This place is beautiful! It is so clean and the staff is soooo friendly. My parents love everybody who works there. It us comforting to know everyone is a can or registered nurse. Linda and Stephanie reslly works with you in your own situation. So blessed to call it home for my parents

My siblings and I are so thankful for the service, A Place for Mom, that lead us to the Bickford! The contact came to us immediately and the process by The Bickford staff was couteous, kind, sensitive, and professional. We moved mom in very timely and The Bickford staff were so helpful. Mom loves her apartment and she is no longer alone as she wakes up to the Bickford "family" and hoes to bed knowing they are there for her. Thank you from our hearts and God bless you for all you do!

This community seems clean and appears fine to me. I find the staff mostly welcoming and friendly and helpful. The community has activities available and soon my sister will participate when she is able to join. My sister also seems to be satisfied with the food, she has not complained yet. I would recommend this community based on how things are okay with my sister.

Our experience with Sunrise of Bexley has been a very positive one. The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and they really do a great job easing new residents into the community. They know all the residents by name, and they're very attentive to their needs. It's just a very nice place overall, and we are satisfied with the service.

So far it's very good. We haven't had any major complaints. She loves the food, she loves having a choice. The other residents have been friendly and welcoming, she made friends pretty quickly. It seems to be working out pretty well.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Bickford of Cedar Falls! My loved one was very reluctant to move, but needed some help after a fall. After just a few weeks here they really won her over and she didn't want to go back to living on her own! Everyone here is very nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. They were really there for us throughout the whole process, and always answered any questions we had. The facility is well kept and clean, and I also think they do a great job with the food. The meals are made from scratch!

I would give this community the highest rating, my father really enjoys it here. The community looks great and well maintained. The staff has been great to work with. They are very helpful and kind. There are many activities for him to choose from when he is ready to participate. He enjoys the meals, the food is really good. It has been a good experience and I would recommend it.

I love the staff RN Kim is great when mother didn't feel well. Danielle and Lindsy and Carrie Are great ladies! Help mom out! The activity lady is great with her bingo and ceramic panting etc. the house cleaning lady is Very good! Moves the chairs and couch! Very happy!!

First time we stepped inside Moline Bickford Cottage, we were warmly welcomed like we were their family. Staff was very accommodating they had notepads for us to write notes n answer any questions. They gave us a tour of the place n we liked what we saw. It was like home away from home, nothing like other places which were bigger n overwhelming. My husband stayed for four days n the staff welcomed him warmly. He almost felt at home w good care n attention. His room was very nice n his TV had close captions on ready for him to watch TV. Some of the staff attempted to learn some basic sign language, that was impressive! ???? We were very impressed w Bickford staff n the good care they gave my husband. I would place him there again without hesitation knowing he is in good loving hands ??????

Positive changes caused a 180 degree turn around in the emotional health of my mother in law. We thought she was failing rapidly, and once she moved to Bickford, she was a totally different person. She is happy with her room and is even decorating it with her own curtains and comforter that were packed in storage for 10 years. Thank you for all you have done.

For assisted living and memory care this is a beautiful facility.

We've been very impressed with the knowledge and caring of the staff. It is a very clean, homelike atmosphere. Not many activities planned for the weekends, but otherwise there seems to be quite a bit planned.

Sunrise on the Scioto is a very nice place, I really think they do a splendid job here! The facility is clean and well kept, and the people are very friendly! The caregivers here are attentive, and really go out of their way to make the residents feel like this is their home.

Things are going wonderful and fabulous. We couldn't be happier with them. We have absolutely no complaints with the staff, facility or level of care at Bickford. Wonderful place and we couldn't ask for more.

My sister and I are extremely happy with Bickford of Crystal Lake, IL. This is a community in the truest sense of the word. Our Mother has been thriving in this environment, and we would highly recommend this community to anyone who has a family member in need of memory care assistance. We really are fortunate, and we were most impressed at how quickly Bickford made room for our Mother who was briefly in a not very satisfactory place. They sensed our urgency in getting her relocated and took the ball and ran with it. Special cudos to Debbie and Flavia in making that happen so quickly. And huge thanks to the nurses and regular staff members who are so caring and attentive to our Mother's special needs. We are so happy to welcome the new year 2016, knowing that our Mom is getting the best care possible!

They really do a great job here at the Bickford of Davenport. I don't really have much else to say other than that. The staff is nice and professional and the place is clean. Everything is great and the place is great. I highly recommend this place. Just great.

Things are going okay so far. The facility is pretty, well decorated and clean. The staff does a great job at making sure our needs are taken care of here. The respond immediately when they are needed and are very attentive.
