Smaller facility, like a bed & breakfast. Very homey.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. My loved one ended up selecting another community that she liked more, but if I was looking for myself this would have been my pick!

Overall, they have been very accommodating and so far everything has gone well. For the most part I think that they are very professional and are trying very hard to take care of my loved one. The food is very good and it seems to be a very nice facility.

The food that they serve at the Bickford of Omaha could definitely be improved upon a bit. The portions are a little too small and the actual food is not as good as they originally said it was going to be.

I am very happy with Sunrise of Worthington. I cant think of anything that needs improving there. The staff is always available, helpful, and very professional. The facility is cheerful and clean. They offer a variety of activities. It has been an all around good experience.

It was a good stay, we were very pleased with them. Even the food was good, we got to eat with her a couple of times. The billing aspect went smoothly. We didn't have any concerns or complaints. I would give them a five.

We are happy with Bickford. We don't have any complaints, there haven't been any issues with billing. The people are very helpful, they are the thing that really stands out about the community.

Bickford of Bourbonnais is very very nice. They are doing a good job of being able to keep my father in the building. That was a really big concern of mine. They know how to handle him. They are very aware of his particular issue. It's a beautiful facility. It's very clean. The workers are very caring. I am so pleased.

I think that the nursing and the physical care is just excellent. My loved one there has had his needs changed and the nurse has been most attentive and is on it right away, which is extremely important for us. The overall atmosphere is just fine. It's a hard transition and I think that he likes the way he is being treated there. We do like the safety there too.

My mom [full name removed] aka MISS JO, has been living at Bickford of Greenwood since early September, 2015. While we would rather have her home, Bickford is the next best thing. She seems to really like it there. She loves the staff. They are all so kind and caring to her. Stacey [last name removed], the Executive Director, is outstanding. Any time there is a problem all you have to do is call her and the problem is taken care of. We love the whole staff and appreciate everything they do to give our mom a safe place to live in her golden years!

We really like it. We had a hard time finding a good fit. We could not find another place that could accommodate for the needs we had. It was the only option we could find. They have been great. I have no complaints. I would say that they get a five.

We liked it at Bickford of St. Charles but it was too expensive so we had to move out. It was their way or the highway. They didn't work with you on anything financially. They are just very friendly there. You felt like part of the family. I do wish it would have worked out.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Bickford. They've really gone out of their way helping my loved one get settled in and comfortable, and she does seem to be enjoying it here. They put a lot of effort into making sure she stays busy and involved in the activities, and seem to be doing a great job looking out for her. It's just a very nice place overall!

Everyone was very nice. However, it was just not the place for our loved one. This is because she needed more care than what we chose. The Bickford of Crown Point is a great place and I recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at Bickford was able to work with me to get my mother moved in just a week after she was discharged from rehab care and still needed more attention than family could manage at her home. Great people!

My mom was only in there for about a month and ended up having to go to the hospital, but they were very accommodating through it all and they got her in quicker than we thought and they took care of her and we had a good experience with them.

I walked in and was greeted right away. I really liked that it was like someone coming to my front door. The building is so cozy, you walk right into the living room were I saw many people sitting on the couch and just talking. I wasn't for sure about this concept when I first visited, but I like knowing that mom is not just living in an apartment but using the whole building as her home. I really liked that there were not all these separate activity rooms. My mom will not get lost on where things are happening. Julia does a great job reminding everyone of activities but mom loves getting her exercise, so she is always walking her laps. This building especially lucky to have jackie. Mom my says this is one of her daughters even though she is not, she makes this a home for my mom when I could not continue to care for her at home.

There were some things not taken care of as far as cleaning before we got moved in at Sunrise of Worthington. The administration has changed there and I just think some things got over looked in the mean time. But since then everything has been just fine. We chose this place because of the care they showed just touring here. Any issue we've had they have taken care of. They are very accommodating. They make my mother-in-law feel so comfortable.

I only took a tour of it because it was for my grandma and she is not even there yet. But it was very nice and clean and it looks like there are a lot of activities to do and it's very homey. Seems like a great place.

It's a great place, they really show respect and care for the residents.
