Staff is friendly and attentive. Amenities include access to laundry rooms, weekly apartment cleaning, 3 meals a day with a range of options and daily specials, and numerous social activities. The studio apartment has a sufficient amount of space and storage, includes a small fridge and small sink.

[Name Removed] at Waterford was information and helpful. There is a large variation in floor plans at Waterford, creating a slightly different layout from the model visit to the actual apartment received (slightly different size, layout, amenities) [Name Removed] was responsive and flexible with helping us determine the best options for my parents.

Mom's care team has been great. The nurses are engaged with her and they reach out to me if needed. The head of nursing recognized that Mom would benefit from receiving hospice care and initiated the process for Care360 Hospice to provide additional support. The weekend receptionist, [name removed], has been very helpful as we adjust to this new environment for Mom, and head of maintenance [name removed] was great to work with when we moved furniture to the facility. My only real complaint is with the administrative staff, particularly the executive director [name removed]. She was slow to schedule the intake & evaluation process, which kept Mom in the hospital for 3-4 days longer than necessary. And it is difficult to get [name removed] to return calls. I was initially getting a weekly update call, but now I only get calls when there is a concern. I do visit Mom once a week on the weekends, but I don't always know how she's doing the rest of the time. I also don't get much guidance about how I can support Mom, such as if she would benefit from a certain type of clothing, toiletries, or personal items. I'm mostly happy with how things are going for Mom at Sage Park. And I know the staff is working hard to take care of some challenging situations. Our transition into memory care happened abruptly and unexpectedly, so it was a lot for me to process in a short amount of time. Ideally, it would be great if they had some additional administrative staffing, but I know that means more overhead expenses.

It was a wonderful experience all the way around. The staff and cleanliness were great. The food was good but the could have more fresh vegetables.

The staff have been great...supportive. The community is friendly, caring and active.

The staff is well trained and most are very experienced. They are compassionate and respectful but the place may be a little under staffed at times. We experienced a couple of problems but they were resolved through communication. The food is very good and the food service is good. The staff helps those residents that need help feeding themselves. The facility is kept very clean and security is top notch. The administration is very communicative with the family.

It was a virtual visit. I did like the place, but I need to see it in person before I can give it a higher rating.

Staff is friendly and competent. Food service is adequate. Dining room provides an opportunity for some social interaction. Room sizes vary depending on price. I have a one-bedroom with small fenced yard for my dog. (My sons installed the fence.)

Staff is awesome and very helpful. Facility is very clean. Food per my Mom is lackluster, space is small but it's just her. There has not been a floor buddy to show her around like we thought there would be, store outings seem to be limited. Overall a good experience.

Mom has a good relationship with the nurses and caregivers. She's also met the people in food services and enjoys the variety of meals. She especially enjoys being able to order from a menu if she doesn't care for the scheduled entrée. Medications are distributed by the nurses and they strictly follow the dosage / frequencies. This is something I no longer have to worry about. Mom has utilized the salon for both hair and nails and enjoys the experience. The Verandah provides a numbers of scheduled activities that mom has yet to participate in. Those that do participate, seem pleased with the activity.

My husband was admitted to Windsor Heights with severe mobility issues following a hospital stay. He has made great progress with the assistance of physiotherapy and occupational therapy since his admission. The staff has been caring and friendly and he has enjoyed the morning activities and dining experience. He has a spacious room where he can entertain visitors although there are other very nice spaces to sit with friends and family. He has been quite relaxed here and staff have taken good care of all his needs.

Overall the staff is great. My biggest issue is with communication with a resident in memory care. The facility prefers their residents not to have a cell phone but reaching a resident without one is very difficult. Food is nutritious but not very warm but the time the plate reaches the table.

Food is good but there has been some difficulty retaining waitstaff in the dining room, leading to increased wait time for service. Good variety of activities including recreational, entertainment, and in-house religious services. Tons of storage in one bedroom apartment and plenty large enough for a couple.

1 bedroom is high dollar, but it could be less for a 2 bedroom. The staff is courteous. I would recommend this community to others - it is an elderly group.

The staff here is like family. best servers, maintenance etc. the people all together make it a big family. everybody cares.

Friendly, helpful staff. Friendly neighbors. Terrific chef.

Las Brisas is the best I can do for the money. I'm not into activities like Bingo & cards. The apartments are priced according to size. So I have a little studio. Weekly cleaning is included. Laundry is not included. Outside caregivers that charge you directly are available. I do my own laundry, and we can use without charge. One negative is that we only have one elevator and 4 floors.

Very good place to retire

It's a lot to get used to if you previously were totally independent because there is a lot to learn and lots of rules about what you can and can't do. There is a van to transport to places WITHIN the county or it's Uber. This van does not have a wheelchair lift and if you cannot manage the step to the level of the seats, basically you cannot take advantage of the van.
