So far it is all good. I am perfectly satisfied.

I have enjoyed myself here. I feel like I am well taken care of. I enjoy the food and amazed at how we can get food in this kind of place. I miss my home though.

My aunt lives at this community and loves it. The people who work here are very friendly and always go above and beyond when she needs anything. Every time I have visited it is very clean and smells good she likes the food and the activities!

I have been other places and so far this is the best! Kind people to help me. Friendly people around me. Love my coffee and snacks. Love to be outside in my rocker.

I placed my aunt into the care of the Cottages of Fox Lake and I could not be happier. The staff here is wonderful! They welcome new residents and get the people to enjoy all the amenities that they have to offer. My aunt has been very happy living here which has allowed me great peace of mind.

This community is great at communicating with the families. They seem to take great pride in treating your family member with respect. They truly seem to love the residents. The activities will have musician come play, parties, food, themes to help connect people within the community. I feel like they are opened to talk to you and they aren't hiding anything.

We moved to Bartlett Reserve after looking at several other centers in Durham and Orange Counties. The rooms were very nice, the dining room was superior to any other facility, and the meals were generally well varied and tasted good. The rent is appropriate to the quality of living here. The staff are all nice and helpful at all times.

We chose this community because of the location and it was the best value for your money. The rooms were good sized. My mother loved the food, they had a menu with a lot of variety. My mothers favorite part about the community was the residents she ate with. The staff was also wonderful. I would absolutely recommend The Linden at Danvers.

I chose this community because it was a smaller place and it is well run. My sisters room is good sized. We bought all new furniture and it worked out great. The food is fantastic, at the time before COVID, they had a chef cooking all the meals. As a visitor, they only charge $10 for the food. My favorite part has been the communication of the staff, if there is any problem with my sister, they always call immediately. I have recommended The Linden at Dedham more than once.

Before COVID the activities were outstanding, they went to apple pickings, they had daily dining's in the dining hall. Constant entertainment was coming in to perform for the residents. They got to go out on outings all the time. The residents could go shipping and go to ice cream stores going shopping and getting ice cream. They even took the residents to go whale watching! The food is excellent, its healthy very well prepared. The rooms at this community are spacious, very comfortable, and very attractive. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms have huge big windows. The setting is very peaceful and pretty. The care service at this community are amazing, they know my sister very well. They monitor her very closes and if anything changed they immediately contact us. The communication is excellent!

We chose this community because it was closest to where my brother lived. We were also recommended by a friend. The room sizes were spacious, my mom had a studio and it was a good size. She liked the food and it looked lovely. Our favorite part about this community was the people. The people at Linden Woodbridge are exceptional. When you are depending on a facility to care for someone you love so much, after evaluating all of the main things, it comes down to a relationship decision. Staff had to step in for family and they were wonderful.

Moving from one's home of many years is not easy unless one is moving to Bartlett Reserve. It's an outstanding residence with excellent management and staff who provide outstanding service for residents. The facility is attractive and well maintained. A cross-section of citizens from the world becomes interesting new friends. Good entertainment is provided in house and the area. Bartlett Reserve is the place to be!

I've toured these facilities several times and have really enjoyed my time with the staff. The grounds are always clean and accessible. The staff seem to really enjoy working here at well.

Been here 5 years- Soon after experiencing Bartlett, I felt safe, happy, plus- I didn't have to cook! The entire staff takes care of us in ways hard to describe, with extra care since Pandemic arrived!! I am so lucky to be living here! Almost 97

The key to this place a good one to live in : The first priority of the management is residents. This is in terms of meals, activities, cleanliness, maintenance and services - all to help keep residents happy, active and healthy. Convenient location, good sized apartments and friendly atmosphere all contribute to this.

I find Bartlett Reserve very professional, classical and charming. In just a short time, I knew that I had found a new home, family and love. I feel secure and happy.
