Charter Senior Living

They're very caring people. They had all the right precautions in place for Covid, so we felt safe there. It was a beautiful facility. Both the inside and outside were very well maintained. They had a very robust calendar of activities, which was one of the reasons we chose them, for all of the social opportunities they provided. It was expensive, but definitely worth it.

The staff was so very amazing, friendly, warm, and helpful. The community is just wonderful and a true blessing. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Charter Senior Living is a very good place. The program director here went above and beyond and tried so hard with my mom and we really appreciated her. We were extremely pleased with our experience and have nothing but good things to say about the facility.

The administration from the executive director to the memory care director are truly amazing. They are in constant communication with us, the staff and their care services are a 5 plus. The nursing staff are wonderful, they are so caring and go above and beyond. The RN's who administer the medicine are consistent and amazing. The community is very clean, and even though times are tough with the covid pandemic, but they have done a great job keeping as many activities going as they can. The value for cost is tough to judge but we cannot put a price on our loved ones care, everything is worth it and working out so far.

Charter Senior Living is an excellent facility. It is on the beach and my mother in law said she just isn't a "beach bum". It is quite a ways away from where she is from, so the location was the only reason we did not choose this facility.

We chose Charter Senior Living because it fit her specific needs at the time. She is thrilled with the food and the activities that are provided. The room we chose for her is wonderful, she has a patio to a courtyard which she really loves. She is in the studio and it has a very open floorplan. The facility is smaller which is nice because she can never get lost. The people here are stellar and go above and beyond. We would recommend to others.

My Aunt has been a resident in the memory care unit at The Linden At Dedham since March. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and caring. When she arrived there, she was mostly using her wheelchair to get around. Five months later and she is using her walker again! Every time I visit my Aunt, she is participating in an activity and seems very content. I’m so happy that we found The Linden at Dedham!

They were excellent. We couldn't get over how friendly they were. Each of the staff actually came in to introduce themselves to us. From the nurses, to the food service people, to housekeeping, everybody was wonderful. And that really tells the story. It's people that make a place, not the building and things like that. We can't say enough good things about the people. The woman who runs the place has almost become a friend now - she's that friendly. The staff were all over it, helping with anything our loved one needed help with. If you want a place where the people really care about the residents, Morningside is it.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff treats the residents well, and this stands out to me. The food is good, and they cater to my loved one's needs. They do have activities available for the residents to participate in.

It is a beautiful community with wonderful grounds. The staff are warm and friendly. They are very appreciative of any time you spend there with your loved one and are welcoming to the family. Some of the activities include parties, trips in the van, exercises, walks around the gardens, music, and more for the residents to choose from.

The tour of The Social was great. But it was further away than what we would have liked and I did not feel they would be able to provide the level of care for the price that they were asking for.

Unfortunately our loved one was only there for a couple of days, but the entire staff team just went over and beyond for our family. They would get 10 stars on every rating, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They gave us furniture for the days our loved one was there, and if we could we would live there ourselves.

I visited a friend at the Landings and I was extremely impressed. Upon entering the community I was welcomed by very friendly staff. I am very satisfied with how my friend is being taken care of, and I would highly recommend this community to others.

We really liked it here. Their food was excellent. The staff was really friendly. It would have been 2nd choice for us. It was really clean, very modern, and I liked that it was a smaller community. The rooms were very beautiful. If I were looking for a place for myself, that’s where I would want to go.

From what our loved one has told us, the meals and dining service is pretty good. A really good benefit about Charter is it a single story, its easily accessible and the residents do not have to navigate elevators. For everything you are getting we do feel the value for cost is reasonable, and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

[name removed] is a very thorough tour guide. He answered all of my questions and suggested solutions to issues I didn't know I needed. I would highly recommend contacting Charter if you have a need for senior living.

As an employee at The Landings I can contest that this community is a wonderful spot to age in place. Not only do I highly recommend to come join our team, I highly recommend anyone looking to relocate their residence to come join our family. You will absolutely be more than satisfied.

This is an amazing place. The care from the Administrator to the nurse aides is always focused on the needs of the individual resident,

The nurse practioner when we first arrived at Chandler House told me let me tell you these people care about the residents. I can't say enough good about how well they're treating my mom. They're instigating PT and OT, whereas the other place she was at did nothing. They've gone above and byeyond. I feel like it so worth the money. TH eother thing that impressed me so much is that during all this Covid times, Chandler House had the foresight to build temporary building plexiglass where you could hear each other through it. It made such a difference. Nobody was having to freeze to death in teh winter taling through the window. AN d I just praise them so much to have the foresight ot do somethign about what was going on. I was having to visit my loved one through a closed window The food doesn't look all that great to me, but I haven't tried it. And my loved one seems okay with it. Iknow they're doing some remodeling and not able to eat in the dining room, so I'm sure that has some impact on it as well. The remodeling has affected activites as well. I spoike with tem about it. And once that's finsihed in a few months, they told me they have lots of plans, so I'm very hopeful.

We love Charter Senior Living, it was a great place for our loved one. We were not able to go in much because of the covid restrictions, but when we went to go tour before we even committed to this community they gave us a free turkey for Thanksgiving. The administrative team were extraordinary with listening to what we needed and giving us all the direction. Their kindness and patience with our family was amazing, and the day to day staff members there were all angle.s
