I enjoy the fact that I don’t have to cook or do dishes any more. I like that I don’t have to wash my clothes any more. I enjoy sitting I. The living areas with my friends. I really like my caregivers. They are really sweet hearts.

I can’t say enough good things about Bartlett Reserve! From the moment I walked in, [name removed]in sales treated me like family—what a gem she is! The place is spotless, the staff are as friendly as can be, and the atmosphere just feels like home. It’s clear they truly care about the people here. If I were ready to move in, this would be the place, no question!

This is a great place and the staff cares about the residents. It was well maintained and the residents were clearly happy! I saw them gathered in front of the fireplace engaged in conversation and having a great time.

The service was excellent and the food was great! I would definitely come again to one of their events. I was greatly amused and happy in how all the staff made me feel welcomed. It smelled so refreshing when walking in the facility and all the residents that I saw were so friendly.

Bartlett is one of the best communities i have ever visited. The staff here are wonderful and so kind. We stayed for lunch and the food was fresh and gourmet. I would recommend anyone come to this community if you are looking for a homey warm environment!

Bartlett is a beautiful community and the staff are phenomenal! My mom is so happy here! [name removed] gave us a great tour and was so helpful. She made this decision easy and a fun experience too. I love the food and the fun atmosphere!

Every time I come into Bartlett you greeted with a smile by the awesome [name removed] they guide you in an issue where you need to go and very helpful. The families are grateful to have such awesome staff as her and others.

My mom loves living at WellPoint! The staff spoil her and she has made a lot of new friends.

When looking for a memory care facility, I wanted one that would meet my mother-in-law’s needs, regardless of the level of care she required. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful to get her moved in and comfortable. We were able to decorate her room with her things and she always says, “I wish I was at home, but if I can’t be home, I’m really glad I’m here.” The staff has been very kind and excellent with communication concerning her care. They quickly respond to our texts and emails. I have no concerns about her safety and know that she is well taken care of. My grandma was also at The Cottages years ago, and received excellent care, so we knew it would be a great fit for our current needs, too. It’s good to know that the quality of care is consistent and dependable.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We have a one bedroom with a small area kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a microwave and sink area. Size is nice and roomy.

Legacy is a beautiful and warm facility. Dad loves the food and appreciates all the different comforts Legacy provides. [name removed]is wonderful! She treats every resident and their families like her own family.

What we like the most about Charter Senior Living is that everyone seems to care and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

So far they've been great....I would give them 5 on all of them. My dad was on a wheel chair when we brought him in....after about a month they have him walking now and my dad is very happy there and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

The cottages of fox lake is an excellent place for our mom. We have been to several homes for her and this is by far the best. Staff is friendly, helpful and very caring . I feel so comfortable leaving my mom there. She is happy, food is great and the activities are endless. They include family and interactions are wonderful. Wouldn’t want her anywhere else. Thanks!!

I am very happy that we chose The Cottages at Fox Lake for my sister. She goes on outings to local spots and takes part in the activities they offer. She is smiling and looks happy in the pictures on Facebook. I am grateful to the caring staff for helping her to enjoy her life there.

My mom has been at The Cottages for 2 Years., she has been in assisted then memory care for 5 years. I looked at 3 other facilities before choosing The Cottages, I moved her from a facility in Libertyville to keep her closer to me. I visit 2 to 4 times a week all different times of the day and night. The Cottages is always consistently carrying for their residents with so much compassion. There is often family events and coping groups for the families. Daily activities for the residents to join, always clean, decorated for the season and holidays. The caregivers know the habits, likes, friendships, and preferences of the residents in each cottage and form bonds with each. With the residents living in small Cottages vs. Larger community buildings it creates a tighter family environment. I will always recommend The Cottages.

The staff is awesome. They are very nice and the residents love them. The atmosphere is peaceful, friendly, and comfortable. It is a home for the elderly. My father has been there for 5 months now and he has no complaints.

My mother has lived some of the happiest moments in her life during the two years here at the Legacy! Her friends are loyal and PRECIOUS! The team is more dedicated and more loving than we could have ever hoped for. Her apartment is spacious, bright and perfect for herA++!!

My folks are in their 80s and the options available to them far surpass when they were living ‘alone’. They have made new friends, have new activities, and have a better quality of life than before. A+ experience!
