Somethings that we really like about the community is how well they are with communicating to the families especially now with covid. They have been doing a great job letting everyone know what is going on, and if someone tests positive they let us know how they are handling it. They are really good about understanding how every families situation is different, they have been very flexible and accommodating towards our family.

We chose Bickford of Rocky River because they really made us feel like family. When we walked in it was a homey environment and the staff were very friendly. They have been wonderful, great with communication and very attentive to my grandmothers needs as well as mine. It is a great facility and I would highly recommend.

We absolutely love it there, and everyone is so nice. Our loved is very happy there. The rooms are very nice, they offer three different types of rooms with different prices associated with them. Our loved one is now in the largest of the three. The people there are all wonderful, we are never afraid to talk to them if something comes up. They work really hard to take care of the people who lived there, i do not think you can find a staff as nice as they are.

Our experience with Bickford of Tinley Park has been very good and the cleanliness of the community is very impressive. The staff members have exceeded every one of our expectations, we cannot say enough good things about them. The meals are really good and they offer a good amount of activities. We feel very confident our loved one is in a good place.

Manager ([name removed]) was extremely helpful. She listened well, asked insightful questions, and tailored the conversation to our specific situation and candidate. She was very familiar with the operations, capabilities, policies, etc. of the community. She personally interacted with every resident we encountered on our tour, and was obviously liked and respected. She also made very helpful suggestions about hospice providers, the process of getting medical equipment, etc. Far and away the best provider we interviewed.

Overall it is a good place. I feel they need more organization or assistance with meal services. There are times where the residents have to wait 45 minutes for meals. This is part of a larger corporation. I believe it should be looked at as a bigger picture and not just at the community level. Overall I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones.

We were really impressed with how fast things moved in the beginning, and you can furnish you r room with your own stuff. We felt like that was very comforting for our loved one. We would recommend this community to other.

The staff and hospice were just terrific, they made sure our questions were answered and we got everything we needed. They were very compassionate. The rooms are on the smaller side, but nice and it had everything our loved one needed. We would recommend this community to others.

The activities were great, and the community was neat, clean and did not have any fowl smells. The courtyard sat right in the middle and it was just beautiful. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

We had a good experience here. The facility was clean but the dining rooms could use some cleaning. Room sizes were good, and the food was also good and they had a good variety. I would recommend this facility.

We chose Bickford of Worthington because it had a more homey and comfortable atmosphere. Also the staff members are all very sweet and take very good care of my wife. The room sizes here are a little bit bigger than ones we have seen and we looked at 6 different places. The best part about the community so far would be the communication from the staff members. We had a conference call last week with the facility and families were able to rate them and voice any concerns we had. They have been very transparent with me and I appreciate that. I would recommend to others.

We chose Bickford of St. Charles because it is very close to where we live, so we were able to visit often before COVID. We also were impressed with the tour. The room sizes here are adequate for his needs. The best part about this community so far has been the friendliness of everyone and the socialization aspect. Also, the manager is very helpful, answers all our questions, and she is easy to get a hold of. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

The community has raised the price twice; one for COVID related and the other one being due to the increasing care of my loved one. On Bickford's website and Facebook page I've been lucky enough to see my loved one engaged in activities. I have a co-worker who I am encouraging to go to Bickford of Worthington for their loved ones.

We chose Bickford of Virginia at the time because of the location and the overall feel of when you walk into the facility. It was very homey and inviting rather than some other places that we saw that were more institutional. My fathers room size is pretty good, he has a smaller room but it is adequate for his needs. The best part about the community so far has been the friendliness of the staff members. They are always very responsive and helpful and you can tell they genuinely care about their residents.

I would highly recommend Bickford of Shelby Township. This community is a nice place. My loved one is in the memory care unit. There are only 16 beds in this unit. If there is anything that happens with my loved the staff call and keep me updated.
