Bickford Senior Living

They never to improve on the level of care they provide. The care is not so good and needs improvement.

The staff at Bickford had been very helpful and friendly. My parents have settled in nicely and seem to enjoy it there.

I toured this community while looking into senior living options for a friend. I thought it seemed like a nice place. They did not have any openings at the time of my tour, but everyone was very friendly and the facility was attractive and clean. They are worth a look if you're looking for senior living options in the area.

It has been an all around good experience at Brighton Gardens Of Brentwood. There is nothing I can think of for them to improve.

The staff here is very professional and helpful. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The residents here seem very happy and well adjusted. A very comfortable and balanced place overall.

So far things seem fine. They seem to do a good job getting her involved in things. We haven't had any major concerns. It's clean and the staff is pretty friendly. It's a hard transition, but they are making the most of it.

Our experience with Bickford of Greenwood was a good one, overall! Our loved one stayed in their assisted living section, and I thought they did a very nice job. The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and professional. However, the memory care unit was very expensive, so we ended moving her out once she started needing that level of care.

They have been very helpful as my dad's health has changed and we have had to bring in hospice, which was not expected. They really helped us go through this tough journey. They do seem to be a bit understaffed and because of that there are times where I feel my dad is not getting the attention he needs as quickly as I would like. But I think that would be an issue just about anywhere. Overall though things with Bickford of St. Charles have been very good and I would recommend them.

I absolutely was impressed with them at the very beginning. There was just one glitch at the beginning. They had just changed their policy about TB testing and because they did not know some things, it caused a delay at the beginning. They were very apologetic, but it did cause a lot of stress. A Place For Mom has been wonderful too.

Was pleased with how friendly the people are at Bickford. The facility is very clean and homey feeling. The staff that met with my family were very patient and willing to talk to us for as long as it took. Very helpful with getting mom moved in and helping with all the details. They always have time to talk if we have questions or a problem and work very hard to take care of things. Mom is settling in nicely and they check on her to make sure everything is ok. It is very hard to go through having to help a family member make these choices due to health issues and they are very compassionate and caring.

I really like how well the staff at the Sunrise gets to know each of the residents there and the way that they care for my loved one. Ultimately, it is the personal aspect of the facility that makes it wonderful.

We toured here. We really liked it we thought they were very good. It was between this and one other. Ultimately it came down to location. The other place was a little more convenient for us to get to. This was very nice though.

My dad is happy here. He seems to like it. Everyone calls him by his first name. They have good meals. So far everything has been going good. It's very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall things have gone well with Bickford of Crown Point. The facility itself is beautiful and well laid out, and they do a great job keeping things well kept and clean. The staff here is very friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the food has been somewhat hit or miss. It is normally pretty good, but hasn't been entirely consistent.

I was only at Bickford of St. Charles for a visit, but from what I saw I was impressed. It is a very nice clean place with excellent staff. From what I gathered I would say that they could probably stand to have more activities, especially on the weekends.

Really nice & caring people feels very homey. Price is always a concern but most are priced in the same cost range. My husband is one of the younger residents so I think he isn't challenged as much as he could be. He is making freinds and overall I believe it a place worth looking at seriously.
