I chose this community because it was a smaller place and it is well run. My sisters room is good sized. We bought all new furniture and it worked out great. The food is fantastic, at the time before COVID, they had a chef cooking all the meals. As a visitor, they only charge $10 for the food. My favorite part has been the communication of the staff, if there is any problem with my sister, they always call immediately. I have recommended The Linden at Dedham more than once.

Before COVID the activities were outstanding, they went to apple pickings, they had daily dining's in the dining hall. Constant entertainment was coming in to perform for the residents. They got to go out on outings all the time. The residents could go shipping and go to ice cream stores going shopping and getting ice cream. They even took the residents to go whale watching! The food is excellent, its healthy very well prepared. The rooms at this community are spacious, very comfortable, and very attractive. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms have huge big windows. The setting is very peaceful and pretty. The care service at this community are amazing, they know my sister very well. They monitor her very closes and if anything changed they immediately contact us. The communication is excellent!

We chose this community because it was closest to where my brother lived. We were also recommended by a friend. The room sizes were spacious, my mom had a studio and it was a good size. She liked the food and it looked lovely. Our favorite part about this community was the people. The people at Linden Woodbridge are exceptional. When you are depending on a facility to care for someone you love so much, after evaluating all of the main things, it comes down to a relationship decision. Staff had to step in for family and they were wonderful.

Moving from one's home of many years is not easy unless one is moving to Bartlett Reserve. It's an outstanding residence with excellent management and staff who provide outstanding service for residents. The facility is attractive and well maintained. A cross-section of citizens from the world becomes interesting new friends. Good entertainment is provided in house and the area. Bartlett Reserve is the place to be!

I've toured these facilities several times and have really enjoyed my time with the staff. The grounds are always clean and accessible. The staff seem to really enjoy working here at well.

Been here 5 years- Soon after experiencing Bartlett, I felt safe, happy, plus- I didn't have to cook! The entire staff takes care of us in ways hard to describe, with extra care since Pandemic arrived!! I am so lucky to be living here! Almost 97

The key to this place a good one to live in : The first priority of the management is residents. This is in terms of meals, activities, cleanliness, maintenance and services - all to help keep residents happy, active and healthy. Convenient location, good sized apartments and friendly atmosphere all contribute to this.

I find Bartlett Reserve very professional, classical and charming. In just a short time, I knew that I had found a new home, family and love. I feel secure and happy.

I'm glad to be in a place as great as this. The employees are wonderful and especially during these trying times. They all go out of their way to make us happy. Service is great.

Have lived here since it opened, 7 years ago. Have never questioned my decision to come here. The management does all they can to be a great place to live. Food, activities transportation, and social life are all the best. Would highly recommend it.

Very caring community. Atmosphere of a happy family. Exceptional concern and care during Pandemic Phases. Challenging food program. Need activities on weekend. Religious services needed.

I am so glad I moved to Bartlett. Nice residents, nice staff, nice facilities, nice activities, nice food and all-day dining. Easy walking to grocery store and several restaurants. Close to things, yet lots of greenery and space to walk. PT on site and pool in summer.

I think Bartlett is the very best. There is no detail that is overlooked. We are on a "land cruise". The staff is outstanding and the residence nice. I am very fortunate to be here and I am lucky this is my home.

I have lived at Bartlett for 5 years and am very pleased with my choice of senior communities for the following reasons : Variety of activities, food and beverage choices, attention and concern of staff for the residents, attractive and neat grounds, managerial accessibility, location of community, emphasis on safety measures, especially during the Covid! Also, I appreciate receiving one charge only - no extras for anything!

I've lived in Bartlett Reserve for almost two years and I could not be happier. My apartment is lovely, the public areas are attractive and the staff is "the best". The residents are like a large happy family and we have many activities and every day is a 'joy'. I am lucky to live here!

This community does what it says it will - weekly housekeeping, food selection (the food is tasty with selections), free TV and Internet. It's quiet at night. Birds are here. One can hear an owl at night.

The staff is kind and helpful. They have good food. They provide good service to residents. It is a very clean place. The room sizes were good. They have an outdoor space for the residents. They offer outings and activities for the residents. It was above and beyond what I expected.
