I moved in here on [date removed]. This is the best move I have made and I am very happy here. The management are wonderful, kind, and helpful. The food and waiters and waitresses are great. I enjoy all Bartlett has to offer - thank you.

Good people. Lots to do, places to walk and places to walk to. PT on site, as well as hair and nail services. Pool in summer. Really good place to be.

It is a smaller facility so the staff really get to know their residents. They are very responsive when you call and when you have an questions or concerns they address it. The staff is somewhat available at all times, there is always someone to talk to. They are all so friendly and we have nothing bad to say. We have had a great experience and I would highly recommend to others looking.

All staff are wonderful. I enjoy the activities. Easy to eat together. Residents feel like family. Transportation is helpful and excellent. I enjoy the whole life here.

Bartlett Reserve (BR) is a hidden gem in Durham. Great community, great residents, and great staff.

I work in the senior industry and am very familiar with the communities in the area. Bartlett Reserve is one of the best. It's a smaller community and there is definitely a sense of family there. The Executive Director has been there a long time and truly cares about the residents and the community and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations. The rest of the staff is also caring and engaged. The food is great and the 7am to 7pm dining option is a big plus. One of the things I really like about this property is the fact that there is someone there 24/7 in case of emergencies which is not the case in many independent living communities. Overall, a great place for active seniors and one I continue to recommend to families looking for a community for their loved one.

I would say come check them out. It's a nice place, and I would recommend them to anybody. The people I've talked to seem to be taking good care of Mom. Everyone seems to be very friendly. They told me they finally got Mom to go and play Bingo, which is great. The cost is well worth it, especially compared to where she was at before. The Cottages costs considerably less and is a much nicer place.

A very friendly community of residents. Resident or visitor-walk into the lobby, activity area, etc. and staff or resident greet you. Makes for a homey feeling which is very nice.

We chose Bartlett Reserve because when we went to tour, all of the residents were telling us how much they loved it there and had moved from other facilities. They were all very friendly and it was a diverse crowd. The apartment sizes are nice for a single person, they have 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms available. The staff are very accommodating and they are a pet friendly facility. I would recommend to others looking.

I would highly recommend this community for your loved one. They have activities like sing a longs bingo, and other things to keep the residents busy in the community. My loved one is very happy there.

We really loved our mothers apartment, it is ADA complaint and with her being in a wheelchair the shower is very easy to get into, you can just go right in and there is a sit down chair. The community itself is a very modern ADA complaint community. The activities are incredible and you can really tell the employees there are happy.

This was a great community, and I loved it. The staff and admissions were wonderful. This was too far for family to visit.

I would recommend this community for your loved one . I like the location and the staff are very friendly especially the front desk staff. It was just hard because they were shut down due to covid and we were not able to get in.

My loved one been at landings 2 yrs. The staff to the aides to the kitchen staff all go above and beyond . It takes special people with love compassion, patience and kindness . landings has it all. . My loved one is in the memory blg. And always happy and smiling and this makes me happy. Thank you all so much
