I would say this is a group of very friendly and welcoming staff members and residents, so it was easy to adapt to a new place to live. The staff is very helpful. There are also a variety of activities for residents to participate in during the day, as well as after dinner for anyone who is interested. There is also a happy hour once a week with a live band playing and residents dancing with each other.It is a place I would definitely recommend.

I would tell others looking that if they have dietary allergies or sensitivities, encourage them to learn more about the food provided. Also, the meal schedule is strict and not easy for everyone to meet so they'll be cooking more that they're told. The remodel is lovely and they have care givers available for my dad.

It's been a great experience. Would definitely recommend. It's definitely not fancy like some of the places but it was a great fit for my dad. They have great food! I think the pricing is also very reasonable.

I would say it was the perfect fit for my mom. She enjoys majority of meals and activities. Staff and residents are very friendly. It is expensive but cheaper than others with older apts and less activities.

I am a resident at Waterford Terrace Retirement Community. Mostly positive experience, but some serious issues for me: phone service very poor on first floor - have to go outside to communicate by phone and that's hard at night. Exercise in activity room not very good. Activity director is spread too thin. As I said mostly positive experience - staff very good/helpful. But lots of grumbling from diners - food taking too long to get to table.

My parents are currently residents at Creekside Oaks Retirement Community and I think that they would recommend this community to others. They seem to be pleased about the activities and the staff.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Capital Place. The caregivers are friendly and reliable. They are easy to contact. The staff are nice and they know the residents by name. Housekeeping and maintenance seem to be okay. The meals are healthy and good.

Nice quiet area with walking trails nearby. Ample parking and lots of nice features like free access to do your own laundry, weekly housecleaning if you desire and close to some walking trails. The biggest negative is you could be next to a neighbor who plays their TV at a very loud volume which has been a particular problem.

The place is a former hotel that offers affordable rental units. The food service is adequate. Some of the amenities are not as advertised. The hair and nail salon are never open. Movie night is not what I would expect either. It took a while to get phone service connected. Still having trouble getting the maid service going. But overall this was a good place for our situation. My mother has made some friends there and seems to be doing well.

My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday Harrison Regent. The facility was recently purchased by Atria, so everything at the end of her stay was chaotic. All of the staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to make my loved one feel comfort.

They are in the process of revamping their activities program. It is definitely a place where if you are an introvert, you may not be able to make friends easy. Overall, I think it is a nice facility.

The staff is open to answering questions, the activities are very engaging, and the facility is kept clean. I would definitely recommend Windsor Heights to those looking for memory care.

I think it's a perfectly adequate facility, I just got a larger apartment with a full kitchen that I do not HAVE to cook in and a fenced patio area for my dog at [facility name removed] for less cost and that is more what I wanted and needed.

The staff is very accommodating and quick to address your questions/concerns. I would recommend Park View Estates to others looking.

Windsor heights feels safe. They deal with same group of people dealing with same symptoms. Community is welcoming and clean.
