This is a marvelous place for people in need of individualized and personal care. There are only 6 residents per each staff member. All employees from top management through kitchen staff are focused entirely on meeting the needs and desires of the residents. They truly want their residents to be as happy as possible. The Cottages have small seperate buildings for different levels of care, which provides a more intimate atmosphere than many institutions.

I have peace of mind knowing the dedication of staff support all of my mothers needs and do a better job than could. She is happy and has friends. The food and activities are wonderful. I could have picked a different community but I wouldn't have the heart or feel like home.

A simple thank you hardly seems adequate to express my feelings for all the time the whole Bartlett Reserve staff put in to proving we residents with the Anniversary dinner last Thursday. It was outstanding. From the quiet music to the cocktail hours and hors devours and special drinks; and then... the beautifully presented dinner. It was such a treat right down to the individual swirled butter cups. I extend many bravos to [name removed] and her staff. The management staff, nurses, CNA's and maintenance team all work together to duplicate a "home environment" where the residents receive the care and attention they deserve. Summit VIew truly cares about the residents that live there. They help you advocate for your family member to ensure that they are about to be as independent as they possibly can. Their approach to people who are having cognitive difficulty is not to see them half empty and warehouse them it is to provide stimulating programs that help maintain there functional level.
