Bickford Senior Living

If you have an individual that is starting to have problems with dementia, it's a very good place to go. We feel very comfortable with them. It's a small community, and they really try to get the residents engaged in activities that are appropriate for each person's level of dementia. The residents all have their own individual apartments, and they can have pets. Bickford of Omaha - Blondo truly specializes in dementia and does a great job with that population. The food is good and homemade. I think it's a very good value here.

I would encourage you to seriously look into Bickford of Greenwood. The fact that the staff care, are loving, and kind to the residents really stands out to me. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. The staff were very good and very friendly. I was pleased with this community. They do have activities however, my loved one does not participate in them.

We toured this community and the tour was good and they answered all our questions.

The value for cost is quite pricey but it is a smaller facility and all on one level so it is easily accessible for everyone. The meals and dining service according to our loved one is excellent, and the activities are still a little limited.

The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in and the food is good too. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. my loved one is happy here and I love the peace of mind. The communication is between the staff and the family is very good also.

I would tell others that they took good care of my loved one. This is a very caring and nice community. Some of the activities that are available are: ice cream trucks, entertainment, arts and crafts, games and more for the residents to choose from.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the community was just not in our price range

I would recommend Bickford to anyone looking for an assisted living facility. They opened their arms and welcomed my mom in her time of need. They have the friendliest staff and the facility is so clean. The food is delicious and plentiful.

Beautiful facilities great security rooms were wonderful dining exquisite two choices for all meals. Friendly staff and everyone was happy and involved in some activities.

Our loved one always enjoyed the meals and dining service, and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

The community is very much like a home rather than an instatutional. They have a cheery and bright atmosphere. Their priority was to know our loved ones. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We did a virtual tour with Brighton Gardens since it was still during covid times. The facility was very nice and the people were friendly. I would not hesitate moving a family member into here.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are stand outs to me. They are responsive to questions or concerns over my loved one. The activities seems good for the residents and have a good variety of them.

Beautiful residence. Unfortunately it is a little too costly. We also felt that my mother-in-law would think it was too fancy for her!

Make sure your expectations meet the level of care4 your loved ones will need vs what you think it will be. The is an adjustment period for both loved ones and family. The staff is very friendly and the community is kept neat and clean. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff were wonderful to work with during our short stay. The community was great to check on my loved one during the hospital stay and afterwards. The tour was great and I was impressed. The staff member that was doing the tour knew all the residents names and the residents were happy to see her. It seemed like a very friendly place.

The atmosphere is very homey and has a good open floor plan. They have nice outside areas for the residence that are safe and secure. The rooms are smaller but are private with their own bathroom. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I liked that this community was built for their grandma - one of their own grandparents. They tried to keep it very family oriented, and it was family owned. We decided it looked very nice, even from the outside. And we liked the smaller size of the community. But it was farther away from family. And we were also looking for a place where our loved one could transition into a Medicaid room down the line when necessary. So we chose a different place for her. But they did a great job with the virtual tour and were very personable. It was not an easy decision.

We chose Bickford of West Lansing because we thought it was a very nice facility when we went to visit. My moms room is a little on the smaller side. She loves the food, they are chef prepared meals and what I have been told is that they use all fresh produce which is much healthier. The staff members here are very helpful and I would definitely recommend to others.
