Very blessed and thankful to have found Hope Memory Care Center when we suddenly needed a place for our mom. They not only cared for her but surrounded our family with comfort and information knowing that we, too, were lost and confused by this situation. The caregivers work so hard and are able to provide the residents with the care they need and the respect they deserve.

About a year ago, we moved my Father into Brighton Gardens in Prairie Village, Kansas. We came from Park Meadows, a Spectrum product because they didn't have the staff, expertise or willingness to manage my Father's Assisted Living care properly. I say this only because we knew what we were looking for. I will say, that BG-PV is where we found the most caring, compassionate folks. They have taken care of my Father with dignity, love and grace. Service begins with the aids and support staff, all of whom showed love and care. This continued with the dining staff, reception and the administrative staff. Their team was proactive in determining the level of care and really made us feel at home, like part of their family. My Dad's journey has now ended, but my appreciation for BG-PV will continue. It was a loving community that took care of my Father in the most dignified way. For that we are eternally greatful. Thank you BG-PV !!!!!!!

One of the NICEST care facilities that I have been in. My friends mother has been there for several years and we visit her and we see the individual care provided to others there and the staff is so kind. We have been there in the evening and have heard the staff in adjoining rooms being kind to the residents there. If I had to ever go to a facility, I would like for it to be Wesley Court.

My mother moved into the Forum, independent living this past November. She is approaching 95. I am so glad she is here as this is a wonderful place. She has a beautiful apartment, cleaning services provided as well as 3 meals a day, plus all kinds of group activities. Everyone is absolutely wonderful -- from the maintenance men, restaurant workers, cleaning ladies, receptionists and management, It is a gigantic stress reliever for me to know she is in such good hands should she become sick, etc. Many thanks!

Very caring and loving staff. Experienced and knowledgeable in Alzheimer's care. Beautiful community. Very special concept and design , beautifully furnished, clean, residents looked very well cared for. Everyone was busy loving and caring for the residents.

My mom was in a terrible place. After touring and making a decision to move mother here I am more then pleased with the outcome. She is no longer over medicated and can stand with help. They take there time and walk with her instead of sitting her in a wheelchair. The staff will take time and answer questions when I have concerns. I would recommend Hope to other families that need help for a family member and peace of mind for themselves. Great Job Hope..

I recently moved my father to this facility. He first tried it by staying in a furnished apartment for a 2 week trial they called a Staycation. It was the perfect way for him to get the feel of the place since he was not happy about leaving his home. He thinks the food is great, the staff is very friendly and he has enjoyed the activities. The place gives me piece of mind which is priceless. When my father fell, they had a nurse check him out right away. It has not been an easy decision for my father but he signed the lease last week and liked the place enough to call it home. I continue to be impressed with their service and the way they know and care about all the residents. The apartments are a decent size and we are happy to have one with a balcony.

Rose Estates is a fantastic place to place your loved one. It's clean and the staff is amazing! Allan Ware is on of the top Directors in the country. Our family trusts them. It's 5 star spectacular!!

We have been treated royally when help was short – we still been treated royally - Everyone is kind – helpful.

What I love about the facility is their layout. The actual property, from what I understand, was previously own by Sprint a part of what was like a corporate hotel. The floor plan of the place is in a V/L shape so it is an easy layout. For residents who have dementia it’s rather easy to navigate compared to a traditional square floorplan. I liked the staff as well; they seemed friendly and very flexible. With other properties they set a one hour time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was too much of a regime for my loved one. However here, there are open hours and people can go eat anytime that they want. Another thing that was beneficial is that they accept Medicare after 12 months of private pay. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

My dad needed a home that takes medicaid. I looked at so much that was dreadful. When I was directed here I was so totally grateful, I can't begin to describe it. My dad has Altzheimers, but is with it enough to understand a lot of what is going on, and was very resistant to moving. He loves it here. The staff is so caring. They make every resident feel valued and appreciated. The director [Removed] is phenomenal, and really cares about the facility and its residents. When you go there he manages to pop up ad say hi every single time. Food is good, and aesthetically it is very nice. My dad has made friends and the activities have helped him mentally tremendously. Their physical therapy has also been great. The rooms could be a little updated (they are working on it), and sometimes there is an odor that is not the most pleasant in parts of the halls, but I think that might be hard to avoid. It is very clean otherwise, no complaints. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

We were very happy with the care that my mom received from this nice community. The staff was very nice and attentive to her needs. The community was always clean and maintained. The menu was very good for her and she was happy with the nice variety. They offered her activities that she did enjoy. We would recommend this community for the care and value for other family members

My dad moved in a little over a month ago, and we could not be happier! They treat him with respect, they joke with him (which he loves), they clean his room every Sunday and do his laundry too! There are many activities if he would want to partake in them. I am so blessed [Removed] came to Mercy Hospital that night and helped us with the process of moving him. We are blessed because of The Amelia Place!

This community is very active and there is a lot of energy. The residents are always socializing and they offer a lot of activities. The caregivers are fantastic and took good care of mom. Mom did not really like the food. The community is clean I would recommend it.

After talking with [Removed] and hearing what she liked about what they offered, and, at the time they had a special, my mother-in-law decided to move in. The strong Catholic community was a bonus for her also. She is pleased with the many activities. While it was difficult for her in the beginning, the staff and residents went out of their way to talk to her and make her feel comfortable. She likes the selection and flavor of her meals. Her apartment looks nice every time we visit her, no complaints with housekeeping.

Mom is doing well living at this community. The staff are great and she is receiving excellent care. The food is good. They offer assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. This is a nice clean community. They have a full time doctor on staff and they check on the residents once or twice a week. They have a review board and I would recommend this community.

Since moving my loved one into this community her appetite has improved immensely. She has been attending all of the meals throughout the day and has been enjoying her dinning experience. When she recently had to be moved into hospice they did an excellent job at making sure she remained comfortable and provided her with excellent care as well. They have really been taking the extra time to monitor her closely and make sure her pain level is low. I always see all of the staff doing there job and having such a positive attitude.

Great place...with outstanding staff and residents

My tour of this facility went very well. The woman who gave me the tour was lovely. She was about to leave the office when I showed, but she stayed and gave me a tour. The community looked great, very nice and clean. It was a nice experience, she was very kind and warm to whole time. They offered me coffee and water, and it was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful, caring, helpful staff. Nice, clean facility. Good food. Am so happy to have found Sugar Grove, a place where my dad can be safe and comfortable, and where we are confident he is in the best possible place to meet his needs. My deepest gratitude to the staff for all you do.
