My parents moved in a couple months ago. The facility is well maintained, they enjoys the activities, and the staff have been nice overall. They say the meals prepared in the kitchen are pretty decent, but can be a bit bland sometimes. Not everyone likes a lot of spice though, so it is understandable.

Both the managers at Brook Ridge listen really well and work with the people. I myself did not need any special care, but I observed how well they worked with those that did. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

All the personnel and management at the Continental in Austin, Texas were very accommodating and helpful. The facility was found to be well maintained and the food was good. My parents immediately felt right at home and are excited to be moving there. The residents have welcomed them there, also. This has been a very good experience.

I work as an independent caregiver, not on staff with Garden Way, and upon a temporary hire with a resident today, I was very pleasantly surprised and comforted by the rich environment, friendly, warm staffing, quality food and clean, elegant surroundings. The amenities are abundant, easily accessible and of high quality. I would consider this as a placement for one of my own family members,

Go for it! They only serve white bread and they don’t have a notary public on site. They have a very open and helpful management team! The staff is very friendly. They’re just a very lovely community. Compared to other communities I’ve had experience with, it’s a good value.

So far I love it love it, I am thrilled to death with it. The only thing is that I wish they had more outings, they do have activities but mostly it's cards. They are very, very, friendly. They treat you with dignity. The laundry room doesn't need coins, and it gives you a feeling that you are more in a community than a commercial place. The food is very good, the chef comes out before each meal and says this is on the menu and today I got a really good buy on strawberries so we are also gonna have strawberry waffles, or the spinach looked so good, and he talks to you about why he chose whatever it is. They keep them informed of what they are doing and why with everything.

After MUCH research while looking for a friendly, affordable living place for my 90 year old mother, I decided to call and visit Clairmont. I remembered them being recommended by several friends whose parents had stayed there. It is the staff that makes the difference at Clairmont--they are informative, accessible, warm and helpful both to the residents and to the family. Hugs are free :) and there are lots of them. Mom is delighted with her apartment and patio, the staff, the food, and the friends she has made after only a few days--and so are we. She doesn't have time to work the daily puzzle with all her activities there. Thanks, Clairmont

This place is wonderful. It has literally changed my life for the better and my mom is extremely happy there. The staff is unbelievably helpful, patient and kind. Despite not having any official nursing care, they are well-equipped and willing in emergency situations. They festively celebrate holidays and provide lots of manageable activities. It is also very clean.

They have good food and our loved one is really happy here. When we were looking at communities our loved one did not want to go into one and was fighting it the entire time. Then we put our loved on in Deer Park and they love it there now. We were pleasantly surprised on how much she is enjoying the community. The best part is that it is clean and even smells clean there is no odor in this community. We are very pleased with them.

It was a wonderful experience all the way around. The staff and cleanliness were great. The food was good but the could have more fresh vegetables.

The staff have been great...supportive. The community is friendly, caring and active.

The staff is well trained and most are very experienced. They are compassionate and respectful but the place may be a little under staffed at times. We experienced a couple of problems but they were resolved through communication. The food is very good and the food service is good. The staff helps those residents that need help feeding themselves. The facility is kept very clean and security is top notch. The administration is very communicative with the family.

It was a virtual visit. I did like the place, but I need to see it in person before I can give it a higher rating.

Staff is friendly and competent. Food service is adequate. Dining room provides an opportunity for some social interaction. Room sizes vary depending on price. I have a one-bedroom with small fenced yard for my dog. (My sons installed the fence.)

Staff is awesome and very helpful. Facility is very clean. Food per my Mom is lackluster, space is small but it's just her. There has not been a floor buddy to show her around like we thought there would be, store outings seem to be limited. Overall a good experience.

Mom has a good relationship with the nurses and caregivers. She's also met the people in food services and enjoys the variety of meals. She especially enjoys being able to order from a menu if she doesn't care for the scheduled entrée. Medications are distributed by the nurses and they strictly follow the dosage / frequencies. This is something I no longer have to worry about. Mom has utilized the salon for both hair and nails and enjoys the experience. The Verandah provides a numbers of scheduled activities that mom has yet to participate in. Those that do participate, seem pleased with the activity.

My husband was admitted to Windsor Heights with severe mobility issues following a hospital stay. He has made great progress with the assistance of physiotherapy and occupational therapy since his admission. The staff has been caring and friendly and he has enjoyed the morning activities and dining experience. He has a spacious room where he can entertain visitors although there are other very nice spaces to sit with friends and family. He has been quite relaxed here and staff have taken good care of all his needs.
