The Landings at Genesee Valley is a beautiful community! I am impressed with the caring staff and their positive attitude. The buildings are bright, clean, and always look nice. I would highly recommend The Landings for your loved ones, they will be cared for and treated like family here.

The care is wonderful and the help is great. They are very caring and helpful. Wish all caregivers were that caring.

Their rates are definitely competitive if not better than other assisted-living’s in the area. It’s always very clean and welcoming.

The staff in the memory care unit at The Cottages are very patient with my father who has dementia and periods of agitation. I’m thankful for their help. My father seems to be adjusting to his new environment. Much of my anxiety has lessened knowing my father is well cared for.

The cottages have been beautifully renovated and the apartments were thoughtfully redone. Big bathrooms with handicap vanity, wide doorways, and a very low lip on the shower. I especially liked how the apartment had either a desk or Kitchenette in the room itself, much closer to where furniture or a bed would be. [Name removed] was very thorough and spent a log time with us. Each cottage holds 16 residents. Two cottages are AL and 2 are memory care. They have a playground for children, gazebo, big fountain, and each cottage has a huge porch.

We did not think there would be an option of placing my Mom in an independent living environment, but the 24/7 onsite home health care made this possible. We have been surprised with how quickly Mom has fit in saying she is "so busy" with activities. The Regent has been so helpful in taking Mom to doctors' appointments and trips to places like Walmart. I myself have found the staff and residents to be very, very friendly. I've not met even one grumpy, bad apple! The food looks and smells wonderful and is quite delicious. Mom always asks for half a serving because the portions are filling. We are so relieved in knowing The Regent is making sure Mom is well cared for.

Dear [Name removed], I thought the facility was very inviting, clean and a nice size. The other members there looked very happy! The rooms were very nicely done, very modern. I feel my Mom also liked it as well.

Love all the new upgrades. Had lunch and food was good. Really like the location. The team there is so nice and seem to really care about the residents.

I am very pleased with Citadel. I do believe it is the people that work there that have captured my heart and my cousin is at home there.

It has been a great transition for my mom, someone who swore she would never leave her house. She has made great friends, is active, and gets herself together by 7:30am for breakfast. When she lived at home, she wouldn't be ready to go anywhere until 11am. Sometimes she wouldn't get out of her pajamas for days at a time. Brookdale has definitely changed her life.

Found this place through a place for Mom. My 92year old Uncle calls this place home. He loves it there. Hes made friends, loves the food, and enjoys the activities. The charge nurse is really good and the place is immaculate.

The front desk, kitchen, servers, housekeeping and maintenance staffs do their best every day, but they, along with you, have gone far beyond the call of duty during the remodeling thus far and now through "Florence." It is a comfort to go to bed each night knowing I am safe and knowing tomorrow will be taken care of for me. If you have not told the staff how fortunate and grateful you and all the residents are to have them here, please do so. [Name removed]

As a Doctor of Audiology, my primary focus is providing quality hearing healthcare for the community. I was contact by the staff at Morningside and they personally gave me a tour of the facility. I have to say that I was very impressed by the cleanliness and level of care and concern provided for the residents. They have asked me several times to come over and look at a particular residents hearing aid or ear. They are once again very professional and Morningside should make anyone that has a loved one there feel completely at ease. Dr. [name removed] FAAA Clinical Audiologist

Bartlett Reserve has been an EXCELLENT Senior Living Facility for my aging parents. From the initial tour, to the present day, the staff has been very supportive in every way. They care deeply about their residents and truly treat them all with great respect. My parents have now lived there happily for four months. We have been satisfied with every aspect of Bartlett Reserve and do HIGHLY recommend it to anyone seeking this type of care.

#3 to see... under renovation... good deal with the open dining times...loved the heated 4' deep pool.. no oven but does have double burner top. Nice outdoor courtyard where the pool is.

I came to Bartlett Reserve just about three months ago. When I came with my son to tour, [name removed] was my first impression at Bartlett. As the old saying goes, first impressions are lasting impressions. She certainly left us with a good first impression, and answered all of our questions very honestly. One area that I was particularly interested in was the cleanliness of the place. It certainly was very clean and continues to be. Besides [name removed], there is another person I must acknowledge. That is [name removed] who works the front desk. She is my constant go to source for information and help with anything. I might add, her patience is enviable. I am not sure how to answer the question of value? Bartlett was the first facility we toured. I should have just stopped there and said yes. But, I decided to compare what I hard and saw here versus several other places. I had an extremely good feeling about Bartlett that I did not have at other places. Overall and honestly, there was no other choice but Bartlett. All I can say on care services is that they are excellent. My caregiver, is hands down, the best. A lot of activities are offered here at Bartlett. If you cannot find anything you like to do here, there is something wrong. Two services that I certainly like is having church services right here and a beautician on the premises. I would recommend Bartlett to anyone. Bartlett gets an A+ from me. I am so happy to have found it. One more thought. I believe that everything that happens is meant for a reason. I believe that I was meant to be at Bartlett.
