Fox Hollow has gone out of their way to make it like home and they've been very supportive of my mom and the family as well. communication is on an as needed basis and generally we do initiate that. our loved one has only used the call button once or twice and the first time it was immediate and the second time it took about an hour, but that was on the weekend. I do think there's a good staff to resident ratio, it seems to be a bit less on weekends which is understandable; but aside from that they have ample staff. as far as activities, they offer worship services, bingo, movies, bible study, and arts and crafts, just to name a few. they also offer transportation to appointments and grocery stores; Tuesday-Thursday it's free and on other days there's an additional fee. my loved one especially loves the food, and the family loves how accommodating and nurturing they have been towards us. I would recommend this community to others.

Our famly loved Cedarhurst of Troy and thought it was incredible. They put great emphasis on friendliness, and I appreciate the help we got from them as a family. Their accommodations were as good as I could expect, in fact better. I have nothing bad to say about it.

We like the fact it is a smaller scale community so you are able to get to know the nurses and care givers much easier. Everybody was super friendly and we do believe our loved one received the best care possible especially towards the end. It is a tough job trying to coordinate activities but we do believe they did their absolute best

We chose Cedarhurst of Troy because we had a really really good feeling about the place after our tour and they also had hospice staff available which was something that was important to us since we knew it would not be long. I found everyone extremely helpful especially since we had never been through this process before. I would recommend them to others looking and already have.

I have lived at Cedarhurst of Mequon for 3 years! I really enjoy the meals, the staff, all of the activities/outings we do. Along with the quiet neighborhood, friendly residents, cleanliness of the building. I would recommend Cedarhurst of Mequon to anyone looking for a community that cares.

My experience at Residences at Wellpoint has been joy and comfort! They are the Gold Standard - exceptional experienced staff, loving resident support at all levels of care, and open honest communication. We have experienced several life changing events over the past year. Residences at Wellpoint has been by our side each step of the way, supporting, encouraging, and educating. I can honestly say without hesitation that every experience I have had with Residences at Wellpoint has demonstrated that senior care is their calling, not just their job. They truly love the residents they care for - and their families!

These ladies have gone above and beyond to provide assistance in every stage of this process. They are knowledgeable and always available.

My dad was diagnosed with bone cancer in [date removed] and passed in [date removed] As my mom was grieving, she began to withdraw, wasn't eating or taking her medications. This caused concern with my siblings and me. We thought an active senior living environment would be perfect for her and after a time of grieving and adjusting to the loss of my dad, we began talking with my mom about moving to senior living. She said she was lonely, and their home didn't feel the same with dad gone. My parents had a large home; their home and yard were too much for mom to keep up. Being the oldest, I researched many senior livings in the Huntsville, AL, area. I emailed and called for information on independent living for my mom. Upon reaching out to Residences at Wellpoint, I immediately had a call back. When I told my mom's story, I received the kindest and most compassionate response. Through my tears and questions, I was given tremendous support. My mom is now has a deposit at Wellpoint.

This brand-new senior community is gorgeous! I can't wait to move my mom in. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

The thing that has been most difficult is my loved ones medicine is not in her possession and she isn't able to manage it herself. She is completely able to do it herself but the facility requires the medication to be administered by nursing staff only. The new Director is great. I know they are implementing some changes. My loved one enjoys this place overall. The staff are generally very responsive with her needs. The staff is really a 10 out of 5, they are great!

We went with The Linden at Danvers because of the overall experience when we first met everyone here, it was just amazing. My mother is in the memory care portion of the facility, it is a small unit with a high staffing ratio and they do an incredible job. I would absolutely recommend to other families.

We had to place my mom in memory care during the pandemic. This was especially hard because we could not physically tour our list of potential facilities. We decided on Charter because, through the Zoom call, it appeared warm and caring, with fun activities for the residents. Once things eased up, we eventually got in and saw how lovely her new home was with the renovation. I truly believe it’s important for people, especially with dementia, to be surrounded in a beautiful place. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for all of your help. I am very appreciative.

What we really like about The Linden is the homey environment, it is open, bright, welcoming and there is always someone there to greet us when we come to visit. Our loved one when we speak to him just loves the food, that is one of the best things about the place. The day to day activities are a tiny bit limited but they are starting to advertise for new things. They do take the residents out once a week for an outing and he loves when they go to different restaurants. The Linden is always a very safe community.

"LOVE" The staff at Landing's are all amazing, kind, caring, passionate people that truly care. they work with the families to help with individual needs of all residents, this makes my heart full. Thank you Landings for all you do. Been their since 2019 and there is no place that I would rather have my loved one.

The administrator has been good to work with and is super nice. They have been willing to assist with getting some new alternative for dietary restrictions. The soups are fantastic. The activities are fabulous here, and they have a wide range of them for the residents to choose from. There is a swimming pool here as well. The lawns are well manicured. There is housekeeping once a week. The other perk is they will pick up the trash, as long as you place it in front of your door. The utilities and cable are taken care of as well. The maintenance team is there to fix items for the residents. The staff are very supportive of the residents. There is transportation for the residents to taken advantage of as well. The residents are wonderful here.

The place was nice. The Director was nice. The workers were not giving a great first impression.
