We chose Morningside of Newport because we were impressed with the staff when we started looking. They are friendly, outgoing, and the manner in which they spoke to the residents was very positive. It is also a smaller facility which we felt would be better for mom and have more personalized care. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This community is very nice and friendly. The prices are reasonable for the services that you receive. I would highly recommend. Some of the activities that I have participated in are the fitness center and some birthday celebrations.

I cannot say enough about the staff at WellPoint! I am truly amazed at their passion and attention to detail. [Name removed] is so caring and compassionate. She goes above and beyond ensuring that all of our questions are answered and has reached out several times with updates and just to check on us! You have a wonderful team, and I know great things are in store for you all!

I have 2 loved ones living in this community currently. After living in a different facilities last year we found the perfect fit for them. The marketing director [name removed] spent hours helping me navigate the ins and out's of senior living communities. From the director to the care givers we have been so impressed with those Caring for our loved ones! Couldn't say enough about [name removed], my grandmothers favorite Care giver and her favorite nurse [name removed].

Very excited for my father-in-law to join the Charter Hermitage family. We are looking forward to having him closer to us and at a wonderful Small AL community in our neighborhood. Donna did a great job working with us to get us to this point and [name removed] was able to make the paperwork understandable and informative.

They have taken all of my loved ones favorite foods and provide a special menu just for him. I am very happy that they took the time to give him what he likes specifically. They have a lot of activities my loved one does not participate but they always try to get him involved.

The Linden at Dedham is an exceptional facility filled with exceptional help! From the Director to the Support folks - we had a great experience. They all cared deeply for my dad and for us as his family. Best place I found!

This is a very good community. They are very friendly. This community is well worth it. The staff are very helpful and try to make things as easy as possible for the residents and the families.

They're very caring people. They had all the right precautions in place for Covid, so we felt safe there. It was a beautiful facility. Both the inside and outside were very well maintained. They had a very robust calendar of activities, which was one of the reasons we chose them, for all of the social opportunities they provided. It was expensive, but definitely worth it.

The staff was so very amazing, friendly, warm, and helpful. The community is just wonderful and a true blessing. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Charter Senior Living is a very good place. The program director here went above and beyond and tried so hard with my mom and we really appreciated her. We were extremely pleased with our experience and have nothing but good things to say about the facility.

The administration from the executive director to the memory care director are truly amazing. They are in constant communication with us, the staff and their care services are a 5 plus. The nursing staff are wonderful, they are so caring and go above and beyond. The RN's who administer the medicine are consistent and amazing. The community is very clean, and even though times are tough with the covid pandemic, but they have done a great job keeping as many activities going as they can. The value for cost is tough to judge but we cannot put a price on our loved ones care, everything is worth it and working out so far.

Charter Senior Living is an excellent facility. It is on the beach and my mother in law said she just isn't a "beach bum". It is quite a ways away from where she is from, so the location was the only reason we did not choose this facility.

We chose Charter Senior Living because it fit her specific needs at the time. She is thrilled with the food and the activities that are provided. The room we chose for her is wonderful, she has a patio to a courtyard which she really loves. She is in the studio and it has a very open floorplan. The facility is smaller which is nice because she can never get lost. The people here are stellar and go above and beyond. We would recommend to others.

My Aunt has been a resident in the memory care unit at The Linden At Dedham since March. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and caring. When she arrived there, she was mostly using her wheelchair to get around. Five months later and she is using her walker again! Every time I visit my Aunt, she is participating in an activity and seems very content. I’m so happy that we found The Linden at Dedham!

They were excellent. We couldn't get over how friendly they were. Each of the staff actually came in to introduce themselves to us. From the nurses, to the food service people, to housekeeping, everybody was wonderful. And that really tells the story. It's people that make a place, not the building and things like that. We can't say enough good things about the people. The woman who runs the place has almost become a friend now - she's that friendly. The staff were all over it, helping with anything our loved one needed help with. If you want a place where the people really care about the residents, Morningside is it.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff treats the residents well, and this stands out to me. The food is good, and they cater to my loved one's needs. They do have activities available for the residents to participate in.

It is a beautiful community with wonderful grounds. The staff are warm and friendly. They are very appreciative of any time you spend there with your loved one and are welcoming to the family. Some of the activities include parties, trips in the van, exercises, walks around the gardens, music, and more for the residents to choose from.

The tour of The Social was great. But it was further away than what we would have liked and I did not feel they would be able to provide the level of care for the price that they were asking for.
