walworth County and recently had one of our tenants who lived here 24 yrs move to this facility. She came back for a going away party and couldn't say enough about how much she loves her new home. She said the food is great and served in abundance, there are plenty of things to do, the staff and other residents made her feel welcome right away. Several of our tenants have gone to visit her and have all said how happy she is and how nice this facility is. If my mother didn't have to stay in IL (for insurance purposes) I would be taking her on a tour of Meadowmere!

Very close to Mom and Dad's house. Nice and clean facility. Beautiful courtyard. Food and dining experience is important to staff for residents' well-being and enjoyment.

-like the physical appearance -like the extensive social programs -like the apartments; studio -like the location- close to 121 ***Concerned about overall price point I've followed up to ask about care costs (were not included in material) and trying to coordinate a nurse visit to assess Mom's current capabilities - this will pin down the overall price point.

We looked at this community after a recommendation and found it to be very affordable! The community is wonderful! They have plenty of activities. The best thing of all is that I am out of state but the staff here is so friendly and easy to talk with there is even a member of the staff who takes the time to send me photos of my mother painting, going out to lunch or whatever she may choose to do in a day!

I like the staff very much. The food looks nice and the one time I ate there I thought it was good. They have activities all the time. They keep the community clean and well taken care of. This memory care community has codes that visitors need to use to enter and leave the building. I would recommend this community.

This is a nice community and the staff is very very nice. The menu is nice and they offer him a lot of variety. They do offer my father activities, but he does not participate. I would recommend this nice community for other families for the good care and the value that is received here for a loved one.

My mother us doing wonderful! They finally got her medications straightened out so she is doing very well and she is happy. The staff there are friendly and they are taking very good care of her. Thr facility is clean and organized. We mainly chose this place because of the location, it is close to my family.

Paradise was a good option for us when we were looking for my mother. We decided against it because they didn't have as many outings as we were looking for. It was also more cost than other communities.

Everything is still as good like in the beginning. I highly recommend this community. I mainly like that there are no stairs and elevators which is easier for dad to get from place to place. Management runs a safe and good system for the residents. It has been a good fit for my dad.

We toured this community. We liked that the rooms are two bedroom apartments and not for a single person. The staff were nice. The residents seem active and doing well. This community only serves one meal a day. This is a nice independant community and we would recommend families to this community if the loved one is needing less assistance.

We are very happy with them so far. They are very communicative. They are very nice. We don't have any major complaints.

I like this community for the care of my mom. The staff is always available when needed. The menu is good. They have activities and she will participate when she is wanting to get involved.I would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the value and care

Everything has been going well. Mom likes it and we really like it. They have so much for the residents to do. They are also very close to us and the cost is reasonable. The community and mom's room is clean.

This community is very nice. The people that work here could not be any nicer. The community just gave me a different feel and I did not want to send my mom here. Everything seemed nice just not the right fit for mom.

I am very impressed with this community and what they are doing for my dad. He is having a rough transition and the staff has been so understanding and helpful. Dad has been trying to get involved with some of the activities that they offer. The therapy is going good.
