Brookdale

Just a really good experience and great people. They were awesome! we can’t take him enough for all the help and service they gave to my friend [name removed] stop sign. Totally would refer Brookdale Lodi place to send a love one.

The Care Services are led by a nursing staff member. They are a competent, professional leader. She is a valued addition to Brookdale. They are adept at communicating with me. She answers my calls or texts promptly and goes over and above to solve every situation.

[name removed] and her staff are great. They take really good care of my Mom. [name removed]gets back to me quickly when i need help with Mom. She always gets back to me when i call and takes care of Moms needs. [name removed] has done a great job with her staff. [name removed] and [name removed] also is helpful when [name removed] isnt there. [name removed] is amazing and a great leader and example of great care for her staff to observe and follow her lead..

The administrative staff are wonderful to work with, and the care staff are always smiling and helpful. Residents are happy and interact with visitors and each other, which was different from every other facility we visited! The building is clean, and the wall railings in Clare Bridge are so helpful, even to visitors! We fit my Aunt's bed, 2 dressers, a nightstand, love seat, bookshelves, and rocking chair with room to spare! the bathroom is well-lit, with a walk-in shower and safety pulls. There are multiple activities scheduled each day, and residents are encouraged to attend, but aren't forced to participate. Overall I'm very pleased with the facility, as well as the staff.

My mother and father are in the memory care and they enjoy all the activities. The staff is fantastic and caring. My folks even like the food! This is a safe place that they can get outside and listen to all their favorite music. The daily games and conversations are so important!

It is a very friendly staff always ready to help. Room is always clean and the size is a little small but adequate. Outside a great place to sit and socialize.

The workers in the memory care unit are considerate and caring. [name removed] does a tremendous job with the activities as well as giving attention to all the residents. The residents are well cared for and clean. They are included in the activities and are urged to participate in the activities. Meals are given to each resident and assistance is given if necessary.

Rooms are huge compared to other facilities i toured. Staff are friendly. Husband says food is good and staff takes good care of him. Although I have nothing to compare it to. Basically no complaints.

I just love it here at Brookdale -Grand Prairie. The staff here is very caring and very helpful at all times, the residences are very friendly as well as helpful as can be. I am just glad I found this place and highly recommend it.

The staff are all so friendly and kind! They take great care of my mom. They are always having activities for the residents. Either someone comes to entertain the residents or they are holding bingo for family night. They take residents, that are able, out to eat, bowling, Tyler Fair, and drive through safari! Mom's room is always clean! We have never had to ask them to clean it! The whole building stays clean and looking good! I love the size of her room. It has more space than what she needs and has two large windows for viewing the courtyard. We are more than pleased with Brookdale South! [name removed] does a great job!!

My brothers and myself toured Brookdale on Tuesday [date removed] and found it to be a great place for our father. Everyone was nice, helpful, and very considerate. Our father is going to visit Brookdale on Friday, but we are sure he is going to be happy and excited. Thank you [name removed] for all your help and setting up the tour.

The facility is clean and everyone we met, including staff and residents, are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to others!

The tour was informative and the admin was great answering questions and concerns. Over the past few months the staff has been very attentive and has kept in touch if there are any concerns regarding my Aunt. She has stayed very busy with activities and exercise. She is happy with the food and the options. No one goes hungry. Facility is very clean and the staff runs a tight ship.

Brookdale has been a wonderful Memory Care provider for my mother-in-law. She is active with memory games, art activities, and crafts. Her room is clean and clothes are always neat and clean. It is nice to see the same workers there.

My mom loves it. So far everything is good except the meals get repetitive. I would recommend to others.

Brookdale Cypress Lake has been such a blessing and help to me with providing the best care for my mom in their Memory Care facility. My mom came into the facility not good but as of this day, my mom has been thriving and I owe it all to Brookdale Cypress Lake for the wonderful care that their staff provides. thanks, Brookdale Cypress Lakes for such an amazing job.

I would rate all 8 categories a 5. We have been very happy with everything. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The food is really good and the portions are large. We have eaten there a couple of times. Would recommend

We have been here 2 years and counting and we love Brookdale. It has become our home. I get so excited showing off our place to friends and family when they visit. The staff is lovely and enjoy the activities and drum cardio.

My dad has been a resident at Brookdale - Cypress Lake in Assisted Living for 3 years. He finds the staff to be caring and personable, and the convenience allows him easy access for his daily visits with mom in the Memory Care unit. He has found this to be a great living arrangement for this time in their lives, and as his daughter I appreciate the support the staff provides for his medication, meals and knowing he has caring help close by if needed.

5 stars over all....everyone amazing...especially [name removed] and [name removed] ... the food is amazing...everyone has helped us and Mom so much.. they are always there to speak with us...mom is living there and very happy
