Beautiful place and a safe, healthy place when staying at home is no longer an option. The care is good but could use more aids to give closer attention to the residents. It’s not an easy job but more personal attention and cheer would be better.

Great. Seamless. Gave us some great options to look at. Very clean. That was very important to us. Friendliness of the staff is good- those that I have interact with seem to care about the residents. [name removed] said the food is terrible. I have been there a few times and she is right. Soupy tuna fish, not a lot of options. She has complained to the chef multiple times but no changes. She eats primarily in her room instead of dining room. She doesn't really interact bc her eyesight is bad. She has a neighbor who she hangs out with all of the time. There is no consistency. She is paying[fee removed]/mo for a one bedroom and her neighbor moved in 2 months before her into a 2 bedroom and pays[fee removed]. Might be looking elsewhere bc of this.

The staff are so good with my mom! Especially [name removed]! My mom loves to dance ... they dance with her, and really help her to live her best life. The staff are attentive to my mom, other residents, and family members. They are easily accessible ... I have all their cell #s, and they respond quickly, even off hours. They take the time to text updates, videos & pics of mom, even unprompted. They've had some turnover of some key players recently, but I'm hopeful their replacements will be just as good. I've spoken so highly of Sage to my friends, one of my friends moved her loved one to Sage from Zanesville.

What we like the most about Dunwoody Pines is that it gives my mom an opportunity to interact with others her age. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. They do a nice job and I feel my mom is safe.

There are plenty of activities. Mom just has a hard time and needs encouragement from someone other than us. Mom would like more cornbread LOL The cost has increased more than expected year over year. The increases need to be passed on new residents. It gets more difficult each year to stay. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Things are going relatively well. The caregivers are inconsistent, but maybe it's because they opened during COVID. Sometimes it takes a long time before a manager/director gets back to us, but generally they are good about addressing our concerns or questions. Out of 6 places that we toured, they were only ones who could take care of [name removed] ostomy bag.

I would recommend CB for memory care. The price is reasonable, the facility is rather small and the service is personal.

It's been a good experience. It's a safe place.

The family members of the patients should really be able to be involved with their loved ones. This is not a nursing home but a memory care facility. They do have fabulous day to day activities for the residents- some of which are at an additional costs that they do not tell you about ahead of time. They also have adorable holiday "parties" for the residents and their families, one afternoon a month. But as for day to day life like laundry and personal care items for the patient Ashley Gardens is not the place to send your loved ones if you're in need of someone to take care of that. For example, I have repeatedly had to purchase items for my loved ones room, like pillows, shower caddy's, towels, etc., and they go missing even though I have labeled them (larger and larger each time). Now, granted some things are missing due to the fact that these are dementia patients but the rooms are kept locked during the day and only the patients assigned to that room are in them at night. There has also been a very high turnover of staff in 2024 and the communication has been lackluster. However, there is hope that the new team will continue to work closely together to build the same level of confidence and community that Ashley Gardens was built on. It's a good place and so much more loving than the majority of the other places I've had experiences with. It's just not a nursing home.

They received no care so we cannot comment on the care services, as well as the activities, they did not participate in them .Their house cleaners don't do a very good job they could improve upon that; they could improve upon communication. I've called twice and not received a call back.

What our family likes the most about Waterford Terrace is the fact that all her needs can be met on one campus as her needs progress. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families

The food went down hill right after she moved in. They lost some good kitchen staff and just never recovered. It was pretty lousy. They really should make it ala carte or pick a meal plan like they do in college. Does t seem fair to pay for something you don't use.

It's a good community, cost is reasonable; the community of seniors are amazing; it's very interesting group of people who live here and what they did in life. I would recommend this community. The only down fall is the new Director is undeveloped. Summerfield also serves meals 3x per day; takes you grocery shopping; doctors, excursions

Overall, It's a nice place.

I would say this is a group of very friendly and welcoming staff members and residents, so it was easy to adapt to a new place to live. The staff is very helpful. There are also a variety of activities for residents to participate in during the day, as well as after dinner for anyone who is interested. There is also a happy hour once a week with a live band playing and residents dancing with each other.It is a place I would definitely recommend.

The ambience is comfortable and not clinical like some others Staff is friendly and helpful, easy to work with No negatives to report

I would tell others looking that if they have dietary allergies or sensitivities, encourage them to learn more about the food provided. Also, the meal schedule is strict and not easy for everyone to meet so they'll be cooking more that they're told. The remodel is lovely and they have care givers available for my dad.

It's been a great experience. Would definitely recommend. It's definitely not fancy like some of the places but it was a great fit for my dad. They have great food! I think the pricing is also very reasonable.

I would say it was the perfect fit for my mom. She enjoys majority of meals and activities. Staff and residents are very friendly. It is expensive but cheaper than others with older apts and less activities.

I am a resident at Waterford Terrace Retirement Community. Mostly positive experience, but some serious issues for me: phone service very poor on first floor - have to go outside to communicate by phone and that's hard at night. Exercise in activity room not very good. Activity director is spread too thin. As I said mostly positive experience - staff very good/helpful. But lots of grumbling from diners - food taking too long to get to table.
