Bickford Senior Living

I think they do a wonderful job at Bickford of Ames, we really had a great experience with them. They were just so caring and so helpful. They did everything they possibly could to make sure that my loved one was comfortable and well taken care of. I also really appreciated how good they were about keeping us up to date and staying in contact. I really can't say enough about them, I highly recommend them!

They were extremely helpful in getting my mother moved in. They are very knowledgeable. My mother has been raving about everybody. She is very happy here. She has been here for over a month. Everything has been going great. The facility is very clean. They do a good job cleaning it. Everyone is kind and welcoming. They do an excellent job at taking care of my mother. This is a really nice community.

I think they do a fantastic job at Bickford of Battle Creek! The staff is wonderful, they are all very friendly and helpful! They are always available to answer any questions you have, and they seem to really get to know each of their residents as an individual! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a very good meal service as well!

Very nice facility with a dedicated and caring staff. Most of the staff, LPN's and aides have been on staff at Bickford for most of the facilities existence. The show great patience in dealing and assisting my Mother who has dementia and I hve noticed the same level of care with other residence of the facility. They treat residence like family.

I have searched for several months until I found the Bickford of Middletown. The staff is caring and loving to my loved one and I couldn't ask for more. My loved one enjoy's all of the activities and all of the special friendships. Five stars for Bickford.

Everything is great. We don't have any concerns about how clean it's kept or how friendly the staff is. It's wonderful. My loved one is very happy and so are we. I would rate them very highly.

My mom lives at the Inn and loves it!! The staff is awesome and there are always activities. My mom has made friends and hardly watches tv. Food is great - really beautiful dining room.

It was a very beautiful place but too much money for mom. She would never be able to afford it. All the staff was very nice and it was just wonderful but mom just could never afford it.

Our experience with Bickford of Greenwood has been a good one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff are friendly and helpful, I'd give them high marks across the board.

Sunrise is a very special place. The facility is beautiful , but the leadership and staff make this a wonderful place to care for loved ones. I needed help to determine the level of care we needed. Our journey is just beginning but I am confident that Sunrise will be able to assist our family.

Sunrise of Bexley is an absolutely beautiful community. I feel they have put a lot of thought in the communities. I have worked in that circle, and sometimes the younger generation don't see the value of older generations. They have it down to a science, and they have truly thought of everything.

She is doing really well, and has adjusted well. The people are all real friendly, the staff is very accommodating. I would recommend it to anybody. It's so clean, you walk in the front lobby and it's like a nice hotel, it's nicely decorated, and just really nice. They come in the room and keep it clean. The meals are great, and I have eaten there several times, and they offer several choices that you can order if you don't like it. It's really working out well.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We thought this place looked very nice, and after touring quite a few places it was our second choice overall! The staff were all very friendly, and the residents seemed well cared for.

Bickford is such a happy and loving community! Each staff member I have met treats residents like their own family members. Angie, Jo and the clinical staff go above and beyond to give the best care and attention to each resident and to offer the best services available to their residents that need additional care. Julia in activities keeps each resident's mind and body active with several fun and educational activities daily. Rebecca is constantly coming up with more creative ways to make Bickford the best assisted living and memory care facility in Carmel and I believe they are! I highly reccomend Bickford of Carmel Assisted Living and Memory Care facility!

My father has been at Bickford of Portage for over 2 years. This is an amazing facility. He was in a different place originally at the same cost but there is no comparison to the wonderful staff and personalized care he has received at Bickford of Portage. I have peace of mind that he is being cared for as if he was family to everyone there. He has come to feel so at home, and it's such a relief to know that. It's always difficult to help your parent transition to letting strangers care for them, but the caring compassionate staff and lovely surroundings at Bickford made it infinitely easier!

I think they are doing a fine job. The food is so-so, sometimes he likes it sometimes he doesn't, he loves breakfast the most, and he can always order something else if he doesn't like it. They are really nice, and have nothing but kind to him.

We recently toured the beautiful Bickford of Quincy. The Directors, Sarah & Beth, along with the rest of the staff we met, were very welcoming & interested in our current situation. They asked very detailed questions about our situation in the hope of learning as much as they could about our Mom. We felt they did care for the current residents wellbeing & placed a hold on a room for Mom. Once we made the choice to move Mom in, Beth handled every detail to make Mom's move seemless. She worked closely with the Blessing Care Manager for Mom's discharge & even picked her up from the hospital. So far, our experience with Bickford of Quincy has been top notch!

My dad moved into Bickford not too long ago and is doing great. We were worried that it would take him awhile to adjust, but he's made lots of friends, is always busy with an activity and receives the extra help he needs. Certain staff go above and beyond for him on a daily basis. We've already recommended to friends who are moving in too.
