The community was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were very happy with the Linden. My parents didn't participate much in the activities, however they did have them available for the residents to participate in. We did feel like Linden At Woodbridge was a good value for the price.

I didn't realize in my first review it stated that the community was COVID-19. i was meaning to put COVID-19 free. This a excellent and safe community that keeps everyone safe. I would recommend this community to anyone!

I cannot say enough how much the caregivers and executive staff work to make sure the residents receive not only the best in care, but that they are HAPPY each day. These people work tirelessly to make sure their "family" members receive the best in daily care, meals and personal assistance. I am thankful each day that they care so much for each of residents in their care and there is never a problem too large or small for them to address. It's above and beyond each and every day. You are all my heroes. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

The community is always extremely clean. One of the biggest things for me is that during the Covid-19 pandemic, The Social At Vinings has done a great job taking all the necessary steps to keep the residents and staff safe. The staff is good about taking calls no matter what time of day or night. They are always very pleasant and helpful and we have never had any issues with the staff. They do offer activities for the residents to participate in and my aunt does seem to enjoy them. We looked at a number of communities and The Social At Vinings is very well kept, the rooms are nice, everything is in good working order, and the food is great. For the price, we do think we are getting a great value here.

It's been life changing for me knowing my loved ones are taken care of. My aunt and cousin are no longer able to live alone and I worried constantly until they moved to Landings of Genesee Valley. The activities director brings smiles to their faces with kind words, crafts and so much more! We appreciate you!

A very nice Assist Living Community, located in Williamsburg. Easy to get to, and not in a noisy area, staff is great very helpful. They really care about their residents.

The staff was great here. From the top down, from the administrative staff to the care giving staff, everything was always positive. They were always warm and caring. When we would visit our mother, she was always nice and clean and smelled good and worked with her very carefully with her appetite and found things she liked eating. There were always people cleaning and organizing, even her room and bathroom especially. The meals were always good. On the non-memory care side, each room has their own courtyard so that they can go outside. They were always paying very close attention to the residents and making them comfortable. Even when there were no families there, the staff would visit with the residents and engage with them. The community itself is very relaxed and comfortable. Anytime we had questions about our mother's care or medications, they would talk with us on the spot and find us answers. They were very clear about all her care from day one. The hospice team here was amazing as well. I would recommend HeartFields for anybody looking for their loved one. Even from the very beginning, the assured us that they would never kick her out because of her financial situation.

From what I have seen, I would highly recommend. The staff is efficient professional and caring. They really go out of their way to make the residents feel very cared for. My sister loves the food. The room sizes are huge and they each have their own full bath.

Very clean the last time I was there. They keep me updated on my family member every week in the form of a newsletter, which brings you up to date on what they are doing. Under the current Covid-19 conditions, they have been doing a great job and are testing residents regularly. They have good activities available every day for the residents.

The community was always clean. The staff was wonderful, definitely a five. They connected really well with the families. They went out of the way to make my mother feel at home and integrate her with the other residents. The services were great. The laundry services were great as well. The food was fantastic and it was like a restaurant, you would get a menu and they always had lots of good choices. Absolutely a great value for the price. Would recommend to others!

The staff have been absolutely excellent. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff immediately asked me to tell them about my dad, his likes and dislikes. They said that wanted to know about him to help best care for him. The nursing director has been wonderful. She is concerned about not only my dad's care, but my needs as well. The staff are very accommodating and attuned to the residents and their families. It is just a wonderful place. Also, before COVID, I was allowed to visit my dad anytime, day or night, which is very important to me, The community has given me peace of mind and allowed me to turn my dad's care over to them.

My wife and I have been at Bartlett Reserve for just about 3 years now. One of the keys as to why we have stayed and enjoy being here: The staff's primary concern are the residents and the services/activities/dining show this very well. And, very importantly, they ensure all of the employees fell the same way!!

I have been very moved about how they treat residents and families. I have had some bad experiences with other places and now that my husband is at The Linden I can go to bed and close my eyes and know that he is in even better hands then mine. The staff is so gentle, sweet and polite. They are always smiling and treat the families like friends. They called on Easter to see if I wanted to come and see him and I said I was not sure he would understand that I was outside and I could not come in and he could see me. They said no problem we can bring him out for you to talk to him. I was able to bring my dog and my sister and they brought him out and we were able to talk to him over the fence from a safe distance and it was really great. I also want to thank A Place for Mom for helping me to find this great place.

There are incredible staff that engage residents in a supportive and nurturing manner. Recent staff changes have made a world of difference.

A truly wonderful place for your loved ones after they need to leave their home for a new residence where they will be cared and looked after by a compassionate staff of caregivers who maintain an environment that enables them to feel totally at ease in their new surroundings. My mother was very comfortable in her new home and made many wonderful friends with the staff and her fellow residents. Walking Horse maintains a clean, healthy, and safe environment along with a totally loving staff of caregivers and nurses. I would not hesitate to recommend Walking Horse Meadows to any of my friends as an excellent facility for those who need to provide their loved ones with the finest level of love and extended care available. Quite simply the best!

The first place in 12 years that I have felt comfortable with my mother's choice of living environments. Excellent facility and excellent staff. The sincere and dedicated staff are what makes this place different/better.

The woman that gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. Other staff we spoke with were also very friendly. Everything looked very clean and tidy. Interactions with residents were very positive. We were particularly impressed with the memory unit. It had a very home like feeling. Many details to make residents comfortable and engaged.

My aunt recently moved into the memory care unit at the facility. from the moment we walked in till our recent visit, the environment at the facility is amazing. The staff is constantly loving on my aunt and take better care of her than i expected from any home. The meal we shared with my aunt was amazing and defiantly taste the passion from the cooks in the back. I must admit i doubted everything about a facility like this for my aunt, but they have set the bar high for the quality of care they give her. Thank you.
