Forest Creek Commons was the best place we found on the south side of Indy we found. Very clean great food i trust the people there to take care of mom.

We use both the assisted living and memory care areas. The assisted living is a little cleaner than the memory care. The assisted also has a little better response time. We have a couple of little issues with the memory care side. I understand it's difficult with memory care and the type of residents, but it could be a little cleaner and there have been some trouble with the laundry. They were the nicest, cleanest, and the staff was friendlier than the other places we looked at. The food is good.

McKay Manor is an Awsome place to be! The staff is so kind and helpful. They are here in minutes to help you, wether you fall or just need their help! The food is really Good! The activities are fun! Overall I love it here! You have your inde penance, but, have help if you need!! The apartments are really nice and spacious.

It really is good. My father-in-law is now living at Northwood Manor. He loves it there. They're good to him and the transportation is good. He has a beautiful apartment. He is what I would call almost a hoarder and when I go into his place it's immaculate! The cleaning staff comes in once or twice a week. I would give them huge kudos for that! My one complaint is the nursing director is not capable of multitasking and she can't get people's medication's right and she does not direct her nursing staff correctly. The managing director, Melissa, is amazing and the food is good too. I would sent my parents there but with an outside firm to manage their medications. I would not trust Northwood Manor's nursing director to do that.

WE are taking one day at a time with the help of the great staff a Hope Memory Care. They have been God sent for our family.

we were impressed with the friendliness and energy of the whole staff. mom needs activity, encouragement and caring attention and we felt this home offered all of that. her room is very nice, the food is very good and there are so many activities to keep mom occupied and her brain engaged. we are so happy so far with the choice we made for mom!!

The transition was easy for my dad and we feel he is being well cared for and they are meeting his social, physical and emotional needs. We are informed and also they ask for information that will help them meet his needs.

It's independent living and it was fine but I have to stress the independent living. The food actually was remarkable. It was very good!

We were looking a couple of years ago (2/2 and a half) and I think the food was better here than other places. At that point mom did not want to go in but it's cheaper than other places, we had mom ready to move there. When we toured we were very excited and we had an opportunity to go out and have dinner and lunch and the food was excellent, the apartment was a lot cheaper than others. She wouold have paid less for a one bedroom here than a studio at other places. I would have put them euqal to others but we weren't there to see how the maids worked and it's a little bit secluded, they did provide transportation but I didn't get a chance to see it in operation, it was on a promise.

The reason that we choose “Jefferson Manor” is because its was so much nicer than many of the other places that we looked at. The people and staff are really nice and friendly and my dad says that he really enjoys the food. Plus the person at “Jefferson Manor” was really good about working with us to get everything to fit in my dad’s fix budget and they still continue to help us even today. My dad is happy at “Jefferson Manor” it was a good choice.

Generous apartment size. Plenty of activities available. Staff has been nice. Does not provide much in the way of add-on services if needed an independent living. Some kinks staffing seems to be somewhat of an issue.

The two bedroom apartment is very nice. I enjoy the balcony very much. The food is good and you always have alternate choices. I especially like the breakfast meal. The residents are friendly as is the staff. The activities are numerous and the entertainment has been wonderful.

Nice facility, some odor. Building needs a little upkeep, especially the patio area in the memory care. Cost is a little lower than the other facilities, but it is older.

Park Place of West Knoxville is a lovely facility. The residents that we met seemed to be content and happy living there. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic as the sales and marketing coordinator who showed us around was also preparing for an evening event at the facility. I think she could have used an assistant! There had been 2 falls in bathrooms that morning, one resulting in a fractured arm. We could not see different types of rooms due to several residents being away, but the one unit we were able to view was nice, although too small for our needs. We appreciate the information and the tour!

Staff are kind and helpful. I'm happy with activities. Mostly I like the bus drivers and availability of bus rides. Food is better than Trustwell. Lunch has two choices which is nice. Salads every day are available. The Size of apartment is a little smaller but sufficient. Building is overall clean and apartment has housekeeping every week. I like it here. Plus I can do my own laundry which pleases me.

Fantastic staff…. The apartments are very clean, but the facilities overall are a little dated. Prices are consistent with other facilities in the area and services offered.

When we first reviewed Brenden Gardens over a year ago, we were quite impressed with the quality of the food. After moving in, we noticed a significant need to address food service. As a former licensed food service manager, I feel qualified to honestly critique the food quality. Yet sometimes, food is surprisingly delicious and well prepared. Serving staff are friendly, yet often can't describe what a dish on the menu is. Everything else is great. Physical facilities are well kept. Staff appear overworked, but always have a good helpful attitude.

Loved the Atrium! Rooms were okay. There was no interaction between residents at that time. Staff did not greet us as we toured. I like the ability to transition thru different levels of care.

It was an excellent tour. All my questions were answered by Evan. He is a great ambassador of the facility!

I very nice hidden away residence that would be ideal for my parents. Sales associate was friendly and informative. Very clean and it looks to have all the needed amenities
