Brookdale

I had a wonderful tour of the Brookdale Community. Everyone was very friendly and I think this would be a perfect place for my Mom!!!

My sister and I loved it so much, that we made an appointment for my father to go see the place also. He had his interview and lunch with a couple of the residents and a tour of the facility he loved it as well. This afternoon we have another appointment to sign the paperwork for him to move in. He will be moving in sometime in the middle of this April. My father seems very excited about moving in.

The staff is very kind and helpful to my Mother. They have activities that help keep her socialized.

Caring staff. I know that the facility is in a rebuilding faze, and they seem to be making progress. I would recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the entire visit. My mother in law is choosing to wait until her lease is up in October to move. If there are still availabilities, that is where she would like to go. Thank you

This was our first visit with a memory care facility. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and anticipating the information we needed. We appreciated the serene outdoor spaces such as the patio and the herb garden.

It was an emotionally charged visit for me, but our host could not have been kinder or more compassionate. We were greeted with smiles from staff and residents wherever we went on the tour.

Very welcoming and the facility is very nice. There are options for different budgets. The residents seem to be very happy and connected with each other.

Staff was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. My visit was friendly and professional. I was able to meet and greet staff and residents and witness the compassionate care provided. Their understanding of the complexity of working with folks with dementia was very impressive.

My experience was great. [Name Removed] the sales manager was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The facility is very nice. It has pleasant inviting outdoor grounds surrounded by trees. A nice area for sitting outside or just strolling the grounds. The rooms are very spacious with amenities of being home. The dining area is spacious and well decorated. The menu selection had something for everyone with dietary restrictions in mind. The therapy room has several pieces of equipment for sessions. Overall, I enjoyed my tour.

The facility was clean and the staff was professional. The clients appeared comfortable with the setting. The tour gave me reassurance that my sister would be in a safe and secure environment.

Brookdale staff was wonderful to work with. My mom is very happy with her place, the activities and the food. It worked out very well for her.

The representative was very informative about the available programs and how the residents are treated. Overall, I would highly recommend Brookdale Sylvan Ranch if you are looking for a place for you or a loved one.

My Dad is living at Brookdale Union Park. THEY are always friendly and helpful with any of your needs...The facility is always welcoming with seasonal decorations and activities and events they provide for the residents..The dining facility is clean and food looks nutritional and taste pretty good..I feel he's in good hands with his medical and physical needs and has a social environment that he couldn't get at home alone..I would recommend this community to anyone struggling with their self care and total well-being.

The place was so amazing and perfect place to call home. So organized, very clean, greets you with a smile even the residents that live there and The staffs everyone so pleasant and happy. I came there searching for place for my father ,but now I'm thinking for myself as well. Out of the other places I toured yours is the BEST. I choose Brookdale cedar spring. I will keep in touch.
