I can not say enough about our exceptional experience working with Bickford. My mother in law is doing well at this community. The staff are welcoming, supportive and have a high level of encouragement. They have numerous daily activities. The community is clean and well maintained. She seems to like the food. I like the setup of this community for memory care residents as it is hard for them to get lost. This is a smaller more intimate community and I would recommend it.

My parents were happy in this community. The staff were nice and always caring. This community is clean and maintained. They seem to like the meals but small improvements could be made. They had activities to enjoy. We would recommend this community for good care and a good value to other families.

Good morning, the tour went very good and I was very impressed and we are moving forward with them to visit with mom.

My mother really wanted a place that was closer to where she was at before but with a higher level of care and this community was perfect for that. The staff has been very good to her and very accommodating. She is happy with the meals and I think we made a good choice.

So far everything is going pretty well, and I'am pleased with my mothers move to this community. She is improving, and they are taking good of her, and her needs. They have a good staff, they have been attentive, and helpful. She has gotten involved in the activities they have available. It has been a good experience, and all is well.

I'am satisfied with my father move to this community. He is doing well, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. I'am comfortable with the care he is being provided with. So far everything is working out well, and this is a community I would recommend.

The support from A Place for Mom was amazing and the referral to Bickford was a blessing. We placed my Mother-in-law there and she is thriving. The caregivers are professional, kind, and responsive. We could not be more satisfied with the entire experience from the onboarding into her new apartment to the care she receives daily.

So far our experience with Bickford of Omaha has been a very positive one! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very attuned to the needs of each resident. I've noticed a lot of individualized treatment and care. I also really appreciate that the staff always recognize family members when they visit. It's a very nice place, overall!

I went into this experience with a mom who did not want to leave her home. After several falls, hospitalizations and several weeks of struggling to find 24/7 care in her home I finally convinced her that assisted living was the answer. Luckily my mother-in-law moved to Bickford several years ago on her own choice and talked it up to mom at our frequent family meals. That sealed the deal for my mom! In the 7 weeks she's been there she has adjusted quite well, and tells family members that if she has to be somewhere, this is the place to be. I wish she would participate in more of the activities, but hopefully that will change the longer she's there. There's certainly plenty for them to do! The staff is great with both residents and their families, and I appreciate getting the monthly newsletter/calendar and other informational emails sent to me. So far I can't think of a single thing I would change about the Bickford family. She gets her hair done weekly right down the hall from her apartment, and someone from one of the Catholic churches comes in every Friday to give her communion, so as long as I keep bringing her hershey's kisses she's happy!

The move to the Bickford has been a positive experience for my mother. She is making a lot of new friends and joining in all of the activities that they have available. She loves that she can go out of her room and talk to people. She loves how clean the place is and how friendly everyone is. The housekeeping does a very good job, she enjoys that they go into her room and make her bed. The meals are decent, the portions are good and she likes walking into the dining room for her meals. I really like that it is a lock down memory unit so I have the peace of mind that she will never walk out and not be able to find her way back.

My mother is being cared for very well here at this community. She is currently on hospice, and they are doing a good job caring for her. They have been awesome to work with. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. I know she is in good hands, and being provided with great care. This is a community I would recommend.

I toured this community. It was very nice and the choices of the room. Great floor plans and very clean in all areas. They have a lot of activities all weekend long. I was very happy with the staff who answered my questions on the types of care that are offered here. I recommend this community for other families to see what is offered for their loved one.

This community was wonderful to my mother while she was here. They have such great staff that do what they are suppose to do. My mom really liked it here. It is just a wonderful community all around.
