Madison Meadows is a very clean community. [name removed} and [name removed] are both very nice and wonderful. one thing I noticed is when the residents check in on their first day, they hand you your keys and you're pretty much on your own. you have to come back down and ask for an emergency call device, sheets, towels, etc. we also found that there was no toilet paper or trash bags in the room and we weren't aware that those things aren't provided by the community. I do think they could benefit from hiring an ambassador to make the residents feel comfortable since they are in a strange and unfamiliar environment. this could also help make the move in process an easier transition. the bus was out of commission for several weeks and during that time they should have rented a shuttle or hired a service so that the residents could still go shopping for their personal items. the only thing I've heard about the meals from my loved one is that they are served a lot of rice. that rice could be substituted out for something different maybe? the activities are very minimal and do lack in variety. they could take them for a scenic route or something, but for now they just take the residents to run errands and grab items from stores about three days a week. the housekeepers do a very good job and are nice people. out of all of the places we looked at, Madison Meadows was the least expensive. what drove our decision to choose this community was the price and the fact that everything is kept at a singular level.

Creekside Oaks looked like a nice facility. The reason my mom did not go with them was because the activity level (at least on the day we toured) was not where she wanted it to be at. The residents were harder to find and they just seemed less involved in what was going on.

Our tour with Sage Park was unremarkable, it just reminded me of others we looked at but nothing really stuck out. It is a nice facility but extremely overpriced.

They have a one time fee that you pay upfront and I thought that was unfair especially since the contract was month to month. When he moved out we did not get that money back. It was just not the right fit for my loved one.

The residents who live here are great. But the experience with the administrative staff was not good at all. They are not good at making decisions and always have to escalate it to the upper management. The food is always served cold. They take a lot of people that need a lot more care so it does not feel like independent living. Based off my experience, I would not recommend them.

This community is very nice and the tour was very good. However, this was an assisted living community and I was not at the level of care for assisted living being needed.

Ground level, swimming pool. Place is dirty and not moving. Rugs all need to be removed. Sidewalks bend dropping bad, pool deck dirty, short staffed. Told independent and its assisted and independent. What I was told and what it is, is different.

A lot has changed in the 12 years I have lived there. I remain in spite of many changes too much corporate influence in activities and food. Each community is different. Quality of food (meat, in particular has gone down).

The community was having staffing issues and the caregiver staff quality was not the best. The nursing staff and the administration were friendly and did understand the issues that were there. More than half of the residents were memory care residents. I would not recommend this community to others based on our experience.

We chose Park View Estates because it is a brand new facility that is absolutely beautiful. It is very open and airy and does not feel closed in like a lot of places that we saw. It is larger and we were able to get a ground floor apartment that walks outside. The apartments are decent, but their options are better than some that we looked at. Since they are brand new they are not as organized as they could be and there are not a lot of residents here yet, so a lot of things that they say are offered are not yet. I think as the facility gets older and more established it will be a wonderful place.

The new community is very nice, but I wish there was more color in the entrance and hall ways. The colors are gray and white. I t seems beautiful but it would be more beautiful if there was more color. It is depressing because there isn't any color just gray and white. It is modern. the rooms are modern. But what bothers me is the food isn't very good. I would think that they would want this to be the top priority since the residents are looking forward to eating. Also, the residents are paying top dollar for this. When I visited my friend she told me about this. I was shocked. It is a real transition to move to assisted living and the food makes the person happy or depressed. Why should she have to supplement the food in the dinning room with microwave food.

I couldn't really tour the facility since it was during covid, I had to go right to the conference room when I got there. It reminded me of her old facility so it was not appealing to me.

It is a brand new facility so they are only at about 10% capacity so barely any of the amenities are available. A lot of the things like the beauty salon ship are still closed because they just are not enough residents.

The community is highly overpriced. The location is a great gorgeous building but it's almost unaffordable. The food quality could be better. I would recommend this community to others if you can afford it.

The community was pretty new at the time our loved one moved in, and so far the staff team has been changed and the upper management has been changed. Therefore in our opinion the overall communication is pretty poor, there is not really a clear process of communication. However there is a new medication director and she is fabulous. They just hired a new activities director and she is fabulous as well. She has a masters in kinesiology which is great. She is really trying her best to figure out what works for the residents and what doesn't. They also have a fabulous head chef so the food there is really great.

We chose The Continental because it is very convenient to where I live. My brother only had a 1 bedroom but they offered different sizes as well depending on your needs. He really liked the food and they were chef prepared meals. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff members as well. I would recommend to others looking.

The community is not very diverse, I would have liked to see more diversity with the residence. Communication was ok with the community. i would recommend this community if they were able to have a more diverse population.

I would tell others that they are telling us that it is not a nursing home. I know the past year has been difficult, but there are no activities here for the residents to participate in unless you want to just sit down. Anybody that is really independent, you don't want to come here. Overall, I would not recommend based off of my experience.

Ask about the average age range in the community. I would definitely recommend this community to others
