Bickford Senior Living

We were very lucky when we brought mom here as she had been at a different Bickford in a different city that she really liked so her transition here has been great. Mom told me that she feels comfortable here and that the staff is friendly, supportive, plus they stay on top of things and they have notified me when they felt mom was not feeling well. They make sure they bring her to the dining room in her wheel chair so she can be with the other residents and she does take part in a few of the activities they offer as well. The grounds are nice and mom has the option of going outside should she want to. We are very happy with everything here.

The staff are very caring and they want what is best for the residents. They listen to the resident to make sure they are getting everything they need. They are great with keeping us updated on our loved ones care. My loved one is comfortable here and he has made friends. This community offers continuing care. They have a couple nice outside areas to sit as well as a grill. They offer a variety of food options and there are always different things going on. We feel secure with our love one living here.

We really like this communiy very much. the staff are wonderful and caring to the needs for our father. The meals are very good for him and we like that he is pleased with the nice variety. He offers alot of good activies. The community is clean with a nice environment. We would highly recommend everything about this community to other families that are wanting excellent care for a loved one.

My mother is doing well with her move into this community. She really likes it here, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. The staff is great, and I'am satisfied with the care she in being provided with. The community is well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness around the facility. There are good activities offered. and nice meals provided. I would recommend this community to my friends, and all is working out great for my mother in this community.

I toured this community for care for my mom. The staff was able to answer my questions. The community did not have the feeling that I was looking for. The menu was appealing and the list of activities would have been offered were healthy. They had activities. We would suggest that other families tour this community for good care

The staff at Bickford made my loved one feel very comfortable in her last days while she was there. Everything went very well.

I am so pleased with the care that my brother is getting here, the staff and management have gone above and beyond with helping me in getting my brother settled in. They have been encouraging him to join in the activities and if he is not feeling up to going to the dining room to eat they make sure they bring him his food. They are very good at keeping me updated on my brother as well. I would definitely recommend this community.

Bickford is a wonderful place for my mom. The atmosphere is a happy comfortable feeling. It is a smaller community and so the care is more one on one with the residents. The staff is so caring and calm and not frazzled. My mom has no complaints with the meals provided. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. My mom's room has a picture window where she has a view of flowers blooming on the lovely courtyard. They also have a sunroom to enjoy the surrounding well-kept grounds. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My mom is slowly transitioning at Bickford of Moline and the staff is really working with her. They have done a great job getting her involved in lots of activities that keep her stimulated and she enjoys being a part of them as well. She gets to join everyone in the main dining room, and there are lots of good options for her to choose from plus she does have a care giver to assist her at all times. I like that Bickford of Moline is a small community of about 20 to 25 residents so they do get really good care there and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We toured this community. My mom wanted a bigger community. The staff are nice and were helpful. The menu was appealing and they had a nice list of activities that would have been helpful for her. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable and safe environment. Lots of daily activities. Knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff. So supportive of my family member and our family. Very, very helpful in any and all ways. I highly recommend Bickford for your loved one.

We are happy with the care from this community. The staff is nice and caring. The community. They offer a nice menu. They offer activities for the residents who are able to participate. This was a nice environment that we would be happy to recommend for the care of a loved one.

I'm so thrilled we were able to get mom right in at Bickford. There were 3 rooms to choose from. I had been mom's sole caregiver since 2012 when I was forced into early retirement and before that time as well. God had a purpose for me and I wouldn't trade a second of caring for mom. We should have seen about assisted living a few years ago. I had a hard time coping with mom not being able live on her home alone and I was getting ready for hip replacement. I knew it was time and my brother and his family agreed. I stayed with her first 3 days/nights for her and so I could see how the staff responded to mom. Everything has been wonderful. Nurses come to assist with meds, shower, staff takes her to from meals (now she does on her own), she gets her hair done, attends church service, and has her laundry done. We can visit anytime we want. We can take her on family outings. Thankful for your help in leading me in the right direction.

The facility is very good! The staff are very accommodating and the facility is very clean. My loved one is constantly active and participating in activities with other residents. She is having a great stay so far!

I like the care at this community. This is a new clean community. I like knowing that she is happy with the variety of the healthy meals. They offered a large variety of nice activities. We like that everyone is so caring. My mom is comfortable here and we like that this community is close by to our home. We would recommend this community for great care.

This community offers many activities and the staff are good at encouraging my loved one to participate. The food is wonderful and they offer good portions. The staff are wonderful. They are getting to know what my loved one's needs are so they can make any modifications to make sure she is getting the best care possible. The community is clean and the best one I have seen. The community is one floor and I have already recommended it.

Everything about this community is exceptional. I visited looking for a home for my mother and after spending a couple of hours visiting with the Director and staff, we already felt like part of the family. The apartments are small, but my guess is the residents don't care because they spend so much time with the community.
