The staff has been very kind and helpful to us and our Dad.They stay in touch with us and visit with us when are there. We couldn’t ask for anyone to do anything better. I realize that Dad had rather be at home but that isn’t possible. I wish that he would participate in some of the many activities that they offer. I think he would be better satisfied if he would but everybody is doing an amazing job

The care my Mother in law received was wonderful. The staff was so friendly, they went above and beyond every shift. The food was delicious with a great variety. They frequently emptied the garbage and kept the facility very clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents. I highly recommend Charter to care for your loved one.

Fox Hollow is a wonderful place to call home. My brother was there for over 4 years. He had multiple health challenges . The staff were kind, hard-working and very competent. The Director has been there for many years and the rest of the staff have been there for long tenures as well. It is really a family atmosphere. There are many activities and fun excursions.

The staff at Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest was amazing. My father was there for a brief time. The level of care he was given was exceptional. Everyone at Charter was professional, positive, and very caring with our father and family. We were so grateful that our dad was able to be in hospice at this facility. They worked well with our hospice nurse and CNA to deliver skilled and compassionate care. We felt supported and well informed during this extremely difficult time.

Excellent care. I had one issue that was resolved immediately.

Being a disabled person, U used a motorized wheelchair, Southern Pines has allowed me to get the care I need while maintaining my personal independence. Whether gardening, playing rummicube, picnicking at the park, or taking part in the roaring 20s party, I am happy and safe and secure.

I can't wait to move in! The residents and staff are so friendly and welcoming

We have been very pleased having moved my mother-in-law into assisted living with Charter in Williamsburg. Although they are short staffed, like all facilities are, they do make the effort to have high quality care and a friendly attitude. The food is very good, the accommodations are very nice, much like a good hotel. And we find that the staff works with us very well, answering questions, making suggestions, being very attentive to anything we need.

place is spacious and open compared to others but still a shock when you have to downsize. food staff, activities, housekeeping and all is adequate considering the amount of people and the care they require.. the price is a shock no matter what to person who has always paid their own way in life but everything is being done for you. bang for the buck i don't know if i could hire all the services and tolerate the situation for what i pay here. i would recommend charter but the lifestyle change is a dozzy. make sure you have adaptability before you leap

We had a great experience and would do it again. Even though we didn't stay long due to mom's passing, it was still exactly what we needed.

The facility is bright and light My mothers aides are wonderful to her. [name removed] is wonderful she helped with the intake paperwork etc and still answers any questions I have. The food is just ok, she says sometimes it is cold.

I liked the staff and the way they welcomed my mother and made her feel at home. The food could have been better regarding variety. The price was the main driver. It was extremely important and Belfair was affordable for our family. It was very much quality at an affordable price.

The people are so friendly and inclusive. My mother in law is somewhat challenging, and they handle her with grace. The facility is also just the right size. Big enough to have good variety, small enough to be personal.

We liked the experience at Cedarhurst of Verona. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great place for my dad. He enjoyed it up until the day he died. Overall the services cover everything the patient needs and they work well with the family.

Rooms are kept clean, the staff is caring and kind. Mom says the food is delicious, the menu is varied and if you don't want what's being served, there's a menu from which to order. Moving mom went smoothly and she loved it from the start. I have recommended Cedar Creek to friends and family who are needing a place for their parents. It's pet friendly, too!

They've just been wonderful since she's been there .I would recommend it. It was 100% better than the other facility she was in and we could afford it. The other places were much more expensive.

The residents are so kind and always ready to do something fun! I love being a volunteer here!
