[Name removed] was busy when we got there but other employees were very gracious to offer us beverages while we waited. [name removed] stopped and told us she would be with us in a few minutes. When our interview began, she asked Mom several questions to help her determine Mom's interests, personality and needs. She was thorough in the tour and showed us several residence options. She was very knowledgeable about the facility. This facility was very clean, had no odor. People moving around seemed happy. The common area was nicely decorated and very presentable, and included an area for dining, crafts, movies, and social gatherings. This facility offered both assisted living and independent living. After visiting several facilities we believe independent living will be best suited to our needs. The villas (independent living) at Charter were well thought out for senior living. The model we looked at was empty and renovations were in progress. The work that had been completed looked well done. While the cost of the villa was at the maximum of our budget, this would be one facility we would consider choosing.

What a wonderful facility! Each and every member of the staff is kind, caring, responsive and helpful; they go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and safe. The residents are welcoming and incredibly nice, the food is nutritious, varied and delicious, and the activities are fun and interesting. Over the past several years, my mother has lived in two other local independent living facilities, but - hands-down - Bartlett Reserve puts the others to shame. Her comment says it all: "I feel like I've hit the jackpot!"

Very nice facility. [name removed] (executive director) was very pleasant and passionate about her work and Autumn leaves. She also spoke very highly of her staff of providers & caregivers and how passionate they were as well. I witnessed this for myself as we toured the memory care facility. The facility itself was very clean and modern (single story building). Plenty of scheduled activities for the residents, with many different options. The only drawback was that the rooms did not have a private shower. They did have a toilet and sink (1/2 bath type). This is an important item for my mother so we probably will look to another facility. Overall a very nice facility!

My Mom has lived at Bartlett for the past two years. Every time I visit her she tells me "if you asked me to find something to complain about, I really couldn't". The staff is consistently competent and caring. Everything is well maintained. Most significantly, I find that the residents feel empowered. They say "if there is anything that we don't like, we just go talk to [name removed] (the manager) and he takes care of it." The residents are welcoming, kind and very lively. They laugh a lot. There is a genuine civility and warmth to the culture of the place that made my mom feel at home, even though she was moving here from New England and didn't know anybody. The food is very good and residents love the flexibility the restaurant style dining offers. There aren't any hidden or extra fees, etc - the monthly rent is all inclusive. We do pay the hairdresser through Bartlett and that is separate. When Mom has needed medical support , we have used the on-site PT, OT providers and brought in CNAs - all of those services have been very good and very easy for me to manage. I found Bartlett through A Place for Mom - so hats off to you, too!

Excellent place, my first choice.

Mom and Dad have the best of both worlds here, independence with 24/7 care. They have been here with their 15 year old dog since 2016. I highly recommend Morningside of Cleveland to all if you want a staff that truly cares about their jobs and residents.

I toured this facility with my family while looking for a place for my Dad. It’s a beautiful community and privately owned, which is something I liked. However, it isn’t just one big facility but rather a lot of little cottages. I could see the potential and positives but I didn’t think it was the right fit for my Dad. There is a common area, like a big courtyard, but everyone eats individually and each cottage comes with its own kitchen. It was a very modern type of cottage where everything was made up of black granite and white cabinets, but Dad was used to living on a farm in a country setting so it felt like too big of a change for him. A few negatives were that they wouldn’t accept his dog and wouldn’t allow him to smoke. Ultimately, it didn’t fit the needs my Dad had, but I’ve already told my own kids to bring me here when it’s time for me to move in somewhere.

Our mom has been a resident at Willow Pointe for two years and she is very happy. Her apartment is perfect. She has been pleased with her care. Lots of activities keep her busy. She feels so safe and secure. Makes family feel so good to know that she is getting the care she needs. Great job!

The staff at Morningside has been nothing short of awesome especially in dealing with stressful family situations while my grandmother has been a resident there. They are caring, they know their residents and what their needs are. My grandmother has been very happy there for 4 years compared to other facilities where she previously lived.

This is a nice community. My friend was happy with the staff and the environment. The community was clean and we liked that the staff was so very caring and attentive. The menu was excellent and this offers the best care and environment at all time. We would recommend this community for the wonderful compassion for families.

Everything is working out well with my fathers move to this community. He is doing great, and I'am satisfied with everything they have done for our family.

This care at this community . The staff is outstanding and I like that they make you feel at home. The menu was nice and they off a good portion when served. The community is clean and maintained. We like that they offer my mom to participate in the many activities which will be very helpful to her care. We would recommend this community for the outstanding care with a great value for a loved one.

This facility had a good vibe. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and roomy. This is going to be hard to beat.

The thought of moving mom from her home was very distressing. She has comfortable there but very lonely. We visited several communities before deciding on Bartlett Reserve and now that she- settled, & wish we had done it sooner. She made friends easier than I thought she would and has really kind of “perked up!” We couldn’t be happier more grateful to the staff and other residents for making her feel at “home”

I am very glad to have found this facility. My relative is doing much better than at the previous facility. The staff is very caring and the activities are very good. I was surprised at the lack of adjustment time. My relative arrived and immediately felt comfortable and I knew I had made the right decision. Go here if you need Memory Care. [Removed] is excellent.

This is a nice community. When I talked with the staff they were helpful and able to answer the questions on the care that is given. We like the menu and being able to see that the other residents seemed to be happy were nice to know that this is a good environment. They have a lot to offer. We would suggest that families might want to tour this community for the care of a loved one
