Charter Senior Living

We had to place my mom in memory care during the pandemic. This was especially hard because we could not physically tour our list of potential facilities. We decided on Charter because, through the Zoom call, it appeared warm and caring, with fun activities for the residents. Once things eased up, we eventually got in and saw how lovely her new home was with the renovation. I truly believe it’s important for people, especially with dementia, to be surrounded in a beautiful place. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for all of your help. I am very appreciative.

What we really like about The Linden is the homey environment, it is open, bright, welcoming and there is always someone there to greet us when we come to visit. Our loved one when we speak to him just loves the food, that is one of the best things about the place. The day to day activities are a tiny bit limited but they are starting to advertise for new things. They do take the residents out once a week for an outing and he loves when they go to different restaurants. The Linden is always a very safe community.

"LOVE" The staff at Landing's are all amazing, kind, caring, passionate people that truly care. they work with the families to help with individual needs of all residents, this makes my heart full. Thank you Landings for all you do. Been their since 2019 and there is no place that I would rather have my loved one.

The administrator has been good to work with and is super nice. They have been willing to assist with getting some new alternative for dietary restrictions. The soups are fantastic. The activities are fabulous here, and they have a wide range of them for the residents to choose from. There is a swimming pool here as well. The lawns are well manicured. There is housekeeping once a week. The other perk is they will pick up the trash, as long as you place it in front of your door. The utilities and cable are taken care of as well. The maintenance team is there to fix items for the residents. The staff are very supportive of the residents. There is transportation for the residents to taken advantage of as well. The residents are wonderful here.

The place was nice. The Director was nice. The workers were not giving a great first impression.

This is a great place. If your elders need care, this is a great option for that. We are very happy with it.

Will definitely keep this place in mind, should any of my other elders come to need such services. You guys are the best out there and hope it will always be!

Bartlett Reserve had all the amenities required for my 90-year-old father, along with an extremely helpful and caring staff. The food quality was excellent and the café was available throughout the day to meet and eat with other residents. It has a real community feel to the place.

The staff are very friendly. The care is better now than it was at first. We had to address a couple of things with them, but those things seem to have been resolved after talking with them. The facility is clean. And most of the residents that I've seen seem happy.

Our family had an in person tour and we loved Charter Senior Living, the gal helping us out was amazing. It is a beautiful place and we saw a ton of activities going on during the tour. However the location was just not convenient for us, due to our loved ones health state we wanted to be very close by and this was just to far.

This community is not very crowded at all which we really like, it is clean and everybody seems very well cared for. Every time we visit the residents are clean, well dressed and participating in the activities. Overall it was a very nice first impression.

I placed my mom here because I could no longer care for here the way she needed at home. The staff the place everything I just love it. My loved one loves it and she is comfortable here. I recommend it for everyone. The cost is very reasonable also after checking into many places.

I like it very much. It's a very nice place. The staff are wonderful. They're very friendly and helpful. The food is good, and they send you a menu that you get to choose from. They bring you three snacks a day. They did have some Covid cases recently, but they handled the situation very well and kept those cases to a minimum. Having visiting other places, I like the fact that the hallways are much larger at Fox Hollow and conducive to use for physical therapy. Their cost was the most affordable I could find, and they had no outrageous down payment. My only issue has been that the building does not seem conducive to computer usage. It's an older building, still very nice, but I've had connectivity issues with my computer.

We were overly impressed with this community and what all they do for the residents. This community was fairly new and was very nice and clean, there were no smells and we just had a really good feeling that our loved one was being well cared for just like somewhere we would go ourselves. It was a very difficult time but this community I would go myself so I felt safe sending my loved one there.

My wife needed professional assisted memory care because of advanced dementia. We were very lucky to find "The Cottages of Perry Hall" The home like atmosphere made the transfer very comfortable and easy for the patient to adapt to these new suroundings. The loving care given by the health staff was increditable. This experience gave our family comfort knowing the she was happy and was receiving the care she needed.

The dining service from what we have seen looks great, and so far our loved one has not complained. There are plenty of activities and opportunities for the residents to get involved. We do think the value for cost is good and the executive director is just fabulous.

Absolutely a wonderful place to live. Wonderful, caring staff and friendly residents! There is no where else I would want to be!!

Great facility, great location not quite ready for assisted and independent living for my mom but when I am this place will be my first choice.

Very thorough visited every area, plenty of time to ask questions guide showed compassion and interest in client.

A1 customer service from the first phone call(inquiring about independent living) to the end of the tour. My plan was to visit other communities before making a final decision, but I need to look no further.
