The place looks amazing. I enjoyed talking with [name removed] The community looks like it will be a great place with a variety of activites. They have a lot of opportunities for involvement.

[names removed] are wonderful and drew me in. I look forward to telling everyone else about it and maybe moving in later. It's a beautiful built community with enjoyable activities and ammenities. This place makes me feel very safe and well cared for. 10 stars!!!

Residences at Wellpoint is spectacular! Not only are the building, facilities, pool, and rooms amazing, but the staff and team are very helpful and kind! I highly recommend visiting and touring!

Absolutely beautiful! The staff is phenomenal! They are SO helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. I am SO looking forward to my family moving in here!

Community is welcoming and nice size for me. People care about you here and make sure my needs are met. My apartment is spacious-nice things for us to do and activities outsie of community- great food- so happy we chose Cedarhurst in Mequon.

I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one to see if it is a good fit. The admissions staff was very good to work with, and answered all of our questions we had.

The food is good. The staff is very friendly, and they check on everyone daily and invites them to activities. The facility is very nice and clean. Overall, I am very comfortable with myloved one being there.

I actually, just on Saturday, ran into a person who was looing for a place and I highly recommended Charter Senior Living for them to check out. They take very good care of my parents. They're well fed; I'm just very pleased and they are pleased with being there as well.

I struggled with the hardest decision of my life when my wife of 50 years reached end stage dementia and I started exploring possible memory care communities. My sons and I visited many in our area and narrowed it down to 2 facilities. But in the end it was the "feeling" we all got after our visits to Charter Senior Living in Sylvania. The marketing staff helped us to feel confident and comfortable with this tough decision. Everyone we met exemplified the "team/family attitude" and were very personable and professional in their greetings and discussions. My wife had challenges when she first entered the community but with the consist caring of all the staff members, she became comfortable and is enjoying her new home. The staff at Charter truly cares about the residents and their families.

Overall it has been a great experience. I have eaten here a few times and each time the food was very good.

This is probably a very good thing for my loved one being here, and the activities are great. The staff are friendly and overall I think they care for the residents. Everyone other than residents must wear a mask, and I believe this has kept COVID infections down in the community. The community has a main option for meals and then there is an a la carte option for the residents to choose from if needed. Some of the activities available include cards, bingo, exercise classes, movies, and more for the residents to choose from. My loved one is very interested in all the activities and this has really made our family happy that our loved one enjoys all the activities offered.

I really loved the way the system was set-up which is a small individual set-up.. I like how the people were treated, and was very pleased. The staff is very dedicated, it gives such a personal feeling. Overall, I felt that the people cared so much more.

It's an amazing place, although the transition was incredibly difficult because of my mother-in-law's character. But the staff seemed to care and did their best to help. I just wish they had more information for us on how to deal with an agitated family member with dementia, especially video resources vs. just written. She seems to be doing better now, although that can be minute by minute. So remember to have patience with your loved one. Those ups and downs are part of the dementia process. But they staff at The Cottages are amazing. They're helpful and friendly. And they do a good job getting her showered and dressed for the day. It's a very nice facility, so much so that my mother-in-law thinks she's at a resort.

I really like all the different activities they have for us here, they have easy one and challenging ones and a huge variety we are constantly kept busy. Everyone here is so friendly, and by the second day the staff are calling you by your first name

Our Cedarhurst tour was exceptional! The staff and residents were so friendly. our lunch was delicious and the studio apartment we looked at was clean and inviting. My mom felt like a "queen for the day," as they rolled out the red carpet for us.

They do an excellent job in every aspect. Charter Senior Living is the best. They really take care of us here. If you're looking for a great place to live, then this is it.

Our family had an in-person tour and we really liked Cedarhurst, we felt they did a great job but what it ultimately came down to was location and it was just to far away

Cedar Creek of Shiloh was great. They're very diligent and very caring. If you have any issues, they're handled quickly. They transported my mom to physician appointments, which was good. She had to go to the hospital a couple of times, and they handled things appropriately - they communicated well with me, and they transferred her back and forth with no issues. They had activities every single day. I had no real complaints. One area for improvement is their internet access is very poor.
